Went to Clinic today and saw NP Stephanie. Told me she couldn’t give me anything for my dizziness or nausea as it might conflict with other medications I am currently taking and said for me to make a visit to the ER! Isn’t it their job to check as to what medications I would be able to take? What’s the point of even having a walk in Clinic if they can’t prescribe anything? Her attitude was one of which said she didn’t want to be working on a Friday … so sorry I inconvenienced you Stephanie!!!

Went in today because I knew I had either a sinus infection, pink eye, or a little bit of both. The two women didn't even introduce themselves. After being there for what seemed like forever.. I was told all I had was a cold, because a lot of women get bad colds before they go into labor (I'm 38 weeks pregnant). I left not believing them and made an appt with my regular doctor an hour away, within minutes of seeing him he told me that I was correct and that I had a sinus infection and pink eye. These appts were only 3 hours apart.. and I was definitely not happy with this place and will never return.

Showed up at 6:45 pm and sat in the designated seats and waited for the person who was apparently in an exam room. At 7:05 pm, the person running the clinic came out of the closed room without anyone else. We got up to enter the room and she advised she was closed. I stated, your hours show you are open until 7:30 pm. I was then told she can't see any more patients because she needs to lock up. The space of the office is about 10' x 15'. I'm not sure how much there was to "lock up" especially when she had no one seen since we arrived. Very frustrating experience.

Boyfriend went in with a suspected sinus infection, guy asked him one question, didn't examine him at all, said you probably need to change your allergy medicine, and sent him on his way?? I mean, thanks for not charging him, but it'd be cool if when someone comes into a clinic because they feel sick a doctor would examine him and take a proper history. Most people with allergies know the difference between "oh, it's my allergies" and "dang I'm sick". I'm sure the guy was just trying to save him the money, but all that really happened is he had to go somewhere else to get proper care. That's not that helpful.

My sister went there early last week with abdominal pain, vomiting, UTI, fever, and all sorts of other things. The doctor came in, said he did not know what was wrong and sent her home with 3 medications. As of today she is in the ICU with a double kidney infection. Something that would have been detected with a simple pee test, which should have been done before loading her with drugs to make sure if she was pregnant or not. The ER doctor confirmed she would have had at least one kidney infection when she went to urgent Care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! My sister could have lost her kidneys because of this.

Dr Ruth (don't remember last name) is the worst!! She's rude and doesn't care about the patients. I went in before I went on vacation cause I was sure I had pink eye and I wanted to be sure I wasn't going to pass it to my grandparents. she brushed me off and told me it's a virus and take some clariten. I told her I had gunk and it's been going on for days. Now I'm on vacation and my eyes are worse. Spent two hours at urgent care and was told IT IS pink eye. It would have been partially cleared by now if Ruth would have done her job!!!

Its Christmas and NE is rated the worst state for influenza right now. I get it. There are going to be a wait and lines. But this is crazy. I waited for hours with just a few people in front of me. Some people were seen for over 30 minutes and the dr took 10-15 minutes in between patients. It's the exact opposite of 'quick' care. One child was vomiting, we're all miserable, we're looking to you for help. There are tons of people after me. Pick up the pace so people can feel better.

I came to the Quick Care clinic on a Thursday morning about 7:10am. The nurse practitioner who was able to assist me was friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my current state of misery related to sickness. She was thorough with her physical examination and gave me several home remedy ideas to treat the symptoms of the infection in addition to an Rx to address the infection itself. I was back home with my Rx and resting on my couch by 8am that morning. I would easily recommend CHI Health Quick Care to a friend or family member.

Saw Ms Maddox and her bedside manner was impeccable. Thank you for treating me and then going the extra step by educating me on what to expect and being protective of my HIPPA information. The wait was long, but I expected that, especially since it’s minor illnesses and everyone is sick. I’ve had worse care elsewhere so I really appreciate Ms. Maddox and her professionalism throughout the entire visit.

Went in right at 7a for possible strep. Turns out the test showed negative but didn't change the fact that I felt terrible and had a day full of meetings. Instead of just sending me on my way, the practitioner actually walked me to find the best cough drops and tea to get me through the day as well as equipping me with a pack of samples of other things that could help. Great service - very friendly!

😠 The building was in a rundown questionably unsafe neighborhood. The interior of the facility was not very clean at all. Not sanitary looking and very dated. Seating area didn’t allow for any kind of distance from other patients. One patient was sick and my partner got sick 3 days later. No face mask...

😠 This was the most horrible medical provider I have ever been to. And I have been to many.
