Let me start by saying that staff here are plain rude. This was my first and last time dining here. I didn't even begin my order yet, and the guy behind the counter talked rudely, and I asked him one question (my first time here) about their meat, and he says can't you read. Anything I said, he rolled his eyes, even asking what to put in my bowl, and I wondered which is hotter salsa and the response was “just choose one.” Their food wasn't as good as chipotle. I would definitely avoid this place because of their rude employees. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because their food wasn't as bad as their attitude.

Great food, great service and atmosphere! Mai was awesome with the quick service, fresh food and clean restaurant. In town for only 2 days but will be back to this location up the street from my hotel before I leave! Definitely worth checking out if looking for quality food in the area!

Visited this specific location after a decade, off off-course there are changes in the menu. Good part - lots of options and they also have impossible meats for the vegans and vegetarians out there. There used to be little combo of any two items In the menu and it has been eliminated

Horrible. Edgar, the manager, stated a second person must be present to take advantage of the BOGO offer on Valentine's Day. Nowhere in print does it state this requirement. Worse yet, he charged extra for a second tortilla and mentioned this after making the burrito. Sticking with Chipotle. Much more customer friendly there. "Offer valid for one (1) free entrée, with the purchase of any entree of equal or greater value. Valid on in-restaurant purchases only at participating restaurants on February 14, 2020. Great service!! Highly recommend!!! They made it just the way I like it!

This qdoba has went down hill, substantially. I’ve been eating here since it opened and the tall, chubby, red head manager seems to think offering to pay for extra salsa is a “menu hack”. I’m 40 years old, not a college kid. No wonder this location is always dead and they removed the freestyle machine. I don’t see it lasting much longer.

My husband and I are huge fans of Qdoba! We gave this location a 2nd try tonight due to our main location being closed. Both times at this 72nd and Pacific location the staff are rushing you, zero eye contact, and you are unable to hear them from the mumbles. The food portions are scarce and it looks like we ordered half rice bowls. Just a depressing experience and disappointing one as well. We aren’t posting this to get a free meal but to bring corporate awareness. The team appears run down, tired, checked out and could use some encouragement from leadership. I hope they get a recharge!

Worst experience at a restaurant ever. Don't plan on trying to go here after 9:30 p.m. on a weekend, or whenever they feel like they don't want to serve food anymore. Manager, named edgar I think, was extremely rude, and has no business working in the food industry. They were out of items, like cookies, but offered no substitutions. A DoorDasher came in while I was there and they informed him that they turned off their DoorDash equipment @ 9:15 pm. Probably just as well since it was COVERED with fingerprints AND FOOD🤮.(Probably to avoid having to make the food). So the person had to read off the order to the employees, and I'm glad it wasn't my order, because they REALLY didn't care about the customers food at all. Wow. I won't be eating here ever again.

Wanted to try this for the first time 12/17/23 11:00 am. Came in received terrible customer service. Place was empty and looked dirty. The employees attitude made me not want to eat here.

BEST QDOBA IN OMAHA! The staff are wonderful and nice. :) They value their customers and have great promotions for rewards members! The food is always tasty and the restaurant is usually pretty clean. The juices are phenomenal!!

I didn't even get to try the food. My husband and I went inside on Dec 17 2023 around 11am. It was empty, but you could tell the tables hadn’t been cleaned and the floors looked dirty. We go to look at the menu and I say “hi” employee says “you order down here”. It felt unwelcoming and like we were bothering just because we were looking at the menu. I tell them “thank you” and we leave. The employee said nothing to me and my husband tells them to have a good day. Employee proceeds to sarcastically say happy holidays. I understand people have a bad day, but this felt rude and depressing.

Went to this location thursday for lunch and James the manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food tasted great and everything was clean. Great experience over all.

The food is good, but customer service is lacking. I don’t think I’ll come to this location again based off the customer service I’ve experienced the last two times I’ve been here.

Upon entering the restaurant which is semi busy and I am welcomed by a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. We took about time as we had a very selective pallet in our midst. A staff member saw our contemplation and offered suggestions that were perfect. The artists handeling our food had hair tied back gloves on and a smile as we were taken back by the vast fresh selections. Great job to the two workers tonight busting there butts on the line and helped all of us customers, outstanding job on your team work! That fat mexican cook should be fired. Look like he was drunk. The young lady kept asking him for help and he did everything but help and kept ignoring her and was talking on his phone laughing. She kept a smile and did a great job not getting upset or showing it to us customers.

Can't hear the staff when you order. Was charged for an extra steak bowl although the manager was quick to fix the problem the employees couldn't explain as to why it was so much with out looking first had to find it on our own. The steak was dry and it's over priced.

I like their Mexican bowls. There quesadillas are good.

Went In to order food they were really rude when they messed up my order!! Didn’t really care to speak to me when I came in just stared at me like I was an outcast!! Ridiculous customer service.

Online order on Sunday 08/15 around 8:00 pm. Picked up our food and noticed multiple issues with our order. 1. Both of our entrees were made without fajita vegetables. This is understandable as the employee later informed us that the store was out of peppers for the evening. 2. One entree was made without the addition of cilantro lime rice, which we requested through the app. We were grateful that the employee working did give us a side of rice at no charge when we went back to mention this. 3. A burrito specifically ordered “no beans” was made with a large scoop of black beans. One star back for the helpfulness of the employee when we noticed the lack of rice. Unfortunately, we did not notice the beans on the burrito until we were unable to return to the restaurant to have the issue rectified. Once I ate about halfway through the burrito, I came to a sizable pocket of the burrito filled with just beans. It would be helpful if you had a feature on the Qdoba app that would let online customers be aware of any ingredients not available.

Dealt with one of the rudest people at the cash register at this location... Qdoba has gone up in price and so far down on quality ever since covid. Every location in Omaha has gone down hill.

I left my wallet at the place next door & one of the employees at Qdoba was kind enough to check outside and ask the neighboring business for me while on the phone with me. 10/10 for employees who care

Overall the food was pretty tasty - I got a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, and some other toppings and it was great! Would recommend not just for the food but the staff and location as well.

Demanding of wearing a mask but not demanding of workers to wear a hair nets. Found 6 inch long hair in my burrito bowl. Not satisfied when the clerk takes my cash which is dirty and then touches someone’s to go order napkins with no gloves without washing hands in between and proceeds to put it in someone’s bag to go. How is this any better than wearing no mask around the food?

Nice place for delicious Mexican food. this location is one of my favorites. the service was very kind and attentive. prices were average for the menu. menu is like a cafe in indianapolis i liked.

This location is the worst QDOBA location I've been to. They always seem to hate when I'm there and they didn't give us the guacamole for the quesadilla we asked for.

I placed a to-go order tonight and discovered when I got home that they did not follow the instructions to add black beans to the quesadilla, they only gave us 1/4 of a bag of chips for chips and Queso and also the 3-cheese nachos that was part of the order. When I called in to talk to someone I was told they were too busy to talk and then got hung up on. I will not be going back to 1110 S 71st St Suite D, Omaha, NE 68106 location in the future. There was not anyone ordering food when I went in to pick up my food and everyone was just standing around behind the counter.

A coworker and I went here for a very early lunch as in when they opened at 1030 and we will never go back. The customer service was horrible! This place made it very clear they were mad we were there when they “just opened”.

One of the employees was a little rude during a peppers incident but the manager saw and was immediatley appologetic towards the situation. He took care of everything and I will be returning to this location for that kindness and hard work. All the emolyees were hard working in the line to. Place looked clean.

My girlfriend and I came in an hour before they closed tonight as we get off work a little later. The guy who initially helped us order was nice, but from there on the experience was not good. As we were eating they were mopping around our feet. The message was clear we might be open till 10:00pm but we want everyone out early. Not only was that an issue but the food was cold, and when I asked for a top to my bowl to get it to go the kid cleaning grabbed one and threw it at me. Extremely unprofessional, you should never start closing duties and hour before close and never, ever throw objects at customers.
