I appreciated them having a vegan option for the fries with toppings. I was even given extra sauce after asking for it, with no additional charges: the staff was kind. Prices are a bit high given that the quality is not exceptional. Anyway, it is a good place for a tasty snack or lunch.

Overpriced. I made an order for cheese fries and they put fried onions, though it was never mentioned there. And I hate onions. For this I paid 8.50€ and it is the worst fries I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend it.

Wonderful little place for fries!! My husband had regular fries with mayo and I had dirty fries with Flemmish stew and mayo. Mine was yummy! If I were to get them again I would skip the mayo or get some on the side. Beautiful clean decor and the menu was great. Very busy because the fries are great!

While the place was very crowded, the fries were delicious. When there's no place to sit you can eat your fries by the water and enjoy the view. No card payments accepted is one negative I could discover and in my opinion the price is also slightly too high, especially while having to pay extra for the sauce. Wait times were fairly short.

Overated, overpriced, fancy fries place. A Tourist trap I paid 9 euro for the fries in that picture. It looks beter than what i taste. No enough salt and topping lack a good taste. Do not go to this place if you are looking for an authentic belgian fries You will find a similar quality fries in Macdonald's with lower pricing

The only downside I can list is the quality of the food. I’m sorry to say this but the hamburguer and french fries I had today were the worst ones I have had. You should invest in better ingredients.

It makes sense to have fries while hanging out at this location. Only tried truffle mayo but they have much more creative options

Don’t try the shrimp croquette here, it was still frozen inside and the taste was very fishy, I didn’t claim anything cause I’ve heard costumer service here is terrible, it was not worthy I just put it in the rubbish. What a disgusting taste

Kind staff, tasty potatoes, many sauces to choose, but nothing wow and the price is too exaggerated. The service was fast, that's why I give 5 stars. What I didn't like ... I didn't receive the check.

It is obviously going to be expensive because it's in the centre of an expensive city, people complain as if they paid more like 15 euros for it instead of the real 8,50! I got large plain fries for 5 euros and they were nice fries. Staff were very busy and yet efficient. Obviously in a fast food place you cannot expect personal service, you should go to a restaurant if you want that. But staff were perfectly friendly and helpful enough! The worst part for me: they have no vegan mayonnaise and almost no vegan sauces except ketchup. It would be nice to see more vegan options. Otherwise I was happy with my purchase

Not delicious. I had a small size of what ended up being soggy fries with ketchup. There are other places with better frites. Didn’t finish more than a few bites.

I was here a year ago and ordered the exact same thing (flemish stew), and this year it could be at best described as edible. Last year, it was an amazing experience - packed with flavour and texture and the fries were insanely good! Either the owner changed or the chef - but this time it was really disappointing. By the reviews it could be the case that the chef changes cos people either love it or hate it🤷‍♂️ Come on guys, you were amazing before 👍

Long waiting times and a bit pricy, but quality food in the best location in Brugge

During evening walk after meeting we stopped there because of the title of the dishes. A young couple is handling a lot of customers always with a smile. The dirty frites dishes ask some work to prepare them. The dishes we taste were dirt frites chicken and dirty frites bacon cheese. Frites are fresh and of a good quality. The decoration change you from the basic always the same. For sure it has a value to visit casa patata to have frites a special way. See pictures they make you hungry.
