One of the most promising hotel that offers great experience within competitive rates.. It has swimming pool..gym .. wedding hole.. and meeting place as well.. I have checked the room and it was great . Rozana hotel has a lot off parking spaces include VIP parking under the building.. The staff are highly classed and trained well . This hotel will be a regular choice of mine

The management has zero respect to its commitments toward guests. I confirmed my booking with the hotel manager two days prior our planed trip. After we arrived we have been informed simply that no rooms available!! The worst past of the story is that they know we have been traveling from Dubai to Muscat by car, a journey that takes around 4 hours drive and requires rest afterwards… will never recommend this hotel at all

Rozana Hotel is one of the best places to have a wonderful stay in Muscat. The check-in is done in no time without any delay. The privacy and comfort of the guests is given utmost priority. The people at the reception are very welcoming and the houskeeping staff takes very good care of the room. I will suggest all my friends to experience the excellent hospitality that Rozana Hotel provides.

Lovely hotel with professional and supportive staff. The room was clean and all facilities available. Enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Definitely will come back again to enjoy this delightful experience.

The deluxe rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower is excellent! It is large with good water pressure. The hotel also has a lot of parking around it which is very convenient if you hire a car. However, service is non-existant at this hotel. I asked for toilet paper multiple times a day throughout my stay and they just say "ok" and it never comes. We ended up having to hunt down the cleaner every morning to get any extra items we needed as we realized that there isn't really any room service. The cleaner was great though and provided a better service than any other staff we encountered throughout our stay. One time I asked reception to help us with a taxi and they just pointed and said "outside" which resulted in me standing in the heat for 10minutes trying to wave one down, getting a taxi which took us to the wrong location and charged us... Also, the elevator and hallways smell like cigerates and the breakfast is far below average but they do have a coffee machine which was great. In summary, I'd recommend this hotel only if you are looking for a budget place to sleep with a car park.

New hotel, opened in 2021. Price is good because the rooms are very big and everything is new and shiny. A lot of parking space on the front. Bonus points for really strong water pressure in the shower 😂. The street outside is filled with many good restaurants: omani, afghan, persian and yemeni food. Noise insulation is not that good, quite average.

I recently stayed at the Rozana Hotel and it was a pleasure to stay here. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Aliwa and Mr. Mahendra. Housekeeping staff was very cooperative, thanks to shadab and rafiullah. Chef kalviraj from Srilanka makes really tasty food. At the last but not the least thanks to nuruzaman at the gate for handling the bags carefully during arrival and at the time of leaving. Would recommend everyone to stay here if you are in Muscat.

Comfortable Stay. There was issues with wifi @ the room which i stayed, management changed the room. Good responsible staffs. convenient parking. silent atmosphere. & Great accessibility.

It needs regurlar checking on the pool because I saw something that should not be in there, it was a round looking kinda dirt. Worst case scenario it was poop. And i appreciate a more friendly attitude from the staffs because they looked too serious. Overall it was fine.

It was a pleasant experience in Rozana Hotel. The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel location was fantastic, the street has a lot of facilities. The only problem that we had in room 308 is that wifi was not that good and even sometimes is not available. The room was clean. I would recommend it, will stay next time here

Excellent hotel in all aspects (staff, location, price, rooms, cleanness, breakfast...etc). Great value for money. Compared to many other hotels, this hotel has rooms with windows that can be opened so that you can enjoy fresh air and not rely only on AC and feel cold. I highly recommend this hotel.
