Asked for food to be extra wet with extra sauce on the side. I got no extra sauce and this is what I get. They also left out items. Since it was ordered on grub hub they could only say “ well contact them”. Poor quality food and customer service. Oh and 5.99 for this tiny Mack and cheese. What a waste of money. It’ll be a long time before I go back here again. Do better!!

If you're ready to have all other wing places ruined for you then Buffalo Wings and Rings on L street in Omaha is definitely for you. When picking any other wing place you're always faced with the challenge of: "Do I want quality sauce and smaller wings or quality wings and basic sauce?" and some wing places have started charging anywhere from $1-$2 per wing! This place is the exception. Consistent quality with their food, wing sauce, and generous wing size every single time. Their ingredients are fresh, the wait is short, and the portions are very generous for the price. Entrees are served on dishware when dining in and the wait time is short enough to stop in for lunch. I recommend this place every time to anyone visiting the Omaha area. 10/10 would recommend

Well…..don’t come for the wings! Not great , not good , not even average. I’m written this review as i wait for the waitress to return with the bill. I have not seen her in 15 minutes. Not the best service either! And 50% of the tv’s are not on. It’s a Saturday at 1pm. So just saying The wings are at least big in size but thats it. 10 wings $14 so i guess they should be large, but really the taste was just lacking everything. Close to the worst wings ever and the ranch is on the same level. Yeh fried pickles were not good either. Not a fan of deep fried items that come to the table pale in color. They needed to be more fried Keep searching for another place to eat. Trust me

Comfortable establishment - really enjoyed the onion rings (classic), Buffalo wings, potato wedges, queso, ranch and fries. Felt like customer service could have been a bit better, we weren’t greeted when we walked in and could definitely tell our server wasn’t having the best day. Overall, would return for the onion rings but maybe not rushing back to visit again.

The boneless wings are mediocre at best. They lack breading. The layer of breading is more what I would come to expect to find on a fried trout. It's just so thin compared to what I'm used to at buffalo wild wings. The sauce flavors are good. Fries are pretty good. My wife says the Buffalo chicken salad is amazing. Staff is very friendly. Price was wrong.Bonless 10 piece is soposed to be $13 they charged me 15$ for a 10-piece. Be prepared for to pay more for the price listed on the menu in the restaurant. wings kids meals or 7$ or so.

Disappointed with take out we scheduled a pick up time and arrived 5 mins early food was already waiting. Very cold when we got it home. Fries, onion rings, and pickles were undercooked! No care was taken with packaging it seemed like they tossed the food in the boxes. We ordered 35 wings and got 1 small container of ranch and 1 small blue cheese. Not sure how that works for 5 people. We usually enjoy eating at wings and rings. But NEVER again for take out. It costs to much to eat out and not get any where near what you paid for!

Alright this is normally my go-to place for wings but our experience tonight was ridiculous. We ordered for carryout for my mom's birthday tonight and I stood at the front counter from 7:15-7:30 waiting for someone to come up. Our order was sitting out on the counter the entire time, I debated just grabbing it but they had a sign saying explicitly to wait for assistance. Several waitresses and the bar tender walked past me a few times before one finally came up to ask if I needed something. I understand if it was busy but the bartender was standing at the bar watching TV and ignored my attempt to ask him if I could grab my to-go order. We get home and pictured below is our appetizer sampler we received... with one onion ring thrown in. Absolutely ridiculous. ***Edited to add: the general manager (Carolyn I believe) reached out and was so incredibly kind and responsive to the situation. I really appreciate her contacting us about the issue we experienced, and showing genuine interest in our concerns. It definitely made a difference.***

I can't say it was bad but very average all around food, service, and atmosphere it just needs a bit of personalized setvice to make it a 5. Food will always taste better with outstanding service. Sorry about the pictures. I was very hungry and forgot to take them before.

I've been to this place many times. I really enjoy the food. I would rather eat it here than take it home as it does taste much better when ate at the store. I got cauliflower wings and parmasan garlic fries. Both outstanding. I really enjoy the fact that you can get what flavor you like with some spice. Picking garlic parm with hot gives a nice kick but not too crazy. Many flavors and dry rubs to try as well. Would recommend for anyone who likes wings. Prices are not to bad and about average with others.

food and service is always great. biggest boneless wings in the area, but i ordered a side of onion rings that cost $3.99 and i got 4 onion rings. $1 per onion ring??? no thanks. i may not return until the pandemic is over though, or at least settle for takeout until then. witnessed a worker get berated by the owner for turning away a couple that wasn’t wearing masks. i’d feel more comfortable dining there if their employees were allowed to follow the law/mask mandate. i simply cannot risk it with how bad the COVID-19 crisis is here. at least the food was good

My friend and I had lunch there today, The wings I ordered tasted too salty. I told our waitress Khloe who offered to get more I declined but then manager Shane came over to see what was wrong and offered to replace. He brought out a new order which still appeared too salty. He went back and made a fresh batch of another sauce. The dedication to making sure his customers were happy truly made my day. Thank you

I just tried the drunken tender sandwich and that beer cheese is heavensent. I went with the sam adams oktoberfest to complete the whole oktoberfest experience. Definitely match well. The restaurant was clean and my server friendly and polite.

I was a little shy about going out due to covid, but they completely put my mind at ease! everybody wore gloves and masks CORRECTLY! The restaurant was fairly busy when my husband and I came in, but Desiree and her team was on top of their game! The whole staff made sure everybody was happy. The manager was out checking on tables, and if Desiree couldn't get to us in time, Chloe would have her back! Either way we were very pleased. Service was awesome and worked together as a team, and the food was great! (btw would totally recommend the drunken chicken sandwich, and aoli fries)

Came in. Everything is clean. Boneless wings are huge. Definitely worth the money and you will leave with leftovers. good beer selection. friendly staff. Everyone looked like they were having a good time. Would've preferred music over the squeak squeak squeak of the basketball hitting the floor, but it was Creighton, so lots of fans watching the game. Nice to see.

New year diet. Came with some friends and tried the Harvest Salad. Perfectly scrumptious. We got our food within 10 minutes after ordering. That raspberry walnut dressing, where do I get it? I want to buy it by the gallon. Super friendly waitress too.

This place definitely takes care of their customers. I can't have dairy and the big guy went into the kitchen and read the bottles just to make sure there wasn't any butter or dairy hidden in any of them. Food was fast and delicious too!

Place gave me food poisoning. Food was terrible, barely touched it and still charged full price. Table was sticky and hadn’t been wiped down in what felt like a month. Should’ve known what I was getting into when I walked in and the place was practically empty. Close this place down.

The teamwork amongst the staff was amazing. They focus on bringing the food out first then focus on cleaning. The boys up front sat people, helped run food to the tables, and kept an eye on the front door to greet vehicles for their curbside pickup. They're not allowing people inside the building without masks, which is awesome as they're keeping both customers and staff safe and healthy. The tall guy, who looked to be the man in charge, dropped by and made sure everyone was happy. Which we were. The new Korean Sandwich is to die for.

I would love to share something that I witnessed today. First of all we love your food and we love the services here. As I was picking up my order to go. There was a tall gentleman being cussed at the front door I commend him for the verbal abuse that he took. Maintaining his composure he told them to leave. Then he came over to me helped me with my order and was polite and professional. These owners must be proud of this gentleman.

The food was good and the wings were a good size. The service was good, but nothing great stood out. They sat us next to the restroom, which had a bad smell coming from them, which made eating and enjoying the meal a little hard.

Walked in and was greeted almost instantly. A young girl with red hair. Super friendly. I came in with a couple friends to watch the Creighton game and sat at the bar rail. This tall handsome fellow who was running around like he owned the place dropped by as I was looking at the beer selection. SSSSOOO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM!!! Like, if you want a good beer selection, this is definitely the place to go. They also had these new bud light lemonade seltzers that I haven't even seen sold at Hyvee yet. I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted. I did try one of the strawberry but light lemonade seltzer because strawberry lemonade is always amazing. But this guy. He helped me navigate the huge selection, asking me questions like what I normally like to drink and gave me a sample of beers to try. I ended up going with the Scriptown Yotus IPA. We ordered the pretzel bites and the chili con queso no chili for the table and it was out within 5 minutes. Nice and hot. I've heard that this is the place to go for boneless wings as they're huge and boy do I tell you, they do not disapoint. I ordered 10 of them, 5 bourbon xhot and 5 of the sweet habanero xhot. Definitely the best heat ever. I ended up having to take half of them home. Was so full. Fat and happy and content. Definitely will be coming back here again in the future. My actual serve, Khloe, was pretty damn great too!

The most underrated wing joint in Omaha! They have more than wings of course and they have something for everybody. GREAT STAFF-one of the reasons I return here. I believe they have the largest boneless wings in Omaha. They're not processed & formed chicken me either. THEY'RE TENDERS. If you order the regular size tenders I'm sure you'll be full after three of them because they're THAT Big. I'm not sure how they can price them so low at only $1.20 on Wednesdays. I usually order steamed broccoli and it always comes out fresh and tender and they're delicious when dipped in teriyaki sauce. I like their fried pickles too. You will not leave here hungry! They have a lot of different flavors and they'll sauce them to your liking: light sauce, medium sauce or dripping in sauce. They have a lot of tvs. It's a fun atmosphere.

A sports bar named after the food it serves, and it didn't disappoint. The wings were good sized, came out hot, and had really good sauces. The rings were an excellent option for a side. The blue cheese was by far the best blue cheese I've had for dipping wings.

Came here before about 4 years ago and didn't think I'd come back again. Chicken tenders were flavorless like "Raising Canes" tenders. Onion rings weren't bad. Had an appetizer of Fire fries and they were actually pretty good. Bar areas was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon, which I didn't mind.

Might be the worst managed restaurant in Omaha. Zero attention to detail. 2/3 of the TVs literally don’t work. They are hanging crooked on the walls with cables hanging down. It’s almost comical. There is basically no bartender because she’s probably doing too much. I’m not one to complain about service much. I understand people get busy. This place is a joke. The food is fine but it was giving me anxiety just sitting in there. I won’t go back. I don’t know how it’s still open.

Stopped in while in town. Nice place. Clean. Bathrooms could be touched up but nothing to drop a star over. I had some chicken sandwhcih with blueberry BBQ sauce and spicy coleslaw. So it wasn't spicy at all BUT that sauce is great. 5 stars in that sand too.

Went in today, and specifically wanted some “burn your face” off wings. Vanessa, the kitchen manager ended up making some special sauce for us that is not normally on the menu. It was exactly what I was looking for. Almost uncomfortably spicy (by request). She did an absolutely amazing job fulfilling the exact request. From food to service, I had an overall amazing experience. Ask if Vanessa is in the kitchen, and if so request wings “as hot as humanly possible”. I promise you will not be disappointed

My family comes here all the time and the food is amazing. The Service is amazing. However the AC.................................. IS NOT AMAZING..... in the summer........ If it could get fixed then so many people could enjoy their food. Instead of watching their servers sweat while taking orders (as our was) and running back to take make our drinks. Their is no problem with with service or food....... IT IS THE HEAT ( WHICH MAKES IT HARD TO ENJOY... and it can not be fun for Employees either. This needs to be fixed cause you're losing business..... And the food is great!!

The best thing about this place was the beer and fries. The food was flavorless. The wings were over-fried and drowned in “sauces” that were either extremely thick or basically oil, tasting like it was poured out of a jar. The corn roasted queso was hardly roasted, some strange “sauce” with a grainy texture. None of this food tasted fresh or delicious. Our server was slow and inaccurate. Not sure if she is new to serving or unmotivated. We asked for water, it never came. Took about 15 minutes after our beers were ordered for them to arrive, they were not busy. The food quality suggests a major revamping of the menu and or kitchen staff to stay in business. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration; stay away! Your taste buds and wallet will thank you.

went there for appetizers and drinks. there was noone in the bar section but we still waited 15 minutes to get service. finally the waiter comes to take our order but had a mouth full of food and proceeded to spew food particles all over the table, instead of apologizing and wiping the table with a sanitizer they just brushed it with their hands on the floor. yuck. took our order and took another 15 minutes to bring our drinks we got the app sampler and the cheese sticks were cold in the middle.

Boneless wings look great and great meat but tasted awful. We got two different flavors and we ate three of each and agreed to throw the rest away. With the correct taste they would be great.

Haven’t been to wings & rings for a while since a mediocre experience last time. The wings were cold and tasteless. As if they were sitting around for an hour just to be reheated. The fries were stale. The only redeeming factor from the meal was the bleu cheese. Safe to say, this will be my final visit to wings & rings. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

We froze the entire time and the food was absolutely awful! we asked the waitress if there was anything we could do about it being so cold and she said nope it's just cold in here sorry. Then I got my bill and it was just way expensive compared to the quality of the experience. It was so bad I will not be going back.

Food was delivered by UberEats. My daughter was grossed out and upset to find a hair in her hamburger. When I went to look at the hair she pulled out, I discovered that her hamburger wasn't cooked all the way. So I ran to check my son's meal and discovered his was worse - almost raw. My burger wasn't great but at least it was cooked all the way. I'm super upset that my kids were eating this. How can they send food out like this?!?!? I do not recommend!!!!

I wish I could post the pictures. We were not at all happy with what we got. We ordered 30 wings 3 different sauces. My containers were filled with grease... and you can see the "spots" where the sauce laid in the grease. Great customer service though. He was kind and quick!

I noticed a couple of the other reviews had the same complaints. 1/3 of the containers of wings were just oil and sauce settled at the bottom and hardly any sauce on wings. The sweet BBQ tasted weird and the other sauces were not flavorful, probably because all the sauce was in the oil at the bottom of bowl. We ordered ranch and blue cheese with each order of wings and they only put one small container of what I assume was blue cheese, but it looked like something I wouldn’t trust to eat. The coleslaw was warm, so I didn’t eat but only one bite. About 45 minutes after eating I and both my daughters got sick. Overall not only did we all get sick, but it was way too pricey for the poor quality and lack of detail to not put the dressing in the bags. Huge waste of money. I’m pretty positive we got sick from it, because we all got sick at the same time after eating the food, so eat at you’re own risk.

Ordered from Door Dash. Didn't receive any of our condiments or utensils. When I called the store, the manager basically blew me off and told me to get a refund from Door Dash. The service has really gone down hill both with dining in and ordering out.

Decided to stop for dinner with the wife. Our waitress was ok just pretty slow for amount of people in at the time. Next I have to say the boneless wings are not wings just chopped white breast meat. Wife was disappointed as I. Next a waitress spilled half bowl of stuff on floor as she was delivering the order. Feel sorry for that customer who's out half they're order. But the spill was never cleaned up!!!!

After waiting 15 minutes at a very non busy evening finally someone came up to seat us. 15 minutes later we finally had a server come up and ask for our drink order. After receiving my ticket i noticed an item that was more than the menu price. After bringing it up to the server she went in the back and came back just to tell me I had to pay the ticket price instead. Very poor customer service. I shouldnt have to pay for the companies mistake. I will not be going back anymore

Have some respect for your food, wings at 100 degrees driver sitting in my parking lot for 10-15 mins took 30 mins from pick up to delivery is way to long I can make that drive in 10 mins during rush hour just avoid this place all together

I placed and order for pickup for a family size meal for our daughters 12th birthday. I was quoted $54.84, but charged $59.63. The order was suppose to include 30 wings and 3 Appetizers with celery sticks and blue cheese with ranch. 15 wings per container half the sauce was in the bag not the container. No dipping sauce (blue cheese or ranch) no celery sticks and they had the nerve to over charge. I have taken family nights there more than once especially before pandemic it was always a great experience, I look at it like right not everything needs to be double checked and no mistakes made because everyone's hurting financially, but I will think twice before choosing here. Very disappointed by my service

Wasn’t very impress with this place. We ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich’s. They come with 2 small pieces of chicken on it. Very hard grisly pieces. Sad take on a great sandwich done right! They had good service though.

Visited this location at 5:00pm waited 10 minutes to be seated and waited 20 minutes and still no server bothered to come take our drink order. There were maybe 3 tables with people sat at them, so it definitely was not busy and no manager in site. Needless to say we left and will not be going back!

The service is the reason I won’t be returning, which is disappointing because the food is ok. The last time I dined in we waited 40 minutes for a server to even approach us once seated. We haven’t been since December because that visit was so awful. We ordered to-go today. The person who answered the phone seemed super inconvenienced by our request for contactless. Someone came out to the car and insisted we needed to sign the receipt and talk to them. It seems like employee and customer safety is not a priority for them.

Food is great, but don't expect good service for contactless pick-up. Guy refused to let us not sign our CC receipt for a $29 order, had to come out and have me roll down my car window and expose both of us, and acted like it was a major inconvenience to them that we are trying to be safe. Anyone who is trying to be safe and smart, I recommend picking a different place.
