A few friends of mine placed an order through takeaway. I called shortly after to ask if I could order extra on their bill. Very unfriendly guy at the telephone. Hanged up on me as I was waiting for him to look up the order. Called again and the guy was again very unfriendly. It's not nice to have to order like that. Personnel that's that rude is a dealbreaker for me.

Really unfriendly people... the fat racist guy topped it all.

Very kind and welcoming staff! The people working there treat their guests well and their service is absolutely fantastic. Also the atmosphere in the restaurant itself is quite casual, professional and relaxed. It feels like an excellent place to eat, hang out or work on computer or paper stuff since the restaurant provides wifi. Usually, for these things alone I would end up with 4 stars but the fries definitely deserve the extra star!

For 20 years I left Belgium, I walk in this place for the second time in 1.5 years. It's the best one. Friendly people, very clean and very very tasty. Who says otherwise shouldn't come out its cave.

The Megapack is amazing. Would recommend 3/2 Tau out of 10!

Nice place, good lunch, delicious Belgian fries

Nice place to grab some fast food and a drink. Staff was friendly and quick to serve. There are plenty of sauces to go with the chips. A good place to visit if you want to eat something quick and don't want to go to a restaurant for a more elaborated meal.
