He is passionate, and not a salesman- but rather an expert gemologist/goldsmith.* I did a lot of research before shopping, so I had some good ideas and knowledge on the matter at hand. Garrett was surprised with my knowledge, but also educated me even further with thorough explanations and detail through every step of the process. The level of customer service is unrivaled. There was a winter storm which caused a delay in the delivery of my ring, but Garrett went to bat for me and contacted the shipping company directly. By doing this, he was able to get my ring on time and have the stone set. This wouldn't have been a huge deal, but I live far enough away that I am grateful for his dedication to his promised ETA. Garrett had a few diamonds for me to look at, and we looked very closely at all of the details of each one. He was not rushed, and gave me time with the diamonds, ensuring I made the best choice. *After this purchasing experience, it feels almost as if Garrett is a hobbyist that opened up his passion to the public. He is not out to 'get you', but provides honest information, and allows the high quality result to sell itself along the way.

I wish I could put into words how wonderful the experience of designing my new ring was. I went in initially to have my too-small wedding set cut off, and was enchanted by the shop. Garrett was not only helpful, but informative and not a "pushy salesman" at all. His love of his craft shines through in everything in the shop. When I contacted Garrett to begin the design process, he took my ideas and ran with them. Every step of the process was well-explained and thought-out. Any delays (to be expected in the current climate) were out of his control, but I was still kept updated. I ADORE my new piece, and catch myself staring at it from time to time. The design, execution, and process was seamless and enjoyable. The price was remarkable for the quality I received. Garrett and his shop are truly something special, and I can't wait to have another piece designed by him!

Garrett redesigned my deceased Mother's wedding ring. He took a sentimental piece and gave me some beautuful design options. He was friendly, patient, and delivered exactly when he said it would be done. I have had him assist with two rings and I would recommend him to anyone. Garrett did an amazing job building my wife’s ruby ring! The craftsmanship was excellent.He truly is a Master Goldsmith.He designed the ring and built it in 2 days to surprise my wife for her birthday. She had lost her other ring 30 years ago. I went to many jewelry stores but couldn’t ever find one close to her old one. The one he designed was 2 tire and had 15 brilliant red rubies with gold. I was shocked how low the price was with all the rubies and work required. My thanks to Garrett for such a beautiful one of a kind ring.

I've always wanted earrings like this to match my unique alexandrite wedding ring. I've never found anything even close. Never thinking I was wealthy enough to do anything custom, I gave up hope. Garrett took the time to personally custom design the engagement ring using jewelry specific CAD software and he sent me updated 3D renderings of the ring until we were both happy with the final product. Our youngest son & his fiance went to Sidroni to design & purchace her engage ring, and both raved about the efforts of Garrett & JC to help create the perfect set for them. I had a very sentimental ring that its stone fell out. Thank goodness I was able to find it but I took my ring here and they got it all fixed up! They built up the prongs to hold the stone in, and they did a 1/2 shank on the band and it looks better than it ever has! Thank you so much Garret and to everyone else at Sidrony! I’m so happy!

Great experience working with Garrett. I was referred to him from my insurance agent for a same day appraisal for insurance. Nowhere in town will you get an onsite gemologist. I not only got the appraisal for a good price, I ended up having Garrett repair some of the prongs on the ring and he threw in rhodium plating for free. Garrett does high quality work and has great attention to detail. I would recommend Garrett and Sidrony Jewelers to anyone who wants to get their ring back to the way it looked the day it was purchased.
