We tried the Crispy Honey Chicken and Mae Fun Noodles. Both were excellent! We ordered an extra side of rice and were glad we did. Clean, pleasant environment and friendly service. Would recommend!

My wife and I arrived shortly after they opened for their evening hours. We ordered the Salt & Pepper Calamari to which we found seasoned perfectly and extremely delicious! I highly recommend this as an appetizer. We ordered the Shrimp and Pork Mandarin and the Beef Szechuan. If you don’t enjoy onions then stay away from the Szechuan. I however thought it was amazing. Staff was very friendly and I would definitely go back when I’m Omaha.

Rare to hit a trifecta of bad service, bad food, and really bad service. The triple hot garlic dish couldn’t be made with egg instead of chicken(apparently), the “hot sauce” was sweet, drowning the 3 tiny shrimp and 2 scallops and definitely low quality out of a jar. “Fried rice” was brown colored soy sauce & rice. “Egg drop soup” should be dropped from the menu. The yellow colored “broth” can’t be found in nature. The jalapeño special lacked any hint of spice. Surly waiter practically tossed the food to us. And to top it off, no chop sticks. Really bad experience all around! Have opinions; Will share.

Been here a few times because they have a little bit more of a traditional asian menu which is sometimes difficult to find in omaha. Each time I've went the service has been good. I always get hot chili oil which makes every dish better I also tried to get their Mala seasoning on a different meal it doesn't normally come with and they were able to accommodate that request. Unfortunately it didn't have that numbing flavor/sensation I typically crave. All the food I've had has been good, and they probably have one of the best hot and sour soups in town as it has big pieces of pork. Ill be back again for sure!

I have always loved this restaurant! A few years ago, I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. So I was very ecstatic to hear that one of my favorite Chineese restaurants served Gluten Free dishes. However, the last few times I have called to order take out, they have told me "they are not doing gluten free today". I am very disappointed because I have been a loyal customer for a long time. And I can only eat gluten free food now, this is not a lifestyle choice. We are a family of 5 and used to eat there frequently. We now have to take our business elsewhere.

Really fantastic! My first time here and now my favorite Asian food restaurant. Jalapeño Triple Delight was awesome! Broccoli chicken and salt and pepper tofu was great. Impressed all around!!!

When I moved to Omaha, I was assured by many folks I interacted with that the Asian food scene was lacking. And it is evident that they had yet to experience Taipei. As soon as I walked in, I could tell by the aroma that I was walking into an authentic Taiwanese restaurant. I took my seat at the bar area and was immediately greeted. I asked about the cuisine and the restaurant, and they confirmed that it was Taiwanese cuisine. The owner was also present, and I throughly enjoyed my conversation with him and their staff welcoming me to Omaha. It was such a friendly welcome and authentic connection, and moreso I got the rundown on some of their specials and specialties at the restaurant. The portions and quality of the food here cannot be beat. Keep in mind though that this isn’t fast food Asian cuisine, this is Taiwanese style and it has a very unique flavor profile, which is very enjoyable as you explore the menu. So far I have had their egg rolls, Taiwanese mei fun, sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, and a fried rice dish. I have truly enjoyed all of them. Their duck sauce is unique and looks to be homemade. In terms of quality and portion size, for the price, you won’t find a better value. I was surprised at the portion size when it came out. The owner smiled and said welcome to the Midwest, where you get your moneys worth out here. I forgot to mention as well, I’ve had their wonton soup, hot and sour soup, and egg drop soup. All of them were absolutely hot and fantastic. All I can say now is that this will be a family dining favorite for us. And loved the welcoming nature of the staff and flavor profile here.

First time here and we really enjoyed it. We started with hot and sour soup (yum!!) and wonton soup (also very good just more mild) and some crab rangoons. My husband had the Singapore Chow udon with chicken and shrimp. He loved it. I described it as chicken noodle soup without the soup because the noodles remind me of grandmas homemade noodles but skinny version. The sauce and chicken were really good as well. I had the Taiwanese “Mei fun” rice noodles which was very good as well but I added chili paste for some bang and extra soy sauce for flavor. My 4 year old had the sesame chicken, broccoli and fried rice… which was delicious! The chicken was the best I’ve had in a LOOOOONG time. The service was very good, prompt and the waitress had goood insight to meals. We loved everything we ordered, and will definitely be back. Edited to add we’ve now been here three times in 7 days haha… the sesame chicken is so good, the Taipei delicacy, and crispy honey chicken are also delicious! Don’t skip the crab Rangoons and egg rolls either

Food was great! The restaurant was cute, it took awhile for us to get acknowledged but it’s probably because there were only three people working there. I would recommend this place, just be patient. I had the hot garlic with pork. I wanted to try the hot and sour soup since it seems to be a hit here but they were all out

Death of a Great Restaurant!!! I use to eat at this restaurant frequently. The original owner of the restaurant husband passed away. They have sold the restaurant to a new owner. Food quality is abysmal, Service is slow, even the Beverages poorly done. I had eaten at this place twice a month since 2020 and it “was” perfect. It is not anymore. The new ownership, and most importantly the cook and cuisine are simply poor quality meats and poor sauce, and cook quality. Even the hot tea was bad. How is this possible? Wow. Avoid. Go to Blue Fly or Gold Mountain by 72nd Dodge and Aksarben.

This is not your regular Chinese food. They use high quality meat and vegetables and you can see and taste the difference. The service is always friendly and quick and it’s got great ambiance. The best rangoons you will EVER have. We don’t even eat at other Chinese places now!

I ordered the Singapore Beef Chow Udon for takeout last night. The noodles were cooked well and the portion size was average. The price to portion was not good. The beef was on par with Huhot. (I haven’t been to Huhot in 3 years so Huhot could actually be better) There was some green and red peppers thrown in. The really disappointing aspect was the curry flavor. It didn’t exist! It felt like I was eating fried udon noodles, peppers and beef. It was incredibly bland. People need to stop giving these places 5 stars or you will continue to keep receiving the same boring mediocre food.

The Calamari wad so light and delicious-almost like tempura. So tasty, didn't even need sauce! So plentiful, (Pictured is just what was left to enjoy later-almost 1/4 of the serving!) Definitely try the savory Shrimp in Black bean Lobster sauce! 5 stars!!

After receiving our $80.00 bill, I handed the server my credit card. He charged my card $110.00, after questioning about the change in amount he stated that the manager didn't calculate the drinks... I'm ok with paying for what I had to eat and drink, but not saying something about it before they run the card is unethical and poor practice. We will never again set foot in this poorly run facility. STAY AWAY!!!

One of our favorite Chinese restaurants!!! We have liked everything we have tried. My old favorite is General's Chicken and my new favorite is the Jalapeño Triple Delight. I think the Egg Rolls are the best in Omaha! Pictured is the Egg Drop Soup, Egg Rolls, Jalapeño Triple Delight, and Princess Shrimp and Chicken.

Got the Triple Delight. Portions were small, and was extremely pricey. Nothing about it tasted good enough to justify the price. Would not recommend. Should have known when I walked in there and only 1 person eating at dinner time

We've had an enjoyable experience every time we've come here - friendly staff, delicious appetizers, soups & entrees with great portion sizes. The orange chicken is my favorite entree, the hot and sour soup is my favorite soup, and the pork pot stickers are my favorite appetizer (and even though those are my favorites, I've enjoyed everything I've had here). Highly recommend this place!

We love this place. We usually order take out but have dined in as well. The food is always wonderful and great portion sizes. I really enjoy their gluten free mei fun! My partner loves the Hong Kong scallops & shrimp or the vegetable chicken.
