    I hate this store! I have nothing but problems since I opened an account. Card doesn't work online, go into store, "oh i 'm sorry but nothing is done," same problem happens again they some how fix it. 3rd ordered placed I go pick up but I only have one item sales person doesn't know anything can't find an answer looking dumb. I go back the next day to return my purchase because it wasn't what I ordered. Again, a blanket apology but nothing done about the horrible mix up and bad service of unaccountability. I understand that it wasn't that person but you represent the company, when a problem is presented you fix the problem or try your damnest! Last time, I went to pay my bill online and of course I have no items purchase in my order history, Like I've never used my account. So I am inconvenienced to now have to go into the store and make a payment, As I explain my story to the two ladies (one tall, older white, later 50's to early 60's, w/ short blond hair cut w/ glasses, mgr and the other lady short, 20's ethic looking) that were there who both have assisted me previously with their blanket, as usual fake "I'm sorry, but I'll do nothing to try and help clear up your problem, you want to make a payment" I thought what the hell! I couldn't get out of that store fast enough! Let me just pay this account off so I don't have to deal with this unprofessional store who obviously does NOT value their customers. My account is paid off and I will never recommend this place and try to defer anyone from doing business here! I will gladly take my monies else where!!! I would vote 0 stars but I have to select 1 in order to post!

    Got a really good deal on my wife's wedding ring here. Since then she has lost two diamonds two different times. They replaced it but the manager Ken is not very customer service friendly unless you are in there buying. After the sale they don't care to much. We were contacted by corporate after posting on facebook and told us they wanted to make it right but did nothing to make us happier. Great deal on ring but will not shop there anymore.

    From a 9+ year loyal Kay’s customer: The associate Jay was phenomenal. True story, from a bad encounter I had at a different location, I promised myself I’d never buy from Kay’s again. Long story short, I stopped in over the weekend to get a piece of jewelry repaired. Jay was extremely welcoming, attentive, and offered me a solution to my problem that no other associate ever thought of. Beyond exceeded my expectations. So much that he restored my love for Kay’s again and I purchased another piece of jewelry through him. Amazing employees like Jay are the reason we all fell in love with Kay’s. Go see them and ask for him. You’ll realize I’m not lying or exaggerating. Thanks again Jay!

    Took my wedding ring in for repairs and they DESTROYED it! Worst customer service experience of my life. Let me start by saying i bought this ring from this shop and for some reason they turned the whole ring gold, that was just the start of the issues, after 6 months of waiting and 3 repairs through 2 different repair men of theirs its still lopsided at the repair, looks silver now blended with gold, and all the metal bevels are worn WAY down. They tried to say its from me wearing it last time, but you can clearly see thats not true if you look at the original ring, which they refuse to do. How much metal can i wear off the ring in 5 years?... Is it gonna disintegrate before im 60, get real. I paid a grand for this ring from them, then paid $200 for the repair, and now im just gonna sell the ring and get a different band instead, i had to give up hope on em... This is my WEDDING RING!!! They said if it didn't look exactly like the pics on repair that they would replace the ring, then refused multiple times and kept repairing it over and over. You better record them if you take something in for repairs, they'll lie right to your face. They told me last time "of course it wont look like the original" then why would i repair it?.. Does everyone pay for a repair and expect a half azzed job? Staff is not professional at all and keep trying to show me a pic after they repaired it and say it was before, when i have a pic right before i went in and its clearly fine, they wouldnt even look at it. Ill avoid Kay jewelers now, thats sad cause my family has been going for generations, but well find a different jeweler now. Last pic is ring in original state, CLEARLY VERY different. I loved how the bevels looked like diamonds, now its circles and they say i wore it down, My fault they say.

    It was for the first couple years every time I brought my wedding ring in for the 6month cleaning they'd take it because "the stones were lose or missing". It would take forever to get back and when I did get it back I'd notice dark or cloudy stones. I can't prove anything but a woman knows her ring and I fully believe they were replacing stones with lower quality diamonds. That or some how the quality of the diamonds changed in a very short period of time which would also be good reason to never purchase from here again. I couldn't have been the only one who noticed because at first the employees at kays would always admire the ring telling me how gorgeous it was. By about the fourth time of them "servicing" it they'd say nothing, only asked if I wanted to upgrade stones or the ring. It was a fairly expensive ring with lots of beautiful stones that didn't need replacement or upgraded when we had purchased it. My husband and I will never recommend or purchase from Kays again.

    Double charged me in the store and both transactions went through. They brushed me off and the only thing they could do was give me an 800 call center number when it was time to fix it. Going through the bank for a dispute during the holiday season is garbage. You won't ever get a dime from me again. Train your workers to not rush during the checkout process or walk away during a card transaction process.

    We went when most stores were shutting down. We were treated rudely by other stores but at Kay, Valerie and Ken treated us like family! They spent time helping me find exactly what I wanted and they were very informative and patient every step of the way. You can find what you are looking for at most jewelry stores, but if you also want A+ customer service, this is the place to go! I had lost my wedding set and needed a replacement engagement ring + bands - I am so happy with what they helped me to find.

    Carlos was truly outstanding, we never got the impression we were being rushed or or pressured into any purchase. It was a big deal for us after a rough experience at a diffrent jewelry store. As we left kays we were stress free and happy with our purchase. Great store with great employees.

    Val and Carlos were so kind and helpful! If I could give separate ratings, I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, the management seems to not be concerned about keeping customers happy and earning their business. I was there on Wednesday. Val and Carlos told me that a sale was starting on Friday. It's a decent drive to get to the store and I wasn't sure I'd be able to make in on Friday, so I asked if there was any way to get the discount on Wednesday. They spoke to their boss, and she was unwilling to do an override to make it happen. As a result, I needed to call the store once the sale had started and place the order over the phone. I had to read my credit card over the phone while at work. This is not how business should be conducted.
