I used to use this cafe terras 15 yrs ago but when it change owners it became too chic and the quality was lost. Now it feels like its back. New people running it and really friendly quick service even under these terrible corona times. Will definitely be going back

Trendy interior and tasty meals. Cozy terrace. Stoverij is so soft and tender! What’s missing here is plant-based milk for cappuccinos (oat, almond, etc).

Food was cold and took forever to get there (it was a really busy afternoon) but delicious and really friendly service.

The castle has been greatly improved. Great for a visit if you want to experience the Belgium country side.

Very nice park to walk or jog. There are several walks that take you around the big domain, the biggest one being about 8km, there are ample signs showing you the way. There is also a cycling route. Children can play in the new playground or in the playing areas in the woods. There is also a cafetaria/tavern, but the prices there are quite high.

To be Realy honest I was a bit disappointed. When we arrived, almost all tables outside were taken. Inside we saw some people sitting so we also moved to sit inside - we were told we couldn't. So, that didn't make sense. Next we finaly found a table outside, smack in the sun. But, okay. When I checked the menu I was heavily disappointed. They have a quite okay choice in drinks but when it came down to appetizers and tapas I only found 1 or two. The ice cream we ordered was quite okay though. The milkshake "looked cool" but clearly tasted like it was mixed from a package (the strawberry one) and not with real fruit. Considering that it's still summer - expecting fresh fruit in a milkshake is not much to ask. So in conclution; considering the prices I would not recommend much from there exept the ice cream. Skip the milkshake. To expensive for lack/quality of choice. Sorry guys, I don't like to be this harsh but for those prices I Realy had expected much more.

Nice place to walk, cycle and enjoy nature. Great for kids too (playground, ...)!

Very nice and fun place to picnic and play some, walk some...

We stopped there on a bike tour for a lunch break. A great view of the park from the terrace and a laid-back atmosphere combined with friendly and welcoming service made this a great choice... The food was good (The pickled vegetables on the side were a nice surprise.) and the selection of drinks offers something for everybody, including several Belgian beers (draft and bottle).

Nice place because it’s inside a beautiful park. And the food is not bad. Not really good, but not bad. And the service is so poor usually. You have to wait a lot to make an order or nobody could come to you. Sad and unprofessional personal, no “hallo”, no smiles, mistakes with orders. Ignoring clients. With no respect. This is really sad, because people come anyway to eat or to drink something after walking at the park.

The place was very crowded, yet we were served very smoothly by friendly staff. We took the classic burger, the fish and ships and the trio of croquettes. Everyone liked it very much. The portions were ample.
