Absolutely love this place. From the awesome decor to the friendly staff and delicious food, this is definitely my favorite sandwich shop. There's a lot to choose from and for sides, the mac n cheese is to die for. Seriously the best ever. Haven't been on a day they have live music, but know there is a mini stage/performance area set up in the dining area.

Our work had potbelly cater a lunch event and it was really good. Huge selection of sandwiches including vegetarian options. Chips of all kinds too. The meats were tender and the bread soft. It was a pretty good meal and very filling! I recommend the turkey club sandwich 🥪

Cookies were good but They forgot our pickle, two bags of chips and we ordered 2 brownies and only got 1. So paid for 1 pickle, 2 bags of chips and 1 brownie that we never got. They should really check to make sure they have everything on the order in the bag.

The staff at Potbelly did an amazing job at handling a rather large order. We submitted an order for 18 individuals without much notice and staff took the orders over the phone. The staff member who took the orders did a phenomenal job at clarifying the order and making it easy to keep track of the total. The food came within about an hour and every order was complete. There was nothing missing or wrong! We order from various places quite a bit and usually something is missed. On top of that the food was delicious. I will be back again! Thank you so much!

Pretty great food, although the bathrooms and dining area were quite dirty at the particular time of our visit around 11:30am.

First time for me and my wife. The experience was good. Food was great. Service was okay. Careful ordering the hot peppers. They're hot! Lol! Suitable to a gourmet Jimmy John's.

A very large salad at a great price. Also can add or subtract items. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 only because the grilled chicken breast is served very cold and not hot which I think would make the salad even better. Customers should be offered to have there chicken heated... I never would have thought it would come cold..

Not super happy with this location, ordered online and went and picked up, drove back to work (30 Minute lunch) and order was wrong. Took back and told them it was wrong, then I see the guy take a sandwich off the top of the oven stick it in a bag and says my order is ready. Ok so what happened here? did someone get my sandwich and return it because it was not their order? Why was the correct one just sitting there? Needless to say I just threw it away because I did not know what happened to it or who actually touched it. I like the food here, just won't be going back to this one.

I havent had Potbelly since I graduated from college and had been craving it since it was once my go to sub shop. This visit will probably be my last. I paid $13 for a sandwich that had exactly 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of turkey. Unbelievable...

5 stars for all past experience but today I ordered a veggie sandwich and a broccoli soup and when I got home and checked there was no soup in the bag and the sandwich only had cheese on it. I basically payed $9 for cheese on bread and it was very sad and disappointing. The rest of the food was good though.

Well run facility and clean; guest service was good; sandwich was inconsistent. The ordering flow was awkward, make sure to walk straight to the back. The price was higher than the value received. TLDR: Would go again every month or two.

First time visiting from out of town really good sandwich but lacking in customer service area would have been 5 starts

Ordered from door dash around 3PM to 5PM. Everything looked alright ate one sandwhich half. About 5-6 hours I’m Throwing up constantly. I think the Douglas County Health Dept needs to pay them a visit. They gave me food poisoning. Wear Gloves , Wash your hands and make sure your ingredients aren’t spoiled. This is my 3rd time ordering from then and I Def won’t be doing it again.
