Designing a ring with Alyssa and working with 14 karat was an incredible experience! We wanted to upgrade my wedding ring for our 25th anniversary. We mwt with Alyssa and wanted to utilize my original diamond and the diamonds and emeralds from earrings i had owned. She created a design that was completely my personality! She was honest and fair and so creative. My new ring is beautiful and I am so in love! I have referred individuals to 14k for years. Alyssa and 14k never let us down.

Lucy was incredible. She helped me design a 100% custom engagement ring and was with me every step of the way. I went here when I was looking for an engagement ring. The process was honestly one of the best I've had buying jewelry. Very educational and informative, they have a book that explained what the colors of diamonds meant, the clarity, etc. The rep answered all the questions I had in detail and called me to verify multiple times. She even went to an overseas vendor to match a gem and band for the ring I purchased. Definitely recommend this business as they want their customers to feel no remorse when buying from them! Great people, great quality, loads of experience!

We moved to Omaha 5 years ago and needed some help with jewelry. We went to some well known places in Omaha and the customer service was awful. We found 14 karat and will be forever grateful. They are willing to take on any project, no matter how big or how small. They treat everything important. Most recently, I had lost my wedding set and we had issues with our appraisal.
