AVOID Mr. HARIKRISHNAN! First he was ignorant, later unfriendly. I wanted to buy jewellery for my whole family but he was not supportive or interested to sell anything. I visited the Shop a few weeks earlier, where the Ladies were much friendlier!

I have been customer at Malabar for almost 5 years and today I went to malabar avenues mall muscat to fix one of my jwellery. An Egyptian guy working there told me even before he saw what I want to fix it will be difficult. And then when I show the tiny thing I want to fix he said that it's not possible right now, we don' t have the thing for it and it will take at least one month. This was was not the first time. Early this years I wanted to fix a bracelet and I had to wait 3weeks. I won't buy anything more there and advise you not to do it. Service after sale is very bad and people working there are only helpful when they want you to buy something. After that they will do everything to get rid of you if you want to fix something. I had a very bad morning going there. Just avoid it.

They require more than 1 day to pay you if you sell more than 30gr, as per my last transaction but that time I forgot the exact amount..which is not flexy for me. Since that time I decided to change to another shop for any gold/jewellery transaction.
