This is the perfect representation of what a local, Omaha proud pizzeria should be. They always get my order perfectly and I love the Bianca. Try the chicken pesto (lol) and their raviolis. Paige did a great job last night when my boyfriend and I came in. Thanks Zio’s for all you do. Will always consider this my fav pizza. 🍕✨😜😎

Boyfriend and I came in when they was really busy and we still received great customer service. The food was really good, wings was excellent, pizza had that stretch to the cheese. The pepperoni pizza was tasty but VERY VERY OILY I might not order that again since I had to pat my slice with a napkin before I could eat it. We will return looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

Great place. It has been awhile since I ate here. But the food was great and the staff very friendly. I deliberately got more food than I could eat so I could take some home. Found the pricing to be reasonable.

Pretty good pizza, we will be back to try more! We got a large half meatball half meatball/pepperoni pizza to go. The meat was the most tender I’ve ever had on a pizza. I think the crust could’ve used a tad more flavor—maybe salt/butter/garlic? And the pizza was more greasy than I’d like, but I fixed that with a little dab of my napkin ;) appreciated the military discount too!

We were really excited but the atmosphere was a let down and they made a mistake with our food. Instead of creating a new pizza they added toppings and cheese so it was a bowl of grease vs a pizza. Staff alsp had an attitude of I don't drink so o don't care what beer we have instead of asking. Probably the most abrasive experience I've had in omaha

We had to wait for over a hour to get are food I know there a labor shortage. So I pretty patient but two groups got that came in after we did got there food before us. An when I ask the waiter if he forgot about us he didn’t have the guts to msn up an say they lost are order. He just lied to us an said no after it was pretty obvious they did

Zio’s Is a great place for having a great meal. Our half-sausage half-cheese pizza was really tasty and the staff was nice. They were super apologetic about the wait (we came around halftime when orders were being made for the Nebraska game), but it really wasnt that much of an inconvenience. Atmosphere was nice but calm when we were there, which can, again, be attributed to the Nebraska game. Overall, I will definitely be back when I am in Omaha!

I dont normally give ratings under 5. I think management deserves a heads up if the rating is sub par. Here is an exception, so sorry. Clearly understaffed so I'd give our server who truly was bustling about checking out pick up orders, bussing the tables and serving. My 3 for service is due to the fact that our order was wrong. My husband requested the " Thinnest crust you've got, which evidenced in the picture below, he did not get. She blew by several times throwing a " you guys ok?" Over her shoulder, back to us , without pausing to get an answer. We got the impression she didn't want an answer, because we weren't. We didn't mention the incorrect pizza crust because we had already waited too long for our pizza. I might not have given a 3 either, except the pizza was Just OK, not terrible but sooooo Overpriced! We won't be back. A bunch of people must like it because they were streaming in for pick ups that they waited very patiently for. Lots of waiting.......

Server was amazing! Very friendly and helpful!! The pizza was pretty good! I wish it had more cheese, but overall warm and tasty! My friend had vegan cheese and was very happy with the result! The sausage was good! Overall a good restaurant!!

Comfort food at it's very best. Do you want to make a single giant slice of delicious out of artichoke hearts, fresh garlic, mushrooms, and ricotta? You can! We all have different flavor profiles, but there's so much choice here, there should be no reason you should walk away disappointed, otherwise you need to come back with another combination idea. The service was attentive, patient, and even subbed an order for us which was a big plus. I will definitely be coming back here when I can.

I gave 2 stars merely because when my calzones were remade and we got the correct ones, it was DELICIOUS!! HOWEVER, The overall experience was not good! First, the time est we were given for our pizza was way late. We were told it’ll take minimum an hour. It was Saturday night so my husband and I assumed it’s just busy. We wait the hour, go in and our pizza and calzones were cold as if they sat there for at least 30 mins. Second, our order was completely wrong. We ordered a XL PEP PIZZA WITH BELL PEPPERS AND ONIONS. Instead got a pepperoni mushroom and bell pepper/onions. My family doesn’t eat mushrooms but we looked past it. Then we ordered 3 different calzones. My husband can’t have pork and they put all three calzones in one box instead of individually and pork grease was every where. WE ALSO OVER LOOKED THAT, and the fact that he got the wrong calzone. It was an all cheese one so we were going to just make do. THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG WAS A HAIR IN MY HUSBANDS CALZONE!!!! That was it, we called them and told them, and the gentleman was not sympathetic at all or sincerely apologetic whatsoever. All he said was do you want your money back or us to remake it. I was blown away. We waited so LONG FOR THIS FOOD AND WE WANTED TO TRY IT FOR YEARS! WHEN WE FINALLY DID, this was our experience. It’s sad because we spent $60 bucks and tipped as well for food and service to be exceptional. Attached are pics! I say the food is great if you eat it fresh and if it’s actually made right! The service could be better! Take accountability please and make it right for your customers!!!

As I walked in, the sign said "Please wait to be seated". After standing there with nobody in line ahead of me, the employee asked if he could help me. I pointed to the sign & he said to have a seat anywhere. So I sat in a nearby booth. After sitting there for at least 10 minutes, I finally asked if anyone would be coming soon, then he said "Oh, you have to come up to the counter to order & pay like fast food & then sit down & they bring out your order. It was a decent salad & delicious pizza, but the sevice was awful.

Too bad you can't give 10 stars. The food was excellent, it's the best pizza I've had in about 20 years. The service was excellent. We had some questions about food allergens and the manager came out and was very helpful and explained everything to us. I highly recommend this if you want great pizza!

I had not been to Zio’s in so long. I had to have my favorite Pizza. The Grand Finale. And a Caesar Salad. It was so nice to sit inside and eat.

Best pizza in town! Buy by the slice or by the pie. Wide selection of toppings. My fav is sundried tomatoes and spinich! Eat in or call ahead for take out. Staff is always friendly and helpful! Good selection of brews. Please, as I always say, even with take out, don't forget to tip, because someone took the care to prepare your food just right and get it ready for you! Love you Zio's!

Would I eat here again? No. Would I recommend it to you? No. Would I take a cheap date here? No. Honestly the best part of the menu was the Luke warm salad served in a hot bowl. We had: cheese bread, cheese ravioli, a salad, and four slices of pizza. The cheese bread was exactly that cheese and bread. The cheese ravioli was a ricotta stuffed ravioli. The salad was described well enough already. Finally the pizza, what a lacking soggy undercooked mess. If you enjoy the taste of raw dough, undercooked meat, and sauce without seasoning, by all means. Tasted like a dominos that lost its love for cooking. The server had a great personality but after asking for a beverage refill and then being told how I was going to get a refill multiple times. Watching our server and then other servers and then what I assumed to be the manager walk by my empty glass at the edge of the table I ate my entire meal without a drink. that would be the cherry on top of what disgraces other pizzerias by claiming that title in the name. Edit- to the owner, if only your sauce had as much salt as your attitude, then it could have possibly been palpable. - from someone who’s never worked in this area nor from here.

Always great pizza! And the staff is helpful and go above and beyond. I placed a pick up order online and forgot to select a topping on one of my pizzas, and they called to ask me what I wanted.
