The bagels were a little stale but that might of been the time we ordered ( it was around 10:30 am so after the breakfast rush). The cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese was our favorite. The sandwich my husband got was not a grwat ratio of bread to fillings so he just removed the top bun and ate it as an open faced sandwich.

I picked this location to order food ahead and head back to the hospital since this is the closest location for Children’s Hospital. My food was ready a few minutes before my requested time, and I was able to park right in front of the store, grab my food and go. The girl working behind the counter greeted me, and helped me when I requested a drink carrier. She was very friendly, and thanked me for my visit as well. From what I could tell the store looked clean, and the drink station looked well stocked.

Inside and out a great location, I figured felt very comfortable while sitting there the internet it was very fast in the restroom was very clean. One of the employees Named Sam was very knowledgeable and help me out with an issue I had. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a great afternoon working on their computer to go to this location

Great food, drinks, and baked goods. Food is always fresh and I love that. Excellent bagels! Busy of course around lunch and dinner hour. I prefer right now to get take out, but you can call ahead or place your order on their app, which makes it so convenient. People who work their work fast and hard and are helpful. Please, don't forget to tip, if you dine in or take out!

CHRISTIAN FOR PRESIDENT! Visited this morning after a job switch and not visiting this location for several months. Christian still remembered my name! And best yet, I was THRILLED to see Christian because he is simply a person you cannot forget. He is filled with contagious positivity and joy, greeting every customer with sincere happiness and a desire to serve. As I was waiting for my order, I heard him wish every customer after me, 'drive safe, and have a very Happy New Year!' He is kind to both customers and his fellow staff members every time I am there. He truly seems to enjoy his job and being around people. If we had other people like Christian in Omaha and all over the world, wow, what a great place this planet would be. He is a true asset to this Panera location, not just for great quality service, but to truly start my day as a reminder of the wonderful people that are in our city and state.

We came here early in the morning while our car was being serviced. Front desk guy was rude as we had not been to this location and we stood there waiting to order and no one said anything so we asked is this where we order? Rudely asked what we wanted. They were out of coffee, only bananas for oatmeal which I can’t have. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Disappointing experience this morning at this location. Waited at front counter to order for way too long. I finally asked one of the two behind the counter if someone could take our order. Counter person said “I said hello, when you came in”. Good start to bad visit. Both light and dark coffees were empty at counter. Wife ordered oatmeal with strawberries, but out of strawberries. Then wanted with blueberries, out of blueberries. Produce truck had not arrived yet today according to server. OK, what do you have in fruit??? Bananas only. Wife did not want bananas so got the cinnamon crunch with pecans. Waited for quite some time as my toasted bagel got cold. Oatmeal order called up a yes, you guessed it……it came with bananas!!! Will not come back and likely not any Panera after this experience.

I picked up a catering order from Jeremy and he was fantastic. Had everything ready, had me grab a coffee, and brought it out to my car. Nicest guy and a pleasure to chat with. 100% recommend!

Panera on Saddlecreek at 7pm on a Tuesday. Walked into store and there was no one at the counter. I waited for a couple minutes, staff walked right past me. Walked down to other window (pickup counter) still no one said anything. There were only a few selections at the main counter and I didn’t see a pastry menu. Finally someone came by and I asked her for a menu and she said, “It’s right there. And pointed to the pastries in the almost empty case. She was really kind of rude about it. So much so that I decided not to order anything and I walked out of the store. It has been about 3 years since I stopped by Panera, I was hoping for a wide selection of pastry and good customer service but did not get that today at all. Maybe I will check back in another 3 years if the franchise is still around, but not likely after today.

Food was good but it was incredibly slow. Took about 30 minutes to get food and coffee, and they forgot one of the few items we ordered.

Ordered an iced coffee and a bagel via the app at 4:30 on a Friday. Took 20 minutes to get a bagel. A few other people waiting also. No iced coffee left. 3 employees working. Doesn’t seem like a good location. Bagel tasted a day old.

Just okay, not the same vibes as other Paneras. Even though I ordered my food to go, they marked it for here. I asked for them to bag it up, and they were nice enough to fix it just fine.

I ordered on my own, which I like. Yeah usually it does not give a lot of room for customer service. However, today, I had to ask for the name of the young lady that prepared my food, and called my name. She was so nice, fast paced, and efficient. I saw her arrive to her shift and right away hands-on and got things to speed and it’s not the first time I notice that she is the one I picking up the speed for the rest. Those are the type of employees I deserve to be kept and given a good raise. The name I got from her was Alicia.

I have always liked Panera but for a self service restaurant I think their prices have gone over the top. I got a bag of 8 small scones and a small strawberry smoothie and it was $16.00 plus $1.00 tip. Wowzer!

I truly wish I could give more stars.. The employee started off listing everything they were out of before I ordered.. So not entirely her fault for me not getting what I wanted.. However, the food was beyond subpar!!! The brownie could have doubled as a doorstop... the mac n cheese was ehh at best.. Truly disappointing that you pay so much money for food that is just meh..

I will never be going back to this Panera bread location. I literally had to throw away my sandwich because the guy that was making my sandwich. First thing this morning was touching everything with the same gloves on that he made my sandwich. The thought of it made me throw up in my mouth.

The friendly faces and welcoming atmosphere couldn't compensate for the disappointment with my Half Asian Crunch Chicken Salad with "Extra Dark Meat Chicken" which ended up being EXTRA Short on the "Extra Dark Meat Chicken" - see the picture for details.

This Panera was really dirty inside. I had a tough time finding a table that was clean or had been wiped off. There was a lot of food debris on the carpet everywhere. There are some upgrades needed to this location. Many of the booths have ripped seats. The food was mediocre, and it just didn't seem fresh. I would not go back to this location.

Food was good but restaurant not very clean. I sat next to the front window and happened to look down at the floor between the windows and the tables and it was filthy. They must only vacuum in the middle of it he floor so I kept my purse on my lap. But it makes me wonder about the areas that their guests don’t see…like the kitchen.

Food was okay, but the place needs a deep cleaning. All surfaces above 5 foot in the dining area were very dirty and dusty. Hopefully the kitchen area is not that dirty

Was told there would be a 15-20 min wait because they had online orders to do. Then told they didn't have warm bowls available. Totally ruined my hour lunch break from work. The atmosphere there is dark and dank. Decided to just leave and go thru a drive thru. Place was not appealing in any way. I've been to way nicer Panera's Bread in the past.

I ordered hot tea myself on the self checkout system. When I try to serve myself hot tea, the hot water was out. I asked a worker girl " Do you have more hot water" The answer was " I don't know!" Not even try to help! The sandwich bread was hard to chew! Very disappointed with this place!

I doordash for this location and I have to say Christian is a top performer in your establishment. He's prompt, professional, and definitely one of the nicest people I've ever came across in Panera. He's definitely a great asset to your company and when I walk in I always hear and see his joyful self. Thanks Christian for always giving 110 percent. Even to us deliver drivers :).

Their marketing leads you to believe that this is a healthy restaurant and the pictures of their products make them look big, fresh and amazing. I was very disappointed after going there to have lunch today with my husband. They gave us very little food, in fact we had to go somewhere else and get a second lunch. What we got did not look like the pictures and we agreed that everything was overpriced and far from healthy.

I love Panera but their location on 74th and Dodge is always out of everything! This morning no hazelnut coffee and no Bagel that I had ordered on the app and was told would be ready. Last time I was here they were out of potato chips and greens and coffee.

I go to the Panera over on 78th and Dodge sometimes. I wanted to let people know that this Panera is really fun to go to! The staff members are so kind and can answer all your questions. It is very clean there too. And, like at any Panera, the food is amazing! If you're stopping in for breakfast or lunch, or just doing a curbside pick up, THIS is your place! Affordable delicious food and a pleasent environment! Yes please!

Been a while since my wife and i ate at Panera. My wife ordered the small mac and cheese. It was completely cold. I ordered a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup. It was good but they gave me a cup instead of the bowl. I think it will be a while before we go back.

3 years ago I had given this location 3 stars. Today I continue with my 3 star rating. The young lady who took our order was kind but unfortunately had to keep telling us they were out of stuff: bread, baguettes, frozen lemonade, she didn't know if the creamy tomato was the same as the tomato basil, straws, bagels, they were out of some items in my mom's order as well. It was only 5:50pm and many customers came in after us so I'm not sure how their orders went. Since I was charged for the frozen lemonade that they didn't have, I asked instead of a refund if I could just get a large cup for the other lemonade and the manager gave me the large cup and a pastry which was super awesome and much appreciated. Quite a few of the benches had rips in them and the bathroom was quite disgusting. All in all the staff are great it's just the location just needs updating badly and more products during meal times. Also the website is horrible. The menu is super glitchy and not easy to navigate what so ever. Pop ups continuously happen asking if I'm ready to place my order.

I am apart of the sip club I came into the restaurant and they had no drink except iced tea and a half inch of green tea. They said there was no more lemonades and didn’t offer to fill anything else and It was dirty. If I didn’t already use my sip club I would of went somewhere else I’m so disappointed in Panera I this is ghetto.

We came in before 10:30am and there was a line wrapped around the entrance. While we waited, I watched a male at the cash register ring out an older woman then tell her to step aside. She said she was waiting for her receipt to which he replied, "it will be on your tray when you get it," and started helping the next person who stepped infront of her. By the time we made it up to order it was 10:30am. When the gal taking our order asked if they were serving breakfast, the man who I assume was the manager, very aggressively changed the signage and started yelling about breakfast being over. I'm sorry the employees do not find joy in what they do and I cannot patron a business whos employees act passive aggressive because that's the only way to express their unhappiness. We ended up having a great breakfast despite leaving

  • 2/5 Bob S. 1 year ago on Google
Mentioned to multiple employees the coffee was out, with very little reaction. After getting out sandwiches and finishing them, there still wasn't any coffee so I asked the manager if coffee was coming and received an abrupt response of "yes, its brewing and we only have one pot!." Fortunately food was good, though we wanted a breakfast wrap and they didn't have any wraps available. Restrooms show the age of the facility.

This Panera used to have quality food, and their soups were delectable. However, mid pandemic, things began to go awry. I went in 2020 to purchase a soup, and it came in a paper cup instead of the usual ceramic, and they provided me with no baguette . It was then that I could tell the quality was beginning to slip. Regardless, the main reason for this review is my most recent visit, on the fateful night of 9/24/2022. I distinctly remember ordering a chicken noodle soup for myself, and a macaroni for my sister. Since they were out of baguettes, they would provide us with apples. When the order was ready, we were given a platter with macaroni and cheese, along with PUMPKIN soup, which I could already tell was not the right order. Additionally, no apples were to be seen! After sitting down, we looked at our plates, then each other. Then back at the food again. Squash or pumpkin soup was already not one of my favorites, but this was obviously watery, and it slid off my spoon hardly leaving a mark. The cook refused to take back my order, insisting that I did in fact ask for pumpkin. My sister's macaroni, however, was another story. The 'macaroni' was white and bound together, as if with glue. The bowl was obviously not filled all the way. The meal was cool to the touch, and looked like it had been taken out of a refrigerator after a month and reheated in a microwave for 10 seconds. She commented that it looked worse than hospital food. To top it all off, the macaroni and cheese bowl was disgusting. Food remained encrusted within the bowl; obviously cleaned insufficiently, if at all. The grime was able to be scratched off with a plastic fork, so it's safe to say some equipment is broken back there. The tables and booths were also dirty, with scraps of food and straws left on them. We will not be returning to this Panera any time soon. Pictures below:

On top of the music playing over the speakers in the cafe, the employee making food on the line was blasting Beyonce, Niki Minaj, Tyla, etc. and belting to every song. It was extremely distracting. I was there from 5-7:45pm and it only stopped when the employee went on break. Having worked 7 years at Panera as a shift supervisor, I know this is not acceptable, especially during peak dining hours. I planned on staying longer, but I didn't realize I was walking into a personal concert.
