Super friendly service, cosy seating outside and nice selection of natural wines. The apricot ice cream and chocolate mouse with olive oil and salt were divine!

We had our best meal in Bruges here. Crispy zucchini, shrimp croquettes and pigeon. Organic wines and the best sourdough bread. We savored every bite and the restaurant is beautiful with outdoor seating if you like. Wish we had tried the gambas and the focaccia as they looked delicious. Next time. By far one of the best wine bars I've ever been to, so far! They have an extensive and unique selection of natural wines by the bottle. I caught a glimpse of some of the strangest bottles when I was there, featuring Jackie Chan... We stopped by Cuvee for some pre-dinner snacks and drinks mostly because it was on our way, and we got lucky! In addition to having this massive wine shop, they offer several wines by glass. I had Nedjma, an Orange blend from France and ordered a Rose blend from Austria (Rozsa 2022 Koppitsch) for my mother. We enjoyed our wines on their terrace, and had their cheese plate as a snack to pair with our wines, they were kind enough to arrange a cheese plate with a mix of the 3 cheese they have on their menu. It had a raw goat's milk cheese like a young Brie from Karditsel, a mild Belgian blue cheese called pas de blue from Hinkelspel and a mountain cheese covered in wildflowers. They paired the cheese with buttered brioche bread and a housemade savory pumpkin/quince jam which was Fred's own concoction. I loved the unique spice blend Fred used in this jam, I wish we had more time to spend in Brugge we would definitely come for a dinner as well. Overall, we were really impressed by the quality of their food and their wine selection, and the staff was super kind, we'll visit again next time we're in Brugge.

Beautiful place with a very interesting and good selection of wines. Try some of Fred's dishes - they are delicious. Outside tables are limited so I recommend to make a reservation. It's also away from the touristy areas which makes it the perfect place to enjoy life. And did I mention the lovely and very knowledable staff - thay are amazing.

Review as a Wine Shop: As a wine shop, I was looking forward to getting some expertise help selecting from their vast assortment of unusual wines. Alas, I received no help from anyone until I was ready to pay. And at that point, there was no warmth or chat about what wine I had randomly selected. It’s unfortunate as the store seems really cool, but it is marred by the chill of the staff. (As a wine bar, it looked nice…for what that’s worth.)

This is the ideal place if you want to escape from tourism. Here you will find plenty of different natural wines in every price range, by the glass or by the bottle which you can combine with snacks or to share. The owners are very friendly and helpful and have thorough knowledge when it comes to wine and food. The location is fantastic in the hear of Bruges. The prices are very acceptable for the location and the expertise that comes with it. I would like to give special importance that the interior is very beautiful and the choice of music is very clever. Not every winebar understands this

A hidden gem. Hidden from the tourist route, that is, but not from those in the know. You will not find any wine label you have ever heard of - that is the clue. Smart, elegant, and simply gorgeous.

My husband and I had a wonderful night here. Highly recommend. Hannah took amazing care of us and was really fun to chat with. We chatted with more staff including the chef/owner and everyone was delightful. The food and wine were perfect. Lots of interesting wines by the glass. Don’t miss it!
