I love scooters usually. The one on 108 and L has the absolute best baristas. This location (one pacific place) is hit and miss. I avoid it if I can. I pulled up at 5:05 and they said they were closed. Google has them closing at 6pm so either they tried to close up early or they need to update their hours with google.

I ordered the same thing I order at least 3 times a week at other locations (multiple, 4+ other locations) and it was nasty. I was afraid to drink it in case something was wrong so I called to see if they figured it out after I pulled away and she was horrible! She said it was my drink not her fault and she doesn't have anything else to say. I have NEVER ordered another drink (for years!) and just switched from Starbucks for political reasons. Reconsidering that now. Never going to this location again. Any my drink is in the trash. That was a waste of $6! Tried to separate it and mix it but that clearly didn't work.

I haven't been to this particular location in a while, but in previous years the service was quick and the ladies were kind. My favorite drink is the Redbull Smoothie.

Wayyy too overpriced. They know they can get away with it because they’re on every corner driving all the other coffee places out of business and eliminating competition. This particular location is known for being napkin nazis. They’ll give you 8 packets of sauce and zero napkins. Makes no sense.

Whoever you have working needs to learn to use the app, even if they themselves do not use it. I asked the girl to load money on the giftcard and then scan the code for the smiley points on the app. She handed me my cards and 2 drinks and burrito (should be 3 smiley points) and when I asked her to scan the app, she had no idea what I was talking about and her response was, " well I dont use the app soooooo I dont really know". I've worked in customer service my whole working career and that is the WRONG answer. I spend a lot of money at scooters all over Omaha, and your people need to be trained on your services, ALL your services. Sidenote: I probably wouldn't be this salty if her response was better than the one she gave me. That is not something you tell a customer. You figure it out, ask someone for help. Do what you have to do to make me (the customer) happy.

The girls that work there are always very sweet I don’t go that often but when I do they always listen to what I’m looking for then give me a suggestion on what to get you wouldn’t think it would be that hard picking out a coffee would you 😂

Work near this scooters so it’s convenient. Always inconsistent. Ordered a drink I have ordered many times there for them to ask me if they have that drink there. 😂 wouldn’t use this scooters if I didn’t work nearby

paid 8.60 for a chai latte extra hot! I wasn't asked if I'd like cinnmon or nutmeg.... When I asked about the price, the gal just looked at me. When I said that I'd never paid that much before, again she just looked at me......... I wont be going back!!!!!!

I was very disappointed the only reason I drove to scooters instead of a different coffee shop was for a peanut butter power smoothie, and they didn't make it right, I can barely taste the peanut butter and it's full of ice pieces. When made with ice cream and not like a blender it's a amazing drink. It was a waste of money.

Ordered two drinks made with alternative due to allergy. Drink was made wrong and they remade it with regular milk and I got sick and so did my cousin. Want to speak with the manager.

Pulled up to the drive thru just now. Waited just over a minute and the person inside was to busy on their phone to take my order. So I left.
