If this is not a five star shop, then I don’t know what is! The customer service via e-mail is super fast, always patient and friendly. Jennifer (the owner) answers all mails personally, even in the evening. No matter the time of day, she is always friendly and there for help. Shipping is fast, and the prices speak for themselves. There are even discount codes sometimes! I’ve ordered an Aventus flacon (500 ml) to Germany, everything was good. Safe packaging, and six (!) samples from Creed which I could choose from. Because there was no automatic tracking number from my shipping company, she helped me very fast. By the way - if you are an Aventus fan and you want to know which batches are being sold, you can just ask her. Service and price wise it really doesn’t get better. I can only speak for one order, but I’m sure it’s pretty much always the same great service. Now we just need to know how other shops with more employees can’t offer the same kind of great service.
