We ordered a Sonos Beam online and when it arrived it was clear it had been used. The soundbar was sold normally as new product online and did not mention anywhere that it was a return or floor model. However the original packaging stickers have all been opened already and the power cord is not in a plastic bag like the other cables used to connect it to the TV. This is fraud to sell something as new when it is is already used.
