I encased hairs of a deceased loved one in resin along with some lavender. It was worn by her mother every day and the cheap bezel I bought on amazon tarnished and broke. We needed a new clasp. But the metal was such that we didn't know if it could be soldered, especially without tarnishing the resin or hair or flower buds inside. I gave them a test bezel/resin to toy with. It could not be fixed. BUT, Papio Creek Gems clipped the bezel apart, made a bezel and created its own clasp out of silver. Her mother was very pleased to keep her heirloom. Very happy they could work with my amateur project that meant so much to us.

Went in today knowing nothing about the jewelry business or really what I was looking for. Martin, the part owner of the store was a great teacher and educated me on different cuts, qualities, and answered all of my questions without missing a beat. Although I didn't buy anything from there yet. I definitely plan on doing so in the future and will always recommend people go check them out.

I loved the store there was a wide selection. Their seed beads are wonderful and just what I needed. I met the father and son that must own the store lol. They are a funny bunch :). I will be going to back for more seed beads and also more string.

I stopped in before the holidays to ask about the possibility of getting a custom gold pendant remade in platinum for my wife. I was curious about attempting to do it myself so I casually mentioned my interest and Martin just lit up. He was so eager to help and encourage me along the way. Generously loaned me tools and offered so much advice that with just a little bit of practice I was able to recreate my wife's personal heirloom beautifully. I'm addition, I was able to make matching necklaces for my daughters as well. They all loved their gifts and I'm forever grateful to Martin for helping me to pull it off. Thank you.
