Clean and simple, good range of stock. Open an hour later than usual (20:00) between April 1st and August 31st.

We use this store when staying at Ibis. The staff are great. Manager was having a bit of a melt down about staffing but still had time to be pleasant and a bit of a chat. That's customer service. til next year👍

This Carrefour express shop is very hand for a few major hotels in Bruges. There is a good range of stock, including plenty of choice of beers, glasses and other tourist tat. Good selection of pastries, sweets and cold drinks and snacks. There is also a rotisserie and a fresh orange machine which is the most amazing morning after the night before drink to freshen you up and wake up!

Don’t go there!! They didn‘t give any change so they stole 25 euros and insisted they are correct. Never again this shop is the worst!!!

A decent Carrefour, very well stocked and some lovely fresh pastries! They also stock microwaves.

Extremely disappointing service. We ordered a TooGoodToGo here, to pick up early in the day. Upon arrival for pickup, there were already 3 workers messing around and talking about throwing water to their coworker. They gave us a bag which had 6 loaves of bread. Confused, as previously we had been given a variety of pastries, we asked for the reason of this, but didn't get an answer because the worker had turned around and gone back to playing. In other words, very poor customer service. This doesn't end here though. As we checked the bread, we could not believe how hard it was, like rocks. Seemed like they wanted TooGoodToGo users as a way to get rid of inedible items making some profit. Completely unacceptable.

Fairly standard Carrefour. Limited selection based on size. Nice amenities. A bit confusing layout and placement of items, but they have the essentials.

I've paid 20 Euro but the guy at the counter pretended I had paid only 5. The supervisor offered me to come back after they close, but this supermarket is not close to where I live. Got ripped off and can only warn others.

Funny people working there. Also expensive unfortunately (but it’s in downtown, tourist zone , so that’s why… it is what it is).

Looks good but closed before 17:00 and more people were surprised (like us). No idea why ... may be for a good reason but no note present explaining.

I thought the selection was quite good and staff were reasonable. The fresh squeezed orange juice alone made it my “go to” place for breakfast in the morning.

The man who served me was rude. Tried to make out I was dumb. Disgusting attitude towards tourists. A discredit to Bruge

Great service ….3 ladies Visiting from Ireland and we have been treated to service with a smile couldn’t be more helpful and friendly !

The manager has some kind of issues today! He was really rude and snappy. I don't understand why open a shop if you can't manage being costumer friendly!

Excellent range of groceries and extremely friendly staff. I love the selection of music played in store it makes an old guy happy to shop.
