Great hotel, friendly staff. Location is excellent, parking is limited on site but there is a cheaper carpark less than 100m away. Pool and wellness area are small but good/interesting. Room was good and the bar staff and room service was helpful. Child friendly. Would return if back in the city. Location is perfect

I really enjoy this place. Clean, warm, friendly. People who work here are genuine, and that makes a wonderful change. My Beloved and I liked everything about it. We didn't have breakfast here, and that was purely a practical choice. Thank you/Dank U/Merci ā™”ā—‡ā™”

Great location and a nice hotel. Staff were great and attentive. The only disappointment was that our room was right above the front door, which meant being woken up at all hours by people coming back late, usually after a few beers and slamming the door. Room was spacious though and very clean

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend in your fabulous hotel, everything about the hotel was perfect. The welcome on arrival was warm and friendly with lots of information on offer, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spotlessly clean with amazing comfy beds... The late night bar was vibrant with lots of drink choices, wine arrived crisp and cold... Perfect for parking at an extra charge. All onsite. The location was perfect for shops, bars, restaurants and taking in all of what Bruges has to offer. Loved that there were free buses outside to take you around. Cannot wait to return. Thank you.

Nice hotel, right in the middle of town. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Price isnt bad for the location. Breakfast was great with plenty to offer, they serve from 7 till 10.30 but the day we checked out we left at 6 and the made us a pack lunch which really helped us out. Fantastic service

We stayed a week ago and were very impressed with everything and everyone. Checking in, the receptionist was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Staff that attended the bar were too, polite and friendly. The location was excellent. Plenty of lovely restaurants very close by. Overall, we loved our stay would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Very nice hotel, centrally located but on a quiet side street. If you want to go to the city center, it is a very short walk but the hotel itself is out of the tourist traffic, which we liked. We enjoyed our room which was large. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent and convenient. Our only complaint was that the height of the tub was really high. It was problematic for short people to get in and out of easily. Be forewarned if 5'3" or shorter.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Would especially like to mention bar staff who were helpful with beer recommendations etc unfortunately did not catch his name (Tues/Wed night - 30th/31st May) Rooms clean, breakfast was lovely and lots of variety. Ideal location for sightseeing. Would definately recommend. Thank you all

Perfect location. Easy walk to city center. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is large. Only complaint and itā€™s a small one, is AC canā€™t be set below 21.

Such a great central location. The staff are superb most especially the waiting staff in the dining room. They have a list of recommended restaurants available at the front desk. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel Navarra is such a special place. I could go on for hours about the luxurious rooms, amazing location in the center of the city, and the charming maze of the hallways (you will have to wait to see it!), but what separates Hotel Navarra from the rest is it's unbelievable service. I have never experienced such caring, knowledgeable, and above and beyond staff at any hotel I've ever been at. I had been travelling with my family and lost my phone in Germany. Hotel Navarra was helpful every step of the way with figuring out how to get it home. Their knowledge on how European postal systems work, their ability to communicate in multiple different languages to relay messages left by the German police station that acquired my phone, and even asking me when passing by reception how the situation was going. Alexandra was especially helpful throughout the whole situation. Her English was perfect and refreshing when dealing with people over the phone in different languages. She even relayed messages throughout the staff at reception to keep every employee in the loop. She was a gem. If I ever plan on going to Brugge again (which of course I will now), Hotel Navarra will be the place I will go. I cannot speak highly of it enough.

Cute hotel in Brugge, with amazing staff and a great location. The rooms were a bit lacking compared to what one would expect from a traditional 4 star hotel. They were spacious and the bathrooms were great, but the beds left something to be desired.

A great hotel, perfectly located for exploring the city. We were on the 3rd floor in a recently renovated room with a huge bathroom and silent a/c. Didnā€™t have time to use the pool/spa facilities unfortunately. The piano bar is a nice touch and thereā€™s a great little peaceful garden outside to relax with a drink. Breakfast does seem a little expensive but it was all good quality and the staff are all switched on. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great place to stay! The exterior of the hotel is classic/old style (but very well maintained) and the interior is a mix of old (the lobby (check out the curved staircase!)) and new (the rooms - very modern, super nice). The location is just down the street from the main square, where there's great food and beer. Gotta do a shout-out to the bartender Franky, who was on duty all 3 nights we stayed there - he's top notch, knows his beers and is super helpful/friendly and overall just an awesome individual! I would 100% stay here again.

This hotel is in an excellent location in central Brugge. The rooms are clean and pleasant, with all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel is quiet and the staff are very friendly. The air conditioning was much appreciated, making our room a sanctuary during a heatwave!

Bruges is a town worth visiting for its history, medieval architecture and pure enjoyment. Staying at this hotel certainly added to our wonderful experience. The room was nicely laid out with a small sitting area, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Most importantly it was clean and up to date. The location was perfect in that we could walk to the center square within a few minutes. Since we had a car, we were able to park in a secure lot behind the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a lot of selection. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you happen to be in Bruges.

I put 5 stars because the staff is extremely helpful and polite. And the location is awesome. The rooms are very clean as well. It us a pity that the rooms are so ā€œstandardā€ . The swimming pool is for 2 persons maximum)))) The complimentary small bottle of water is only on the day of arrival - for a 4* hotel that is a bit weird. But those are small things. It is not an hotel de charm but it is a good quality of service.

The only reason I didnā€™t give 5 stars is because of the shower. Not just my room either, other people said the shower was too slow and not hot enough. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast was great. Good location and gorgeous looking pool. Just a shame I forgot my swimsuit! Would go again for a quick stay or weekend.

Hallways difficult to navigate with luggage and stroller. They gave us a room at the end of the hallway. Very narrow and steep curved stairs. We did not have warm water to shower. It was -4C today (25F-30F) overall not a good experience for a 4 star hotel at the price.

Stayed here for one night in August 2023. Hotels (at least hotels with modern-looking rooms) are hard to come by in Bruges, understandably so. It is a medieval town after all. Iā€™m happy to have found Hotel Navarra. Here are some pros/cons: Pros: -Conveniently located. Itā€™s located on a quiet street but itā€™s only a 5 minute walk to the square -Front desk was super nice. They didnā€™t seem to mind that we needed to store our luggage twice -Rooms are spacious -Mini fridge Cons: -Elevators are old so they take forever. Itā€™s faster to take the stairs -There was an old towel hanging on our door. Not a big deal but kind of makes me wonder if thereā€™s something else they didnā€™t clean -Although there is a shower, it gets pretty much the entire bathroom floor wet -Rooms are a bit basic looking for the price but again, it beats old musty hotel rooms Overall, Iā€™d recommend if youā€™re like me and prefer more ā€˜modernā€™ rooms

My husband and I had a wonderful week at your marvelous hotel in June 2022. The staff, in particular, Greet, Bjorn and Thomas were so helpful. The location was top knotch. Everything was so immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our bike trips from the hotel to the coast. We will tell all our travelling friends about our great experience. Thank you!

Clean and beautiful hotel in perfect location. Excellent breakfast buffet. Check out the "goose" staircase and go for a swim in the basement pool; it looks like it was dug beside the building's medieval foundation. Staff is friendly, helpful, attentive.

Great location near the center. Parking can be difficult to get nearby but is manageable. Please use parking garage if you are not paying to keep car parked at hotel overnight. Layout of the building may be confusing upon first visit. Only real complaint was I had a slanted ceiling over the bed in my room, located on the top floor. This caused me to hit my head a few times. Also, dont touch that minibar. It's not worth the cost.

One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Only one night unfortunately, as I was in transit, but 100% will stay there again in the near future. 3 minutes walk from main centre and restaurants.

We found and booked Hotel Navarra last minute and what a nice surprise! The hotel is in the city center, steps away from the main square, but itā€™s quiet and the rooms are well insulated. The receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. We managed to book the spa and swimming pool and we had them all to ourselves because of covid. The facilities were spotless clean and this made the stay feel even nicer and definitely safe. Iā€™ll for sure recommend the hotel to any friends visiting Bruges!

One of my favourite hotels in Europe. The hotel is excellently located, meaning just a short walk into the town. The on-site restaurant provides an extensive breakfast buffet (recommended!) and the staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. They couldn't have done any more for us! But the highlight was the on-site jazz club, where we were looked after by the amazing Franck, who made sure our glasses were always more than half full. Overall, an incredible hotel.... Will be back!

Really nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Good breakfast choice. Good facilities.

The bed, 1*. Itā€™s really soft and wobbly so any movement is exaggerated and led to an awful night sleep. All other aspects would be 4*. Nice facilities and friendly staff.

Stunning hotel in beautiful Bruges. Mix of modern and old, friendly and helpful staff, amazing location. Breakfast is first class, little garden at the back is gorgeous. Very quiet in our room and stylish with comfy bed and stunning bathroom. Plenty of parking, fantastic spa and pool too. 5 star, has everything you would need and close by to all amenities. Highly recommend. So worth a visit, I will be telling all my friends and returning.

Amazing location only minutes away from the main square and the road has really great restaurants close by. Spotless rooms and service faultless. Be sure to stop by the bar and see the most friendly and courteous bar man and relax to some live piano

Just got back from a gorgeous relaxing stay in this hotel. We enjoyed every minute of it and can not fault a thing. The pool is one of the nicest we have seen and the staff are so lovely, particularly the bar staff! We felt so looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and everything was spotless.

Great Hotel, the staff on the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Very good location close to the main square and Christmas markets. Didn't get a chance to use the pool this time but will hopefully have a return visit. Would highly recommend.

Great Hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Car parking to the front and back. Very quite considering where it located. The location in the town was really good to allow nice walks out.

šŸ˜  DO NOT EAT HERE!! Disgusting, unsafe. This restaurant should be shut down.
