You may enjoy your membership plus a wide range of classes such as Judo, Pilates, Cycling RPM, Muay Thai, kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, yoga, wrestling, DUT for kids & adults. If you want a PT they are more than happy to schedule you for sessions with reasonable prices. The gym is neat & clean you will never see dumbells or barbels on the floor.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend the gym. We subscribed and regretted. There is no room for the class so its super noisy and annoying so you can't enjoy your workout. Plus the equipment are very limited for Cardio. And it smells! The lady informed me that there is an offer which is not true. Be careful they don't share all the informations needed.

I’m almost completing my one year membership and not going to renew it. They have good coaches like Coach Mumin and Misha but there is not enough space or facilities in place. HSE measures cannot be fully functional particularly in DUT/circuit classes in the evening because classes are over crowded. Because of lack of space, I feel, coaches have limitations on planning the workouts. My suggestion, the gym is doing well and it worth it extra investment for expansion of space. Nonetheless, I salute the marketing team, they are doing a great job!

Nice gym, good trainers . I am cutting 1 star- 1 is for not good gym equipment like chest and back equipment are less. In evening time some time its over crowded. I suggest that they need to expand the place. Ovar all there are lot off activities that you can do and then loss your weight. The gym is unisex and there are female trainers also.

I'm a gym junkie. For me, the exercise like a therapy. During the first Covid wave complete  lockdown, I was both physically and mentally  demotivated to work out at home, and I gained  approximately 10 kg.When the gym reopened, I  was able to lose a few kgs. I was happy and felt physically active again. Unfortunately, as the second wave hit, gyms were once again closed, and I felt really agitated. I grew concerned about my general health. I didn't want to revert to my previous habits of  binge eating and lack of physical activity. This time, UFC has come to my rescue. They set up energetic online classes. They were also providing exercise equipment for rent at reasonable rates. Following that, I rented a spin bike and their online class was my favorite. Gradually I started attending other classes like circuit training, DUT , yoga etc. The whole experience is going good. Ann, Felipe, Julie, and Zeid all  are excellent coaches who know how to motivate and train you well.One of the best gym in town.

A great gym to get in shape or to start and Train as a UFC fighter. The free classes are the best . PT’s are available too if you really want to get into UFC . The only downside is that the gym doesn’t open all day long ( so , make sure you have an idea about opening hours ).

I have been going to UFC for a while now, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The coach ( Roxana) is incredibly professional and skilled at helping you transform your body. The facility is always well-maintained and clean. The crew feels like a supportive family, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym

Very good gym. Great staff, helpful, polite and friendly. Stocked free weights and machines, ample other training areas. High level of hygiene.

Really clean space and facilities are great. Good equipment and good opening times. My only criticism is the trainers. The trainers are annoyingly unprofessional. They come to morning classes late, unprepared, and slowly start the class 10 minutes late. They don't help people in the class because they stare at their phone most of the time. Outside of classes, they just have loud conversations on their phones or sit on the equipment while on their phone (not actually using the equipment). Having said this, despite these obnoxious trainers, there are always the same 3 great ones who walk around checking on people, helping them, being friendly, and having good classes.
