The resort is extremely pathetic. The staff is extremely rude. No room service. There is nobody to attend you. The telecom in the room doesn't work. They don't provide any fridge for your personal beverages. Please don't waste your money at this property there are good resorts available in the same range. Extremely unhappy and unsatisfied.

We had booked cottage for 1 night. Room was dirty - pillow covers and bedsheet had stains.Bathroom latch and flush button was broken.We faced issue with electricity. We called reception but staff took more than one hour to come and check the issue. Lunch and breakfast was not upto the mark. Dinner was decent. But dishes were dirty , faded and not properly cleaned. Staff was not supportive.

I visited this place with my friend and we booked a couple of wooden cottages. Firstly, the telephone support after booking was not supportive; they did not even bother to call us back. Regarding the cottages, the beds, pillows, and mattresses were not clean. There were stains on the mattresses, which was quite displeasing. The food was a major disappointment as well. The food plates were not cleaned properly, emitting a bad odor. Additionally, the quality of the food was not worth the price we paid. Overall, this place is absolutely not worthy of a visit.

Not even 1 star is worth to this place.... Even after paying for the place we have to checkout and move to another hotel. Rooms were totally unhygienic and must say that public washroom is much better then this room. Please don't go on the images as they are very much edited and photo shop. We booked wooden cottages for 6000 inclusive of food and total waste of money. We were standing like better for food even after paying money. Highly recommend not to visit this place. Even 1/4 star is not worth for this place. For every service we have to call to reception. Totally reflects the lack of management. 0 star for this place...

We had taken a wooden Cottage. The rooms were very dirty. The washroom sink was leaking. There was only 1 chair which was not fit to sit on as it was filthy. It was nothing like the the photos shown. We were told we would get an upgrade at the same price while booking. When we asked for the upgrade, we were told they would charge us an extra 2000 for the upgrade due to increasing demand. The upgraded room was filthy as well. We had opted for all non-veg meals (also paid extra for non-veg). But in breakfast, they don't offer non veg meals. Also, there's no room service since it's all buffet meals. There was a wedding function held in the premises that had a live orchestra playing loud music till 1:30am at night with no regard for other guests sleeping time. On complaining to the management the response was very cold saying that there are no rules as such over here to prohibit people after a certain time limit. They give only 2 water bottles in a day. If you want more, we have to buy it from their in-house general store that sells everything above the mrp. The receptionist were very rude and least helpful. Overall i would like to give this place 0 stars and blacklist it. If you are planning a visit here i would recommend you to look for better places.

Yes its really good.Again i want to come with this resort because i really like food and environmental and games .definitely i would be inform my friends as well .when i entered this resort feel very relaxed and exited

Its soo common nowadays to visit Restaurants on occassion So decided to got for 2 days outing at bodh valley resort Igatpuri, as the climate was so hand in hand and so as got the nice resort. This resort was one of the best visited till date. They have amazing comfortable rooms with great pleasant views So fresh air all around Food was good as we made a full inclusive package of amenities food. They were having live barbeque, Swimming pool Live music Games Good place for kids aswell as my kids enjoyed alot and so as we did. A Peasant Place

We had spoke with Mr manish sir..he help me a lot tell and explained everything ..staff is very much supportive..food is very delicious i never taste this kind of food in any resort.. Service is very nice.. Every staff member ready to support.. I suggest everyone must visit this place.

Great place for a weekend. Food was delicious, staff very polite and courteous. Room standards could be better. Insist on villas, as the room in the building are not at all great. Not much to do but a good venue for time out. Venue surrounded by mountain

We stayed here recently, loved the food ambience and hospitality. I must say this is best budget friendly hotel in Igatpuri Bodh Valley resort.

There is no worst resort than this resort, there are many nicer resorts in igatpuri but don't come here, very dirty place for family, I had booked a tent, the toilet smelled very dirty all night, my 2 year old boy couldn't sleep, and If it comes to service you can't get such dirty service anywhere, you can afford to sleep on the railway station but please don't come here.

Horrible experience. Rats in room, holes in the roof, very slow service. Property should be shut down with this type of management.
