not customer oriented, we ordered to install some new tapes on our tennis rackets, to fix this is really not complicate but the quality is on low level regarding the accuracy. Then we also ordered a new tennis racket stringing, on a first glance it was not done on good quality - but we will have it checked by one of the trainers in our club. The whole staff seemed not been interested to serve us - we had to ask actively. Some parts sold out - o.k. in these times - but the only comment: order it via internet. This is not the way I want to be treated as a customer

Huge assortment of stuff and some stuff pretty cheap to be honest. Staff could be a little more helpful and friendly sometimes do.

Perfect stop to get anything you need for the beach. Kites, surf board, kyayak... Or anything you may have forgotten or not prepared for; sweater, towels, swim suit, scuba gear... Need a bike, tire, tube? They got it.

Very big, lots of parking places, enough for busy saturdays, cheap prices, but that's the same with all Decathlon shops. Easily accessible from Bruges or De Haan.

Personally don't like the atmosphere. I know they use budget racks probably to reduce costs but... Can't understand the order or categories neither.

One of the best place we have visited so far regarding sport equipment. Large variety of products, clothes, shoes etc at really low competitive prices !! Its worth visiting.

It's the ideal place to go to if you need any equipment sport related. And this fair priced.

Thanks, folks, for the repair of the bike. It was great service, and I was really in need of some help. Wasn't easy to find out where exactly you were located. With no phone ... But well, it was worth the trip from Sijsele to here, to get things sorted.
