My first time at this cafe. I was in the area at lunch time and googled the restaurants in the area. The parking is in front on the street. I placed my order at the restaurant and it was ready within minutes. There is also an option to order online. I absolutely love the Asiago pizza on their special thin crust. The taste is amazing! Also tried soup, and it was yummy! It's open for dining in too. Thanks:)

Very clean restaurant..the staff does a great job here and they are all super friendly they definitely made are night alot better after stopping in here for a quick bite to eat and something cold to drink ..also bathrooms were super clean .keep up the hard work pickelmans gourmet Cafe staff ..it really shows yall care !!!

Never been to eat at a Pickleman’s before but the experience was great. Great service and friendly. I had the #17 with bacon and it was yummy. We also ordered the macaroni and cheese for my daughter. Tried some and I would definitely order that one to again. Very satisfied and happy. :-)

The food is decent but the customer service is awful. We spent $50 on sandwiches and salads. Tipped too. The lady running the front counter was extremely rude and moody. My husband was going to buy cookies but he didn’t because the lady was so rude. I don’t know about the other locations but the Aksarben location needs to re-educate their staff about friendly customer service.

The buffalo chicken sandwich is an absolute delight, especially with the blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing. It packs a spicy punch, but it's totally worth it. I loved it so much that I went back for seconds, and it was consistently great. This place truly offers the best fast food. The atmosphere is inviting, and its central location in Aksarben is a definite plus.

I waited 40 minutes at the restaurant for a pick up order That I placed 20 minutes ahead of time today for 3 sandwiches. The restaurant was empty and they did not look busy. But, I still waited. I wasn’t even angry about that. It was fine I wasn’t really in a rush. But, what really made me mad was coming home and opening the sandwiches to see that every sandwich was made wrong. They didn’t rush to make the sandwiches, they took their time. So, I figured they would at least be made correctly. But they weren’t at all. I was very disappointed. I waited patiently without complaining and they could not even get the order right.

expensive and sandwiches were small. however the taste was on point. if $ isn't a factor then yes it's great.. the cashier a large black man was super friendly and I'd say over the top customer service very positive. he needs a bonus or raise. and no I don't know him.. i give credit where it's due. was clean inside not to busy. music wasn't super loud. however if your epileptic you might want to avoid this place. the fans were close to the ceiling lights so it created a strobe light effect at the first table we sat at and had to move. something the owner should fix.. hope you liked the review and the food was awesome.

Long wait during lunch, very popular place with speedy workers. Food is delicious. Broccoli Soup, Ham sandwhich and grilled cheese are my favorite!

You will never see a sad look here, the happiness starts at the door and continues as you leave. I worked there a few years ago, and was glad to see nothing changed . A must go to place.

The sandwich was somewhere between a Quiznos and a Subway, for better or worse. We ended up waiting long enough that our food had to through the oven a second time. They said they were understaffed and unable to work faster, but there were three people behind the counter. They gave us a handful of cookies and apologized for the delay but... Gandolfos is around the block and much better. I won't be back.

This was my first time trying Pickleman’s after receiving some recommendations. The sandwich was very good. However, I did find some flaws with the ordering process. Considering the restaurant was literally right across the street from my place of employment, why must there be a delivery fee? Now I would assume the delivery fee varies based upon 2 factors, total distance, and total order price. Therefore I found it a little silly/greedy for a delivery fee. I would have just walked across the street and picked it up myself but I was unable to leave the premises due to the nature of my work. For nearly $10, I would anticipate the sandwiches would be a little bit bigger. The pictures may misrepresent the actual size. As well as, after looking through their website and app, I didn’t see any option to order a bigger size. The typical measurement you would see is 6” or 12” options. I saw 1 size and that’s it. Perhaps I overlooked or missed this option somewhere. However, after reading through commonalities among other reviews, I believe it’s accurate.

My go to place for grabbing a quick bite & their thin crust pizza is my favorite. I have tried almost all of them. Asiago chicken pizza is what I ordered today along with an iced tea. Ambience is super chill & it is located right off the main street so yes great location.

My son & I were originally drawn there by a picture of a meatball sub that they no longer offer :( BUT we tried a couple of their pizzas. I had the cauliflower crush one with sausage and chicken. It was fantastic! Very friendly staff and clean restroom!

I always order whole working on the weekends close by and it's always ready when I get there and it's delicious!

I worked here for one day, and two hours into my shift the girl training me named Reagan started yelling at me and calling me stupid because I didn’t put enough cheese on a pizza. The manager Joey came over and started laughing at me and told me to not be stupid and to go clock out. Terrible work environment and I can’t believe the manager still works there.

First time, order 1/2 Cuban sandwich. Sandwich was made and when asked what toppings she said we can't do 1/2 pork sandwich. Either had to buy another half or nothing. Guess they threw that sandwich away. Will avoid this company if I ever come across it.

Order a food about an hour ago and still hasn't been delivered. When i called to see where foods at they said on the way with other orders i was under the impression it would be here in 45 minutes. Would not recommend and would like my money back

Our go to for a soup, salad, or sando combo. My fave is the 1/2 buffalo chicken salad with 1/2 broccoli cheddar soup.

Went for dinner and the gluten free pizza is good. Tried to go back at 1130 for lunch and the long line was not moving. Not sure what the holdup was, but it was slow enough that I had to leave. Would definitely give this another try.

Always quick deliver. Very low prices, and AMAZING quality. There hasn't been one item that I haven't liked, my go-to for an amazing, tasty, low prices lunch.

Being a vegetarian, we were not so sure about the options here. One of our friends told us about their vegetarian healthy options and we decided to give it a try. They have 2 soups, 1 sandwich and probably 2 pizzas as vegetarian options. We tried their veggie wheat sandwich which was just delicious. It was better than subway’s. Lentil soup was ok. Veggie sandwich is highly recommended, now it’s our favorite place for a quick grab. Staff is nice and service is fast. They also have delivery options along with to-go and dine-in.

Food was good. Most workers are usually friendly, but one white boy that was working the cashier seemed to be rude to me and only me seemed friendly to the customer in front of me and after me wondering if it was a racial thing 😂. when i ordered he just looked at me no smile or expression gave him my gift card looked at it. had to tell him it was a gift card and answered back rudely "yeah i know". Not the first time one of their workers raised their voice at me 😐 also dont see many POC working for them?

Yo, I went in here when this place was super packed. 2 different orders with 4 and 5 sandwiches came in just before my online order. The workers on duty were like a flurry of madness, making those sandwiches, and still being very polite, even though they were swamped. They apologized profusely to everyone that was waiting, and even checked in with me to make sure I had everything. Awesome location

The sandwich’s at Pickleman’s are A-mazing! They’re a bit of a premium over some other sandwich shops, but the quality and service are well worth it.

Went about noon today and enjoyed our meal. Everyone there was nice. They also seemed very busy. The gentleman that checked us out was also a delivery driver. They handle multiple jobs very well.

This place is always on point. Food is always fantastic and their customer service is top notch. Forever coming back to this specific location.

Jessica recommended the #17 chipotle chicken when she found out I liked spicy food. With the giardinera peppers, the sandwich was perfect! Friendly, helpful service! Way to go, Jessica!

Marina sauce is a must. Tried chicken sandwich which is good.

Food is great as always but the customer service was excellent! Not only were we compensated for waiting but was asked if everything was okay!

Ordered online advd it went really well. I had ordered 3 pizzas for my crew. All fresh save tasted great. Staff was helpful and friendly when I arrived to pick up my order. Store was clean advd all of the other guests seem to be enjoying their food and atmosphere. I only wished they had an option to customize a pizza from scratch, I had to pick one and modify it to make it the way I wanted it. Like the fact they also line this pizza boxes with a sheet of deli paper.

I didn't really like the food very much. It didn't have a lot of taste to it.

place was awesome their food is great My friends and I just literally got a delivery from them not only was the food promptly delivered but the delivery person was super nice and very intelligent. A pizza that we had ordered the crust was baked amazingly and it just over all tasted great

1st of all...incredibly expensive, especially in relation to the kid size proportions you get. 2nd, absolutely no taste or spices to speak of! Worst food ive ever had...by far!!! Would not recommend to anyone anytime. Save your money and taste buds and eat at home! They have alot of nerve using the word "Gourmet" in the name! Ughhhh

The sandwich was good but the service was lacked luster. Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes without so much as a hi from anyone including the manager. Who I'm assuming was the manager in a black button shirt, was just chatting it up with another employee while one girl was making all the sandwiches. Since the customer service was so poor, I wont go back to this location.

Pickleman's in one of the few places I would go to buy a sandwich. The taste is great, and the quality of ingredients beats out most sandwich shops I've been to.
