I would stay away from this place. I went in for 4 stiches on a cut on my hand, one of them was done incorrectly and they are trying to charge my insurance for $16,000 for 30 minutes worth of time and a bad stiche. My insurance advised me to get an itemized bill and fight what they’re trying to charge me directly due to they shouldn’t be charging what they are. This is a 100% profit only place, yould be better going to an actual Emergency Room

I visited last night around midnight. EVERYBODY (staff) i had any interactions with was amazing. The gentleman who helped us check in, the nurses, assistants, the doctor himself. AMAZING. They made me feel so welcome, like a priority, like they genuinely cared. I did not feel rushed at all. I suffer from severe anxiety and social anxiety. I refuse to go to hospitals / emergency rooms at all cost unless I absolutely have to. Which unfortunately I have to a lot due to health issues. I have never felt so safe and comfortable anywhere as I have here. I will never forget the wonderful staff who helped me during one of my roughest nights. I hope I don't have to return for a long long time, but if a situation occurs. I know exactly where Im headed.

Do not go to this facility! The staff here is very nice but the company overseeing it is shady. They billed me for my visit which my insurance covered, but they are now asking me to sign a release so they can appeal to get more money 3 months after they were already paid. I was charged more to sit in a room for 2 hours than the hospital I was sent to that actually performed a surgery. It's a joke

Great experience and staff. They took care of me right away and listened. They were able to treat me quickly and I am so glad I went there. After I was discharged I was feeling better and had all the information needed for my recovery. Thank you to all who helped me that day.

My son needed stitches yesterday and we had a fantastic experience. The doctor and the nurse were kind and efficient. We were in and out in about an hour!! I've never had such quick service at an emergency room. They were so quick about getting us back that I filled out the majority of the paperwork while the nurse took vitals and got my son situated. Thank you to the Millard Family Hospital staff!

The nurse that gave me my nose swab didn't warn me she was going to be so violent. Rammed the swab up my nose and busted the membrane of my sinus. My nose began bleeding immediately and the nurse just turned around and left without giving me anything to soak up the blood. So I had to walk around looking for a paper towel while blood was running out my nose all over the floor. Then about 30 seconds later I passed out. I don't know how long I was unconscious but one of the other nurses found me in there and called the original nurse back in. She was completely unapologetic about the entire situation. Didn't ask if I was OK. Didn't ask if there was anything she could do for me. Just rushed me out of the room like I was a nuisance because she had to clean my blood up off the floor. I wish I would've caught her name so I could add it to my review. The doctor on shift was great however. 1-5 stars would not recommend. About ten minutes after being rushed out I passed out again. Luckily I was able to pull over because I could feel it coming. Was unconscious for more than five minutes and then threw up all over the front seat of the car. Patient care at this facility leaves much to be desired.

Had an urgent situation with my child and the care they provided was just the best. They were so compassionate and kind. 100% would use this facility again. They are unfortunately not in network with a lot of insurance companies, but the quality of care is great and I feel so fortunate for their help.

The staff here is fantastic! The doctors were very understanding and made sure I was taken care of. The nurses and imaging department were so caring and kind. The billing process can be intimidating but the girls at the front desk explained it in detail and made sure I understood every step! They also offered fantastic discounts and cash pay pricing!

My son who’s 15 months old had to get stitches on his forehead tonight and the staff and doctors were EXCEPTIONALLY amazing. I just love kind people. Thank you guys so much for helping my sweet walker and just being so kind. A nurse gave him a little frog for being so brave and he loves it.

They were so sweet and so kind. They got me into care business and got me out. Amazing people to deal with and great personalities all around. I would absolutely go there again if I needed an ER!!

Had a really good experience in the ER. Maybe 5 minute wait in waiting room. All of the staff were helpful and kind. The doctor efficiently evaluated and counseled on issues in a tactful and non judgemental way (weight). Of course they sent in the most buff tattooed muscle man they could find to hook up my EKG all over my chest which was embarrassing! Only reason not 5 stars is because I know the bill is going to be outrageous. They are out of network and based on all the forms you sign and signage about billing hung in rooms I'm guessing they are going to hound patients until the ungodly bill is paid.

Fantastic service! I was seen immediately. The doctor didn’t rush me and he answered every single question I had. 10/10 will definitely be back if the need arises.

I’ve had a severe sore throat for 8 days. i have tried everything and ibuprofen hot tea and cough drops just aren’t working for me. they wouldn’t prescribe any kind of pain medicine like a codeine cough syrup. take your patients pain seriously.

Dr Woods, Phil, Allison, Casey, and Chris were phenomonal! They all were so kind and I felt very well cared for! Also perfect amount of professionalism and knowledge of their jobs! I feel 100% better because of their care of me

I dealt with billing issues with them for over a year and a half. When we brought our son in we were told the cost would be no more than $450. I called several times after asking if I could pay and if they could send me a bill and I was told they were waiting for my insurance. I called my insurance and they said they had sent everything requested by Millard Family Hospital twice. Eventually, after a year, we got our bill and were charged almost $800. When I asked why they said I would have needed to pay the $450 within 30 days of service….apparently that was a secret until a year after we went in. I also had an email from one of their billing managers saying my account would be settled once the $450 was paid, I paid it off and continued to receive bills and my follow up emails were all ignored. You’d probably just be better off dying than going here and dealing with their billing.

Everyone has been Very Helpful and Very Nice. They are stocked with good snacks, lots of beverages, coffee too, (a kuirig). You also get to order your meals through Uber Eats. They take care of that all!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to get clean. It's a bit pricey, (my insurance wasn't accepted) but that's not to say that yours wouldn't be. But 10 out of a 10 😀from me. Hopefully I have helped Thanks I also wanted to put in a good note for Nikki, Dillan, and Laura. Super nice and accommodating. Nikki will be my advocate and find me in inpatient program that is right for me. Also, they let you smoke and/or vape outside anytime you want, that is, if you do smoke or vape. But thank you for reading my post. God Bless and best of luck to anyone trying to get clean one last time.

The staff and Dr. Woods are fantastic. I totally recommend the Family Hospital at Millard because they will find whatever is ailing you and take care it. I went to my primary doctor and emergency room at another hospital, both said my lungs were clear. Turns out, I have pneumonia in both lungs. I'm now on my way to recovery, thank you Family Hospital at Millard.

Great bed side manner, efficient, clean facility. They took time to determine appropriate care before discharge. Everyone was friendly and helpful from front staff, nurse, radiology tech and Dr. Thank you for my care. L. Renee Gillespie

I give no rating. They were very unprofessional and kept me waiting on the room just so they could charge me something. I came in for the flu all they did was ask me questions. Then just told me to take Tylenol and let it pass. Then proceeded to try to keep me there so they could charge me when I was sitting in the room ready to puke. They didn’t do any testing or anything. I recommend never going to this place.

They were Very Nice and Dr. David Actually took his time to talk to me to work out best course of action. And he gave me a referral because I needed to see a specialist. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the issue of my back was addressed, but no imaging was done for my abdomen area after explaining the pain I was experiencing there. And I have PCOS

I arrived to the ER about 5am. They saw me quickly and I was out by 715am. The doc recommend paxlovid. But I asked him it really worked. He was honest about its efficacy. I like honesty above all else.

Beware of this place!! We were treated very well by the hospital staff during our visits but have been battling ever since with their billing dept. They are trying to bill me directly instead of running it through my insurance (which we have provided twice) and trying to bill my son for an emergency room visit that did not happen.

I have had to go to the ER several times this past year and I just want to share how amazing this place was to me. When you feel awful it’s not a good experience either way, but they were kind and quick. They made it as smooth as it could be for me.

Just moved to Omaha in July. Twisted my knee some how and was in so much pain. Really didn't want to spend hours in ER. So I told my husband there's a like a hospital clinic up the street. So we went in and I was amazed how fast things happened. Didn't even have time to finish one page of info on the tablet. Had me in the room Dr. Came in, pain pill given, Exray took,Dr back in with results, prescription given and out the door we went. Less than an hour. The Staff was amazing. I strongly recommend Millard Family Hospital.

I was unable to find someone to watch my kids so I could go into the ER. They were very understanding and kind with my three kids under 7. They even gave them a stuffed lovey each. It made the experience less stressful on me. I will recommend them to anyone.

All of the staff was so wonderful. Warm and welcoming the facility was very clean and the whole environment just felt really good. We actually ended up here randomly because I saw the urgent care on our way home. It is close to our home but I didn’t know anything about it. After feeling very overwhelmed, and welcomed and chaotic at children’s…. my seven-year-old daughter looked at me and said “mama I do not wanna be here I can’t be here. It feels creepy and not good “. Normally I would say it’s OK I got you… Everything is going to be fine here it’s just busy. But I also got the same weird unwelcoming vibe so we didn’t finish checking in at children’s and left for Millard Family urgent care just to give it a try since we were so uneasy With children’s. walking in we immediately felt at ease And felt very cared for. This will be my go to location from now on for all five of my children and myself.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE. I broke my foot and this was the closest emergency room to my house, I have a very common insurance and they asked for my insurance cards so I did not even think twice about it. Upon leaving I learned they do not submit to insurance and was offered a 'hardship plan' to pay instead of being billed the full amount (x-rays, etc) and spend $950 when I would've only spent $100 for a copay at a real ER. No one was upfront about them not being in contract with insurance, this was such a scam.

Words simply can not do justice to what a terrific job the staff did. Their Professionalism and caring attitude turned a bad situation into a life-altering positive for my family. Everyone I interacted with were courteous, kind, professional and friendly. Great experience! Highly recommend!
