I walked in and asked the lady behind the counter what she would charge me to get some links removed from my watch band. She gave me her rate, which I thought was reasonable, so she roughly suggested 3. However I thought it only needed two so I had her start there and she said it would be about 10 minutes. I browsed the stores' selection for a bit and about 5 minutes later she came back with my watch. To my surprise it was still a little loose so her suggestion of 3 links was accurate. After removing the 3rd link, Julie removed the smudges from my watch and rang me up. While removing the smudges, my watch kind of came apart so she took it back to the back and fixed the issue. I asked her what she would charge me for that and she said nothing. I made sure to tip her because she was very quick and knowledgeable in her craft. EDIT!! The owner, Mike, reached out and let me know that this was not their normal quality of work and offered to fix the rings at no cost. When i brought them back in, he was super appologetic and said that instead of just trying to fix the repair that he wanted to go ahead and replace the entire bottom shank on all three things and fix the welding on the rose gold ring. I've gotten the rings back now, and they look perfect! The bands are smooth and round. They are even thicker than before to add more value to the rings. I can not thank Mike enough for everything he did to make it right! I would definitely bring my jewelry back here simply because i know Mike will always make it right for his customers. Original: I brought 3 rings here to have resized since they no longer fit after having a baby. 2 of the rings had been worn/altered, and the third was brand new and had been ordered in the wrong size. While the pricing and timeline were reasonable, I felt the quality and care put into my rings were less than average. All the rings had bumps or flat spots on the bottom where you could feel the addition had been made. They also were not in line and made a swerve that was inconsistent with the original shape. While it may not look like a big difference, it is definitely noticeable while wearing and concerns me about the possibility of my rings being compromised and prone to damage in these areas. I would not bring my jewelry here again.

We have had several things done here. Most recent was getting watch band size adjust..ie..links outs.. They are quick and reasonably priced.

I came into the store today needing a few links removed from a stainless steel chain. I also thought I might need a new clasp as well as a new Bail. ("Bale") When I asked when I would be able to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it would be ready in a matter of minutes. The last item I brought there that needed to be repaired had more sentimental value than dollar value and they repaired it beautifully. I only repair my watches there and you can trust that you’ll leave satisfied. They even fixed my last watch for no additional cost, granted the watch was not fixed properly the first time (I paid >$30) so they asked me to bring again and the owner agreed to fix it at no additional cost (>$90) the second time. Unfortunately, we were faced with a different experience. The woman working the front was unfriendly to start off and then downright rude the rest of the encounter. We were there so decided to get ring worked anyway. We were told that resizing and stone setting would be mid-upper $300s, neither of us can remember the exact price qoute. When she told us we said okay, that is fine and she told us the price again with an attitude and asked if we wanted them to do the work or not and we again agreed to the price in the $300s. When it was picked up today, the price was over $502! 😲 and what are you going to do!? You can't just leave your ring behind, so had to pay the $502. On a different note, the work was done quickly, appears to be quality work, and turned out beautifully.

My wife recently inherited her great great grandmother's wedding ring, we came here to have it cleaned and re-sized. We were happy with the customer service, price, and timetable. We chose this business because they were one of the few who didn't have consistently poor reviews regarding their customer service. I'm glad to report that we found the staff helpful, friendly, and respectful. We will happily use their services again in the future.
