Found my new primary care Dr. Marjorie S. Bisenius. Fantastic, personable, caring and professional. Very hard to find those qualities anymore. Great support staff and best blood draws I have had in years!

Everyone there is always very helpful and patient-centered. Never judgmental or short, and some of the best providers I’ve ever had. My only complaint is the patient portal, because I always seem to have a hard time getting my messages to go through. But the portal is wonderful when it works, because you always get a quick and helpful response.

Deidra is very personable,she truly cares about her patients. I always feel I can share anything with her regarding my health and she will take my feelings into account. Always feel comfortable visiting the office knowing I'm being well taken care of!

I love the PA that I see, but the folks that answer the phones absolutely sound like they could not possibly care less.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They got me in right away and took good care of me. Dr. Blad was wonderful. He helped alleviate a health concern that I had for years. He referred me to a doctor that could help me. I felt very good about my visit. I would highly recommend this facility.

Always receive great care at Midwest Regional Health Services. Met with Dr Tobias Shinaut needing quick assistance with back pain. He was extremely helpful and gave great advice on how to protect myself from future injuries. Care and Education.

I was happy to hear that a bump on my right shoulder was seborrheic keratosis which is a benign lesion! Dr. Shinaut applied some spray. A bump on my left hand was a wart which was too red to want to treat at this time, so I'm glad I didn't try treating the wart myself.

Dr Blad is always so ful of energy and seems excited for every interaction I have with him. It validates my decision from years ago to choose him as my primary care provider

Dr. Toby Shinaut and the team at Midwest Regional Health Services are outstanding healthcare providers in an area that is rich with good medical care. If you want excellent care, however, this is where to go.

Had an appt because you can't get prescriptions you need without a doctor, that's literally the only reason I made the appt in the first place. The doctor seemed very put off by my presence, very not caring. I got the feeling they had a problem with me, to the point where I want to return. The bad thing is I actually have medical problems I need help with and I get a discount using this place.

Dr. Biga and Nicole are always thorough and calming. I get to speak about my medical care, in real people speak, and not have to decipher terminology, so feel at ease each time I leave there.

Very pleased with my experience at Midwest Regional Health Services . I had a yearly check up and needed help with an over stressed arthritic knee. Dr Marjorie B suggested physical therapy and a medication. Both are working great! She is friendly, approachable, professional and very knowledgeable. Thanks for helping me get my life back! I had a fantastic experience with this office - from check-in to leaving. Jamie Diedra were very helpful and listened intently to me and had follow-up questions and offered very good advice. Diedra promptly communicated my lab results to me and offered a solution for my high cholesterol. I am very happy with this medical facility. I was a first-timer but I think I just found my new provider!

My grandson is very comfortable with Dr. Jennifer Inbarrasu. He has shared things with her that I did not know about. I feel she helps me as much as my grandson. We love her. Jayden doesn't even complain about her meetings with us.:)

My experience with this office, and especially Dr. Bisenius, is always a positive one! I'm a 62-year-old grandma and until I started seeing Dr. B a few years ago, I dreaded doctor appointments. She is funny and kind, sooo down-to-earth, and is always willing to listen and advise without judgement or downplaying of the things I'm concerned about. The nurses are very efficient, and the girls up front are always beyond nice and patient, as well.

Dr shinaut does a great job taking time to sit down with you and explain everything that he is thinking for what is going on and how to best treat it. Cannot express enough how great the care is with him.

I did a Facetime visit with Dr. Bisenius since I came down with Covid. She was so kind and helpful. She prescribed steroids, cough pills and rest. I am doing fine now! Dr. Bisenius is very caring and thoughtful. Midwest Regional Health Services has such wonderful doctors and staff. Thank you!

Lisa Hood PA is awesome, it’s so comforting to know when I come in I have total trust in her . I know whatever the case she will figure out the diagnosis and come up with a plan. She is very empathetic and a great listener . Highly recommend

We have been seeing Dr. Bisenius for many years. We also have many family members and friends that go to her as well. Dr. B is like a warm hug, she is always in a good mood and she has a way of making you feel better. She has such a great bedside manner, she listens to everything you have to say without having one foot out the door and makes sure ALL your questions and concerns are taken care of before she is done with you. I saw Diedra as my PCP was booked. We were very satisfied. My history is complex and she understood what I needed in that visit rather than rehashing and addressing the issues I work with my other providers on regularly. She was able to triage and treat exactly what I needed.

I’ve gone to Dr. Bisenius for years and have been treated with care, love, friendship and respect every time I’ve seen her. I have never been out of her care since day one and don’t plan to be out of her care ever. Best Dr. for me EVER!!!!

Dr. Shinaut was very thorough in answering my questions, addressing my concerns and was willing to explain lab results. He is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. His nurse, Amy, was very nice and made me feel at ease.

I saw Diedra for an office visit, needed an RX fill, she was the best! I have to pay out of pocket for visits bc my marketplace insurance is the worst for anything outside of routine. Midwest Region has the best price for OOP visits! Trust me I did my homework. Diedra is super nice and efficient. The entire staff was great from check in. Thank you making my experience wonderful. Between the nurse and Sue, I had an amazing experience. I have an extensive history that’s led me to experience both good and bad interactions with doctors and staff.
