I was not impressed at all. The women were very rude. I got my ring sized and she just gave it to me. I had to ask her to put it on the ring mandrel to show that it was the correct size. Then she just put my ring on the glass counter didn’t bother to put it on a counter pad. That ring she just dropped (it made a sound) means a lot to me and treated like it was nothing was not impressive. very unprofessional and I will not be back. The old women should leave the jewelry store and maybe go to work for the city or county. Normally people with their attitude work in the courthouse or City Hall.

For pricing and quality, they are fine. If you're a young man (<30) going in alone, don't expect prompt/courteous service, or to be taken seriously. The store was dead, and my business was treated as a bother, but then an older man (50+) walked in and was immediately and courteously assisted.

I had to resize a ring; they were very helpful and fast. The price there is reasonable and the customer service is exceptional. The ring size was not quite right the first time so they did it again no questions asked. People working there are very lovely. They have a huge selection of jewelry.

JR’s was recommended to me by a couple of girlfriends, and now I’m recommending them as well! I lost a diamond from my ring and they did a nice job of replacing it, and rhodium plating. I’ve had earrings made from a couple of gemstones, and they a great job on those too! Quality work at a reasonable cost, and the turnaround time was pretty quick.

A nice shop with great selection of rings. People here are nice and professional. Prices here are reasonable. My wife and me purchased our wedding rings here. Neither my wife nor I have experience on choosing rings. The employee helped us choose the rings very patiently and finally helped us get what we need. Jimmy helped us adjust the rings size with exquisite craftsmanship. It’s really a good purchasing experience here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent prices to fix very fine gold or silver necklaces. They also are very good at cleaning and adjust my expensive Seiko and Invicta watches. They Clean and shine extremely beautifully silver and gold jewelry. Jr's very polite and professional jewelers Clean very expensive gemstone necklaces and bracelets and diamond rings extremely well. I highly recommend this store. If u want great service and polite personable and professional service definitely visit and keep going to this store. Other jewelers charge exorbitant prices and the service isn't as good as I've found with jrs jewelers. Highly recommend this store!!!

I stopped in to have links put into my Citizen Promaster Land watch today, due to the unusual pin and collar link fasteners being a bit difficult to do myself. In about 10 minutes time the jewelers had quickly and professionally waited on me and inserted the links that I needed and even made sure that the adjustment was what my wrist needed. Based on recent experience, they were much faster and more adept at getting this done quickly than some of the recognizable jewelry chain stores. Thanks much for a very positive experience!

Just had a ring repaired and was Very happy with what they did. At a good price too. Customer service was top notch. Bonus…..they’re currently having a sale on selected items. I’ll be shopping here!

Took my watch in to get battery changed (took about 15 mins) got my watch back it was working But not set to the right time . so I tried to fix it but couldn't get the arms to move

Excellent workmanship on my own wedding ring after I had to have it cut off and re-sized. I then took my wife's rings in for repair and cleaning which hadn't been done for many years, they came back looking like new. Reasonable turn around and reasonably priced. They also have a pretty wide selection of watches, necklaces and rings in store for purchase at good prices.

I'll never step foot in that place again. I haven't been treated so rudely in years, and I'm 55. Just wanted a ring engraved and to look at a necklace for the lady I love. No we can't do that engraving, the necklaces had extremely high prices, and the feeling they just wanted me to leave. Sure, I get the drift, I wasn't there for 10 minutes, bad experience. Stay clear and find some other jeweler.

Nice staff. But this should not be called jewelry and GIFTS. They had three different options for gifts in there. Waste of a drive. Not a wide selection of bracelets

Unfriendly staff, lost my chain when I took it in for soldering and tried to give me it back as a bracelet instead of my 18.5 inch gold chain. Bad customer service.

Went there 1 time to get my jewelry cleaned and now a diamond is out of my ring and they trying to charge me to get a new one....maybe cause of my skin tone...not good business! If anything was loose I should of been informed!
