Service was great. Food was okay. Easy to catch up with friends whole having a drink. And snacks.

When we walked in, we were greeted with a dangly sign that said please seat yourself, you will be helped by a staff member shortly. Already that felt weird, but we did. There was a waitress, who looked glaringly at us as we walked through the door. The same waitress would see us sit down at our table and walked past us five times, we never got a menu. We had two kids with us so we didn’t have a kids menu either. After five minutes of no one helping us, we just got up and left. The whole atmosphere made us a feel uncomfortable. We’re not going back to old Chicago.

The food was good but the service was very slow and they messed up our order which took another hour. Would not recommend as you’re better off ordering pizza from another pizza restaurant.

It's been many many years (likely at least 10 years) since going to OC based on my distaste for their lack of quality food. I'm not certain when it changed, but we went tonight and I was impressed with both Quality and Quantity of our food. NINE in our family and not just did they all enjoy it, but we're verbally raving about it. Our sender Jess went above and beyond on several ways.. things not only unexpected of her, but even in one area I told her boy to do (she winked at my wife and did it anyway). Great work and don't let them tell you that cutting costs through lower quality food is how you increase profits. Revenue, Top Line Revenue, fixes everything and after 10 years without it, you'll be getting my contribution to that top line again; use it wisely and keep up the good work.

Although short staffed they sat us in a reasonable time frame. However, the food came out warm not hot but the wings were good. Beer was tasty and cold!

Ordered from Uber Eats. They messed up main dish. Didn't even send correct pizza. Driver graciously waited 25 minutes extra. When we called them to rectify, the manager, Zach, offered 1/3 refund and said there is nothing further he can help with and apologized that we bought something they were out of. Cost us $78. I really expected better service and response from them when I called to find a solution.

Old Chicago fell out of our normal rotation but we were pleasantly impressed with the great service, excellent pizza and cold beer. OC is back in our rotation 👍🏻

Never again. Went to the Omaha Old Chicago and not going back. We had to sit in the bar at 8:20pm because they closed the eating area. We waited forever for our waitress. They had a guy there with a karoake machine and he would sing, along with one other guy, and one lady. They would just take turns singing. Not once did he address anyone in the bar area to see if anyone else wanted to sing. It was very strange and if I owned a restaurant/bar this is not the entertainment I would want. Took forever to get our cold food on hot plates. Not going back.

If I could I would put no stars for these specific reasons 1) The food we got and the food advertised were very very different. The chicken sandwich I ordered was listed as chicken, sauce, pickles and a bun. The pickles were missing on my sandwich, the chicken was partially burned and there was practically no sauce. 1) -part 2- The fries were no better or worse then some store bought frozen fries. No flavor, burnt and too much oil saturated into them. 2) The staff on hand this evening saw the job as more of a hangout spot than anything. There were 6 staff at one point at the bar talking, gossiping and laughing for 5-10 consecutive minutes. 3) Staff were eating while working, this itself sort of bothers me but I know everyone needs to eat. The problem I had was a male staff member eating and licking his fingers then going to service people after. 4) Our waitress didn't come to our table more than 3 times from introducing herself to saying goodbye with our receipt. This was our first time eating here and I was excited for the food but let down with the reality of product and service provided.

I ordered a pizza and it came out with onions, which I did not order. The waitress said they would make a new one. No big deal. When it came back out, it was obvious they scraped the onions off and added more cheese. I still found onions they missed and because they remelted the cheese, the crust and chicken were extra dry. Waitress hid after bringing it out, never checking on us.

Never have I ever been to a place so bad, it took 20 minutes for a medium size pizza to be done I went up took another 10 minutes for my food to come up and I paid a total of $18 for a medium size cheese, pizza with chicken on top. When I ate it, the chicken was all dried up, and the pieces of chicken weren’t even big they were cut up into small little pieces. The pizza was small and it did not taste good at all what a rip off for $18 and a medium size pizza. Instead, I would go to Little Caesars and get five cheese pizzas large instead of one I would rate this restaurant at a zero but it doesn’t allow me horrible place never going there again.

We ordered pizza on the 4th of July right before a big storm came through, and this shop did an excellent job getting our (delicious) food to us efficiently, with the delivery driver doing everything they could to arrive before the storm hit. Very much appreciated this good service and piping hot pizza! Also appreciated the gluten free crust option. It was delish!

From out of town, decided to try this place. The pizza was very good! I didn’t even use the ranch that I ordered, bc the pizza was very authentic by itself. Good stuff👍

It was a beautiful evening, so we sat outside and Jess did a great job of taking care of my wife and I. We hadn't been to an Old Chicago for a while but were happy with the food and service and will be back.

I really just wanted to come on here and say that my server Cameron was absolutely amazing. He has such a great personality and is so friendly with the customers. Will always come back soley for him. Thank you Cameron!!!

Wow! What a great experience! After a two year hiatus because of a few bad experiences, poor menu changes, and management change we are back! The food was amazing again! More items came back and our server Skyler was ON IT! Best server and meal experience we’ve had here in so long!!! Thank you Skyler so much!!!

Went here for a get together with some friends. Food was great, but the service was less than par. Our waitress was very short with us, would walk away before we could ask for anything, and would make comments about our table to the bartender. Then when the bill came to the table it said "suggested gratuity of 18%" and it was automatically added on to my bill. So I signed for it and left. Then was charged the amount plus the "suggested gratuity". I find it to be bad business practice to force customers to pay a "suggested gratuity" automatically, instead of based on service.

Service was non-existent! We had to flag down an employee after sitting for 10 minutes to order our food. Eventually got drinks, but that took 20 minutes. We literally sat for 45 minutes waiting on food. In total spent over an hour here for lunch during a work day. Will not make that mistake again.

Arrived for dinner and was seated immediately. Not busy at all. Five servers standing at the front counter. We waited 15 minutes, nobody came by. Tried to get the attention of a server walking by. She ignored me. After give more minutes, gave up and walked out. The young man at the front asked me how my meal was. Just laughed and told him I wished I had been able to order. Let him know that nobody ever came by so we would find a restaurant that would accept our money. Not sure if it is worth going back seeing as how there are plenty of other restaurants with better service.

Pretty solid dining experience recently. Haven't been to Old Chicago for a bit now but the food was pretty good! I loved my BBQ Cheddar Bacon Burger and it was cooked perfectly. My friend enjoyed their deep dish pizza. If I had a complaint, less mustard in the pretzel stick dipping sauce. I couldn't really taste the beer cheese.

Dined in last night around 11pm with a group of friends. Our server, Azsia, was friendly at first but quickly turned sour. Just after midnight, she informed my party that she was about to leave, so if we wanted to close and tip her, the sooner the better. Working in the service industry myself, I understood that. I just simply asked if the chicken pesto pasta that I ordered a half hour prior could be made togo since it never came out and all of my friends were done eating. She then explained that she forgot that I ordered that and that SHE had already eaten it HERSELF…I’m quite literally not one to complain, but this needs to be addressed. It was even initially on my bill although I didn’t let my absolute disbelief get the better of me and still tipped over 20%

Terrible experience tonight. We walked in and were completely ignored by the bartender and manager. Sat ourselves and the bartender made awkward eye contact but would not greet us or let us know someone would be right out. Other people came in and he greeted them. We asked the manager if there were servers. She finally got us one, her service was good. Food was good too but our initial interactions rubbed us the wrong way. To add a cherry on top the bartender got out from behind the bar several times to SING KARAOKE (terribly by the way). I find it rather strange that they even had karaoke. As we were leaving the bartender was then standing outside vaping. We made it a point to come here during our 1 week visit to Omaha and probably won't be back.

I love Old Chicago and come here often. The service here is great and I love the beer selection. But the food has really gotten terrible. The attached photo is an order of boneless wings. Old Chicago corporate, do better!

Atmosphere was good for watching sports. Could have been a good time unfortunately our waitress forgot to put in food order and we were sitting for an hour before I asked a manager to please stop at our table. Manager was very apologetic and got our food out. However everything was luke warm so we just decided to box it up and go. We did get appetizers compensated but still wasn't worth.

Great food and great beers. I forgot there was a Husker game going on during this visit so it was unfortunately playing over the speakers. I know this is common in Nebraska so I'm not fixing any stars for it. I just wish it wasn't so. What's wrong with wanting to have music playing like usual?

Ordered a pizza and some sides for takeout. The pizza was unignorably underwhelming and missing the spinach topping. The cheesy bread was 4 squished slices of Rotella's with melted shredded cheese sparsely spread on top. The kicker is that it took 1 1/2 hours from ordering to get our pizza.

Bartender was well attentive and got our food and drinks out quickly while the dining area was noted as closed. He was simultaneously filling take out orders. He did a good job!

To say the service was just slow would be giving it a compliment. It had been awhile since we had been here because of bad service before but with the Mother's Day offering we decided to try them again. It appears it has gotten worse. Pizza was cold and cheese not completely melted, other entre was hot.. To many other places to eat in town so will be a long time before we return. It used to be a favorite spot for us.

I ordered a pizza and a kids nugget meal from here via take out through one of these delivery apps and let me tell you that Old Chicago NEVER disappoints! My food is always hot, cheese is still ooey-gooey, and drinks still ice cold. I typically receive my order pretty fast no matter when I order. They ROCK!

We arrived and were seated in the back corner somewhat far from others. We waited 10 minutes and had no service even though multiple employees made eye contact. I went to the bar to ask if we were in a section that had a server and was told yes. We waited another 10 minutes and got more looks from other servers/bar tenders and still had no service, even though other tables had their servers stop by a handful of times. So after 20 minutes of no service we left. I’ve been to multiple other Old Chicago’s and they were all good with great service. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
