One of the best and most honorable people that we have dealt with in our lives. We have travelled a lot around the world and have purchased different items around the world many of which has been very challenging to bring back to Canada and often have got cancelled as a result. Last summer we bought a couple of amethyst stone from Roeland in Belgium, we had difficulties to ship these stones back to Canada, this fine gentleman took over one month of checking all and every possible avenues to send these items to us and fulfill the sale. Finally, after spending many hours he sent us what we had purchased. He likely did not make any profit on his sale if you account for the time and money he spent in the end, whereas he could have not bothered at all and cancel the sale and return the money we had paid. I congratulate him on his ethics and honesty and we will definitely enjoy the stones but more importantly always remember his kindness and dedication to his customers.

Mooie winkel, maar heel spijtig dat jullie deze morgen gesloten waren… ik wou nog een grote amethist kopen voor kerst. Met alle respect voor de feestdagen maar een berichtje op de website zou mij veel tijd en kilometers gespaard hebben. Ik kwam namelijk expres uit De Panne… en ik stond niet alleen voor een gesloten deur. Dan maar ergens anders mijn geld gespendeerd…
