LOVE my engagement ring. My fiance custom made my ring from Martin Jewelry. It is everything I didn't know I wanted in an engagement ring. I love the twist of the band. He had them engrave the inside of the ring with elvish from The Lord of the Rings. Very fitting for my nerdy personality and we are now getting married in Hobbiton in New Zealand. I can't wait to receive my wedding band from Martin, too.

I can wear my rings again! And they sparkle. Turn around was faster than I planned, they told me 2-3 weeks but it ended up being only 1 1/2. This wasn't too big of a deal for me since I hadn't worn them in a year. I had them soldered, resized and redipped. I highly recommend Martin Jewelry!

I was not Cable to independently put on my special necklace that my son and daughter-in-law had made for me. The necklace has all my children and grandchildren’s birthstones on it. I love it so much, but the clasp was just too tiny to close. I was so happy to get it back today, with a clasp that is so easy to open and close!!! I was so impressed with their caring service and guaranteed satisfaction. The ladies at the front desk made sure I was able to put the necklace on. I’m so very happy!!! I trust Martin’s Jeweler with all my jewelry. They take special care and always get my jewelry back to me in a timely manner!!! I was so happy to discover Martin Jewelry. I had two very special rings ( with beautiful stones) that needed repair. I felt very uncomfortable with the idea of leaving them at a large jewelry retailer. I learned about Martins on the Neighborhood App. After visiting their west Omaha location I felt completely confident in their ability and trustworthiness. They did not disappoint. The work was not only done quickly and at a fair price the pieces are gorgeous!!!! They have a beautiful showroom and are very accommodating in showings by appointment. Very friendly staff!!

They offer mens and women’s jewlery, and their website has a 3D viewer to help you select before going to your appointment. The staff always answers my questions including after hours on their text service. Payment is easy in whatever way you prefer. With locations in South Omaha, West Omaha, and a expanding service in Lincoln all three run by knowledgeable staff they really want to work with you. Martin Jewelry saved us a month before our wedding. We had been communicating with another jewelry shop to get a custom wedding band done for my wife. We set up a consultation with that shop and go our idea on paper with a quote and began the process of getting the ring made. Everything seemed great and we went about our life. A little bit of time goes by and we don’t here anything back from the shop. We call in to follow up and nothing gets done. This pattern continues until we start to panic because we have one month left until our wedding day and we have zero progress made on her wedding band. I approached Kendall with Martin Jewelry about our problem. I was expecting him to tell me that time constraints wouldn’t have the ring ready in time for the wedding day. INSTEAD, I was met with a confident yes that Martin Jewelry could absolutely get the job done. Within 24 hour we had a digital mock-up of the exact ring that we were looking for. Martin Jewelry followed up with us constantly with progress updates. Guess what. Martin Jewelry got the ring done with time to spare and accomplished it perfectly. We could not be happier with the rings that we received and the service that was provided to us. This is the best place that I could recommend.

I dropped off an engagment ring on April 13th to have them redesign it. I never recieved any design ideas/quotes from them. I called today June 6th to let them know there has been no communication what so ever. No apologies were given. Would not recommend.

The BEST jeweler in town! I needed my grandmothers wedding ring/band cleaned/buffed/polished/stones tightened and appraisal. I called many places in omaha, most places were so much more expensive and booked out for months! (ESP, the “fanciest” jeweler in omaha, horrible/RUDE customer service) we did have a little mishap when we’re were going to drop off the ring but they were closed. The owner himself called me and apologized PROFUSELY and had the ring rushed ordered! It was not a big deal, but he went above and beyond for the customer when it was not that big of a deal! We got the rings back in DAYS! The rings look absolutely stunning! Absolutely the best customer service in town! 10/10 recommend!

My best friend and I got permanent bracelets and it was wonderful! They had a lot of options to choose from in terms of chain type and color. Micaela took her time with us to make sure everything was perfect and it was the correct size for comfort and daily wear. We plan to go back for anklets before summer! If you value a personalized experience the way I do, this is the best place to go.

They took their time to show me many samples, and waited patiently until I decided on the ring of my choice. They were willing to work with our budget. The staff was extremely professional and very welcoming each time that I have been there. I will definitely go back to Martin jewelry for all my future jewelry needs and purchases! Martin jewelry has the best customer service and quality of work! I first went there to get my wedding rings to accompany my engagement ring. I needed two accent bands but they only had one and the manufacturer stopped making that band so Martin Jewelry custom made my second ring to match the first at no extra charge to me. Since then I've had to cut off my ring during a pregnancy and they made it look like new afterwards! They have also replaced a diamond. Martin Jewelry has extremely friendly service and very affordable prices. It is also a family friendly environment because the staff is so friendly. I refuse to take my jewelry anywhere else. Even if they are just cleaning my ring they do it with excellence and make it look like it did the day I got married. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
