    Always told to pull forward, and you want to know why? I called out the manager on it and she said management literally tells them to tell customers to pull forward for faster ticket times. Totally doctoring their ticket times at the customers’ expense. Car behind me got told to pull ahead FOR 2 CHEESEBURGERS when it was just us in like. Done with it.

    Why am I being told to pull forward to the curb when there’s no one behind me in line and there’s no room on the curb or parking spaces to wait in? Every time I come here, I’m told to pull forward and wait. They just want their drive thru times to look impressive to corporate. It’s backfiring because now you’re getting multiple bad reviews about it, the community page on Facebook is talking about it, and I’m over this location and won’t be coming back. Just make the food and serve it. Don’t doctor your drive thru times. *I also never get any napkins*

    Just stopped over while drive around Eaton rapids. Although it a new place it was not being kept up that well I am sure that they are not keeping up on the bathrooms since Al the to was gone in the women’s and the self serve pop stations items are almost empty. The manager was sitting 2 feet away from it but she was more focused on the meeting that she was in then making sure the restaurant was ok. Someone I heard made the complaint to the front register just before I ordered.

    Not sure they know what NO PICKLE means, the drive-thru displayed 'No Pickle', the person that took my money repeated my complete order including the 'No Pickle', the person that passed the food to me reported my complete order including the 'No Pickle' ... the tag on the burger box stated NO PICKLE ... yet BOTH of my burgers included more pickle than I've ever seen on a McDonald's burger. The depressing thing is I've had this happen before, more than once, it's no wonder I've gotten in the habit of only ordering drinks. They are extremely lucky I don't have some sort of pickle allergy.

    Food was good,, service not so much has hard to get anyone to notice people at the counter. Seems the drive-thru commands their attention more than the people who get out of their cars.

    Out of 20 times I went, pulled forward 19. Not complicated orders either.. a sausage biscuit , pulled up for 21 mins.

    They definitely ignore the front inside stood at the counter for 1/2 hour before finally getting someone’s attention and she said they haven’t even started mine yet like really I could have gone through the extremely long drive through line faster

    Was never a big fan of McDonald's, but I will never turn down those hashbrowns. In my opinion, best item they have to offer. I wish I got them more often.

    It's too much time to waste more of my time on McDonald's as happened last night for nearly 45 minutes, waiting for our food! Had to go inside, horrible customer service

    Went in to order food and he gave us a number to stick on table then they bring food to you. We'll after 10 minutes we went back to counter and had no idea where it was and for me to show receipt. Just then they said oh is it in this bag to go. Yep that was ours what part of eating in come in a pick up bag.

    Got a Oreo Frappe and it was really great. The app has the best deals. $2 for a large frappe is a steal.
