Overall very positive experience with my recent visits to this hospital. The reception was smooth running. The 2nd floor could use some better organization of which patients are next in line. The best part of my visit was the wonderful physiotherapist. She really pays attention to you and makes you feel completely comfortable. She is an asset to the hospital and they are lucky to have her.

The whole experience is not organized. We made an appointment as a company and waited for 2 hours!! The employees didn’t know how to answer our questions. Many people bypassed us for no reason. The entrance was full of flys which is not good for a hospital that is approved by MOH. Only one general doctor. I got a 6/6 in the eye test and I am wearing glasses :) Overall, not recommended at all.

Lifeline hospital Salalah team is excellent on health care as well as personal assistants. The level of professionalism is outstanding. Kudos to Mr. Subash (MRD). I appreciate you very much for support and assistance you have given during my insurance medical report process.

Visited during my vacation and was super surprised ( in a really good way ) about the level of services. Super fast, very responsive and very professional. Responds quickly to messages, once arrived, got registered and also got an appointment probably within 10min. Within another 20 min blood tests and echoscopy were done. Overall less than 1 hour got all checked and medicine prescribed (and to be honest , hospital was full of people). Big thanks to the whole medical and reception team as well as to Doctor Usama Ahmad.

It is a great and convenience experience for my younger brother who got well treated by general practitioner Doctor in Lifeline Hospital salalah. When I was going to hospital for my brother treatment for stomach pain fever and cold, I was worry a lot what will be happen because he was in serious condition. But after getting consultation with doctor and prescribed medicine and injection given by Nurses, he get well withing 2 hour in the hospital. I was avn patient so in first i went to gynaecologist she said i have problem in uterus gave 1 month tab aft 1 i was still having pain went to her she said its bcoz of stress then went to orthopaedic he took xray and said its bcoz of vitamin d when the pain strted to increase then went again after 1 month he said to take physiotherapists for a week that when she recognised my pain and said its hip pain u need to do mri that when i came to know after mri i was avn patient stage3 i could have be treat well in initial stage but bcoz doc doesnt recognise it got increase in stage 3 from may to sep 5 months wasted here with this hopeless doctor both gynaecology and orthopaedic

I recently had a concerning experience at the nursing station of Life Line Salalah. During my baby's fever consultation, there was a delay in changing the drip from paracetamol to normal saline, resulting in an air space in the tube. The male nurse on duty dismissed my concerns, claiming it was fluid. Thankfully, a female nurse later identified the air space. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of attentiveness and professionalism displayed by the nursing staff. Their negligence in addressing the situation promptly and their failure to recognize a potential risk to my baby's well-being were alarming. It is crucial for healthcare providers to prioritize patient safety and provide adequate care. I hope Life Line Salalah takes appropriate measures to address this incident and ensures that such incidents are prevented in the future.

One of the best private hospitals in Salalah. The whole team is very helpful and supportive. Samantha is an excellent staff and was extremely helpful.

What an amazingly mismanaged hospital it is! We visited around 1.00pm and there was just one to two nurses, who were so pathetically slow. We waited around 1 hr just for nursing station. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone in case of emergency.
