Very nice as far as H&M shops go. It wasn't crowded even though the sales mo th has started and the cashiers were very quick to take on customers.

I went exclusively for home goods. They could have had a better selection and more as they have the space. There was no one working in the home department. Which was nice but a problem when I needed to ask a question. They have great bed linens though.

This shop has always been one of my favorites in each country BUT sadly today, 27June2022, here in Brugge, in H&M shop I've experienced pretty rude service, and not only towards me, an adult , but also to my 11 y.o daughter. Somehow certain shop assistants separate customers according to the apperience and language they speak. I am really disappointed, I thought this brand is international and doesn't support any national or racial intolerance. Please take measures.

Quality ready made garments, variety of sizes, colours and seasonal modes to choose from. Prices are affordable as compare to other high street brands.

Beautiful interior. There is a proper amount of variety in the ladies' section just as much as the gentlemen's. The prices aren't jaw dropping which is reassuring. There is a variety in male accessories as well so rings, belts, chains, bracelets etc...

Just good. Wish they can stock some beautiful clothes for women and children and not always the same style all through the year. Fresh ideas please.
