DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! They honestly need to be closed down. I bought a puppy from them one week ago, took the puppy to the vet & the poor puppy has an infection, heart condition, and was given incorrect vaccines at the incorrect time! I called Tully’s to see what were my options and was told they would get back to me. They never did!! Long short short, unfortunately I had to return my puppy due to her health issues. They showed no type of sympathy! They didn’t ask about her health condition, no apology, absolutely nothing. Customer service sucks!!! I told him she shouldn’t be around other dogs, then watched him take her and put her with the other dogs!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

We got our puppy here back in November, The staff was great. My Husband and I came in with our 4 kids, they let us play with multiple puppies so we could find one perfect for our family. The place was clean and all dogs looked cared for! We had a great experience and love our new addition!

I have purchased a dog her in December, I came back 3 times before I decided. Played with the dogs for a while before making my decision. I came alone. I recently returned with my children and were the only ones in the store and the promptly put up signs that we could not play with the puppies When I asked they said it was because we couldn’t afford to purchase a puppy .. how do they know this ?? How do they know what I can and can not afford? I was so appalled but remained professional and let without letting the children know about the discriminatory practices. Your reply of my intent makes no sense.. how can your employees know my intent ? They never asked me my intent, never even inquired. So actually this makes you sound even worse and proves that your made an assumption. I have no problem with people being short staffed., in fact I asked when I could return where it would be possible to see a puppy and they said basically never.

This place screams puppy mill. For those who do not know, puppy mills are puppy breeding facility’s that breed dogs for money, not quality or health. Unfortunately, many of these puppies lead a poor life with many health problems. Please do not buy from here. These puppies and adult dogs do need rescued but please leave it to the professionals because paying these people to buy a dog (thinking that your rescuing it) supports this horrible breeding business. The parent dogs are forced to have more puppies and it’s simply not fair. If you have already adopted a puppy mill puppy, it’s okay and please don’t feel guilty. You were uneducated then but hopefully you are now. I also recommend adopting from a shelter or find a responsible breeder. Thanks for reading this.

My family, yet it was a very long time ago, kept our dog at Tully's while on a family trip. I was young, but I will never forget the condition of our dog upon our return and how upset I was and my parents. I can't believe they are selling dogs. I would highly recommend that you can take the dog to a vet for an evaluation before official purchase. I read the review from the woman with the puppy who had parvo. Either the puppy was sold too young before it was able to receive all the shots or the puppy never got the shots in the first place. Once the dog is vaccinated against parvo, they are safe from the parvo virus. You do need to get the updated schedule of shots for your dog, including parvo. Parvo can kill your dog. At least the NHS makes sure all dogs are free of disease, have their shots, and are spayed/neutered for health reasons and to control the population of strays. If you don't want to do the rescue thing, make sure you go to a reputable breeder. You will know, because it will not be cheap, there is a reason for that.

Please ADOPT, DON’T SHOP! Every animal shelter in the country is struggling with the overwhelming intake of stray and abandoned dogs. If it’s a puppy you want, you can find one of any breed at your local shelter with a little patience. If it’s a small dog you want, you can find also one of any breed at your local shelter with a little patience. In the last few months, I have seen standard poodles, miniature poodles, bichons frises, Wheaten terriers, cocker spaniels, beagles, great Pyrenees, labs, golden retrievers, shitzus, etc. go through the Omaha and Lincoln humane societies along with other wonderful breeds that are not as “popular” and therefore spend entirely too much time waiting for their forever homes. Whatever kind of dog you want, please, please, please consider adopting instead of contributing to the overpopulation of animals in this country and the unnecessary euthanization of millions of dogs every year.

I'm not understanding why there are so many bad reviews about this place. The moment we walked in they greeted us and the place was very clean. There were 2 staff members in the kennel area either helping you pick out your puppy or they were cleaning up and taking care of the puppies. I was extremely impressed by the place itself. We ended up purchasing a miniature schnauzer and we did bring him to the vet. For the 1st FREE visit. I gotta say, if I were wanting a specific breed this place is definitely the place to go. The price was right, the staff was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and our puppy had a clean bill of health.. Thank you Tullys & staff for helping me find the most AMAZING dog ever !! ❤️

We went to Tully's to find a puppy for our family. The staff was friendly the transaction was a pleasant one. That is not why I write this review. No matter how clean the facility or breeders home, puppy's get sick. Our brand new puppy wasn't feeling too great and we took her to the pet urgent care to see if they could get her some relief. She was diagnosed with parvovirus. I never blamed Tully's because both veterinarians I talked to said that Parvo was especially bad this year and even with vaccinations it is sometimes unavoidable. We called Tully's to let them know. The manager called back before the shop opened and offered to pay the urgent care bill and pay for hospitalization at the vet they work with. I was blown away by this. Had we gotten our puppy somewhere else this would not be the case. Miley (the puppy) is doing extremely well now, living her best life and wearing us out with all her energy. We have our work cut out for us with the two dogs we have so we won't be shopping again anytime soon but I will recommend Tullys to everyone I know. I know there are a lot of comments out there about Tullys being a puppy mill and "adopt don't shop" while I agree that we should rescue the dogs at shelters (we have a rescue as well) Tully's gives you an option to get a puppy and feel assured that the puppy's health is their top priority even after it's left their facility. Thank you Rose and everyone else at Tully's we cannot thank you enough for our new puppy.

I have bought 2 Westies and 5 poodles the last 20 years from Tully's. They all have lived to at least 14 years and led happy and healthy lives. If they had a poodle now, I would gladly buy one from them.

Any one that purchases a puppy from Tully’s are supporting puppy mills. Do your research. All you have to do is walk in. You don’t have to be a genius to know where these puppies come from. This place needs to get shut down.

I hate leaving reviews in regards of other peoples experiences but this deserves it. A girl i know bought a sick husky puppy from this store, apparently they had told her the dog was fine etc, but it’s been 5 days and her dog has seen the vet and has been told it has coccidia and giardia. She’s absolutely heartbroken. She says her puppy has been sick since they brought her home. You say your puppies come from only reputable breeders but tell me this - what ethical reputable breeder purposely mixes toy poodles with other breeds and sells sick dogs? Not any ethical breeders i know. This place screams puppy mill or backyard breeder, same with any other pet store that sells dogs in house. Get your puppies from reputable breeders who let you see the parents on site, and offer full genetic and ofa testing. Expect a review from the girl i know as well, ive also recommended her to take legal action.

It's a disgusting place, I walked in the back once and it was so filthy. It's a real shame that anybody would support this establishment. I mean you walk into the place and you can smell how filthy it is. When they treat the animals the way they do and then charge you 1200 for a dog that's insane. P.S. I haven't been here recently. I only went here a few times growing up and it was disgusting. I don't know if you've changed it and great if you did, but at the same time the disgusting environment that I saw first hand was revolting. I'm also fairly certain there also used to be a back room where the business would keep older animals that was not there anymore last time I was there and it was nasty, but if that's wrong then that's my mistake I must've remembered wrong. However, I do remember this place being unhygienic each time I ever went there. Like I said maybe you guys have changed, but you have multiple bad reviews about the hygiene of this place and I know they're true because I've seen it. People are not just making this up and instead of trying to discredit someone you should just try and focus on making your business better and taking better care of it. When you do that then maybe you won't have these bad reviews, but also keep in mind that you can't change the way your business once conducted itself.

We got two puppies from them. They came infected with Gardia, we’ve been through 3 different rounds of medication and it still hasn’t cured it. Vet said that the basic Tullys did wouldn’t have seen it. Over $400 fighting it and we are now up for another round of medication. I’ll never purchase another puppy from them and I strongly strongly strongly recommend you look elsewhere also.

I got my American Eskimo/ Sheltie puppy here when she was 14 weeks old and I couldn’t be any happier with that decision. She’s now 1 year old and hasn’t had any health complications or behavioral issues at all. We take her everywhere with us and it’s so amazing to see how her personality started to really shine. Whatever we want to do, she always wants to be involved too and it’s amazing how she fits in with our family so well. I’m so glad to have come to Tully’s kennel. 🤍

I bought my dachshund here a little over a year ago! I got to have puppy playtime before I made my choice. Her price was exactly where I expected it to be. A lot of folks have their opinions on the way things are run around this place. They think those pups are locked up all hours on end. But there is a difference between showtime and when the doors are shut. Cleaning is easier, and that's why they have those litter boxes to rest in. They would soak and chew up the blankets making it not habitable. The facility would get flagged for for unhealthy conditions. And the water sticks are a neat idea actually. Puppies play ruff and make messes. People forget their like children no concept of things around them. This is not a puppy mill and this is not even in the category of that. And if there was something wrong with my animal I'd speak up and tell them. When they get puppies from breeders anything could go wrong. But if they have an illness they should know because the first thing that a good person would say is hey what about the rest of the litter? It's nice they reach out to you about your puppy! Cause something that maybe wrong with yours could also be the litter too. I enjoy it here everytime I go

I had a good experience while visiting and picking out a puppy. Got to the point of buying a puppy but the form of payment I wanted to use wasn’t excepted. If you’re an iPhone user you’ll understand the fact of connecting your bank card to your wallet or watch to be hands free. Well I wanted to use my tap feature and they consider it “Applepay” which it isn’t. This feature comes straight from your bank. I even offered to show proper identification that it was my card to use with my name on it The manager just said “she doesn’t understand.” This whole process was a huge disappointment not just for me but my children since we recently lost our dog. This meant more than they know but the manager just wanted to get off the phone. But the actual employees in the puppy room are great and willing to help.

Got my Doberman/bulldog mix from here 9 years ago and my standard poodle last year! Both are the greatest dogs with great health! Only wish they had a "coming soon" button on their website so people can see what dates certain breeds are coming in but great place.

My fiancé and I have come here a couple times and haven’t quite committed to a dog yet. But the staff members do an excellent job of keeping the place clean and the dogs are well loved here. When we are fully ready for a puppy we will be getting it here.

This place has the most cutest little puppies I have ever saw! I might work there when I turn 14 if I get approved! I will truly have fun being with the puppies.

We just got an adorable multipoo on Sunday she had her vet check today and is healthy! Full of energy and makes me constantly smile. It took the 2.5 lb dog 15 mins to rule the house and was easy to potty pad train as her legs are too short for the grass right now. Could not be happier with our new little girl and everyone at Tullys was amazing, they even bathed her before sending her with us. It’s also nice that they work with our local vet to get her initial checkup for her health guarantee. We have looked at other dogs, beware of scammers! We feel like the price was a great price for having a microchip which alone can cost a few hundred dollars. Thanks again Tullys for allowing us to adopt our little girl from you!
