Google Maps lead me to this store. Although the store is geared to Dog & Cat products, they do have some Fish, & other small animals. I bought 6 Tree Frogs & was very happy with my choice. Staff was very nice, & although there was a small issue at the register, the issue was rectified right away. For their focus on CS, I give them 5 stars.

I had THE best experience here today. The staff was fabulous, especially the gal who checked us out. She was so sweet and kind to my little Daphne. She found her toys, gave her treats, gave her LOTS of pets and loving, and made sure mom didn’t break the bank with the new puppy discount and new puppy parent check list. I appreciate the welcoming environment and kindness shown mine and Daphne’s way. Daphne and I can’t wait to come back! 💜

Friendly helpful staff! Levi was patient with my wanting to look at the same reptile 3x because I couldn't make up my mind. Clean, stocked store! Reptiles were cared for properly. I don't know much on fuzzie creatures but they all looked well cared for as well

This is a great place for all your pet supplies. I recently got a fish tank and new fish from here. I purchased some fish, and after a few days they all died😥. They have a 14 day return policy on some fish, and these fell into that category. They took them back without question, sampled the water and told me what was wrong. After their recommendation I know have a great fish tank with healthy fish.

My wife went in, and the manager was so rude and u helpful! Cause they were out of the large bag of food that we always get. Did not even offer to order! This person should not be working there, and now lost a regular customer.

Pet supplies plus wasn't even on my radar i would buy from chewy or other pet shops since i buy a specific type of medicated food..... i have 2 ... 3 year old cats and they have always ate the same food its good for them and they love the taste... it is hard to replace the food with something different... a while back I had a problem finding the type of food they eat there was a shortage and I panicked... a friend told me about pet supplies plus and I called ....not only did they have the food but the staff even set aside some for me to come pick up ... its stuff like that the fact that they care enuf to understand the situation and be so helpful... the store is great they have animals in the back to look at and a dog washing station .... it seems to really does lean more to dogs than other animals how ever I found what I needed plus more ... I now shop at pet supplies plus regularly

The store is a good size and we did find what we were looking for. With that said, the selection pales in comparison to the two other big box stores and the prices were roughly the same. With that said, they do have some products I'd be willing to try that is their brand (cat litter, etc.) to see how my pets like it.

The best pet store in omaha!!! All the staff team are sooo nice! And they spoiled my baby Eddie all the time!!! They always try to help you as much as they can with your questions, coupons and deals, the pals rewards is awesome too!! I wish they can have more cat products! But for dogs they have a world in there!!

They have a nice selection of goods . I like the dog wash used it more than once. A new feature on Tues and Thurs. A ear cleaning and nail care clinic is starting up. I excited to taking my pugs in. See you there.

Our favorite pet store! Great selection of quality foods. Dog wash station is a saving grace when you have dirty dogs after a day at the park or at grandpa's house!

Great place for pet supplies. Love their bulk treats but make sure you read the ingredients to some of them. Some have garlic. Although many of them are pretty safe.

So in terms of a reptile owner I think they could offer more pet supplies for reptile owners. Like front opening 40 gallons tanks, more undertank heater sizes, coconut husk substrate, etc. They have ball pythons, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, and a couple different reptiles, small critters, and birds available to buy at the store. Staff is nice and store is pretty neat. Not super nosy even for a pet store. Also there rewards program is pretty good. Overall a pretty good pet supplies store.

My dog Bella and I come here every week and are always treated so kindly. The employees are super knowledgeable and always super friendly. I've only ever had one issue here and it was resolved quickly and professionally.

This place really should be called Dog Supplies Plus. Quite literally three-quarters of the store is dog aisles (I'm talking 7+ aisles are dog aisles compared to 1 cat aisle. ONE). They have two aisles for small critters and only one aisle for cats. Absolutely no crystal litter at all, almost no variety in their foods that they offer but at least they do have a fair Science Diet section and oddly specialized Royal Canin Cat foods but..only the really special diet items none of the standard for that brand. It's really strange what they opted to stock. The staff is really friendly but the lack of variety in the store and the fact that they really only cater to dogs is surprising. I also signed up for their rewards program online, but when I got to the store they told me I wasn't a member so I had to sign up all over again. The prices are significantly more expensive than other pet stores and while they allegedly price match, I'm not sure what kind of hoops you have to jump through to get it. Unfortunately I will not be back. I want to support stores with great staff and that are locally managed and operated but the stock selection is just abysmal. You do NOT need that many dog aisles. Have some balance in your store!

Absolutely love shopping there fantastic products. I always find what I'm looking for. Raymond and his crew are top notch. He is always willing to help me and my pets. I highly recommend. I also take advantage of the dogwash. The store is always clean, A fantastic environment to shop and bring your pets. Come in and see for yourself.

Love taking my German Shepard there to get washed. They always have different kinds of shampoos including hypoallergenic and shampoo with conditioner. You can adjust the temperature of the water and they have a blow dryer to dry you puppy. There are towels and dog treats also. By far one of the best places in town to wash your furry friend. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The staff also goes through and cleans the wash areas when you get done so the next person has a clean area. 5 stars isn't enough for this place!! Thank you to the staff at pet supplies plus, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

The store is clean and lively. Customer service was awesome as they answer pretty much every questions we have regarding our puppy needs. They'll match locals and online store prices... where some of the big box will not. They even have a self wash dog area. The manager in site today was superb. She's awesome and made us feel welcoming as it's our first time here. Will bring my business to them often.
