Location due to the SuperCharger is fine. Pricey stuff and we decided not to do drinks here. No amenities for kids, no kid cleaning table, nothing for kids, period. The service was not really helpful and covertly rude. Too bad, was expecting more of such a nice looking place.

Very friendly staff, gorgeous location, excellent breakfast offerings with a reservation-only restaurant, featured in the Michelin guidebook. However, the rooms are dated; this hotel has the potential to be so much more with the right interior designer, which would also improve the hygiene - time to remove those carpets and heavy drapes - this isn't the 90s. The washroom also had some silverfish and the water pressure relative to maintaining temperature is inconsistent. Would love to stay again post-renovation, this gem could really shine.

Stopped for a coffee and snack while charging our car. Very nice hotel, and a very pleasant place to spend some rest time!

Lovely hotel about 5km from bruges. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. They have a taxi token system for taxis into the city centre and back. (15 euros) this was particularly convenient and worked flawlessly

Great Hotel, kind and helpful staff! The restaurant is amazing and they have very high quality meat. Ee had a blast, great disconnect from the city life in Brussels. Thank you again for everything we love it!!

Only used the restaurant. It's expensive, but not good. Food: - the mussels weren't cooked properly and were just generally bad quality - the beer was supposed to be 33cl according to the menu, but received 25cl, charged as 33cl Service: - no side plate for the fries - they don't come and empty the shells of the mussels and at the end of the meal they even joke about the fact that there's no more space. Not the service you expect from a restaurant of a 4 star hotel. If possible, avoid. It's not worth the money.

Great place to stay everything as you would expect from the small but top class hotel. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel for the price. Slightly short-staffed when we were there. Overall great experience - beautiful rooms, well placed for Bruges trip as well as travelling to Ghent or Antwerp. Highly recommended.

No possibilty to have a snack or waffle in the afternoon. When we wanted to pay we had to wait 15 minutes before someone showed up.

I'm going to be honest, I'm not entirely sure why people rave about this hotel so much. We stayed for one night and were not impressed to say the least. To start with the positives: The room was styled in a very modern way which was appreciated. The building was very very beautiful. The staff at reception are quite lovely and good humoured. There's USB plugs in the room, so no need to fight a travel adapter! The cons: This hotel is in dire need of some spot checking. We found multiple fixtures that weren't fitted correctly which is worrying. The bathroom is incredibly outdated and not entirely suited to anyone over 6ft- my partner tried to lift the shower head up only for the water to stop working. The common areas around the rooms are outdated and quite frankly are in need of a wall clean and re-carpetting. Overall I wouldn't suggest this hotel especially considering it's price. This simply is not a 4* hotel, rather a 2* hotel in sheep's clothing.

I would not recommend this hotel. The pillows were stained, my room smelled like sewage and was extremely cold. I went to kindly ask the front desk for help determining what the issue was and they were very condescending. My thermostat was set at 33 degrees for 24 hours and I still came back to a room at 22.3. I killed 2 spiders in my room, the carpet and most fixtures are in desperate need of an update and the food was subpar at best. I would consider this a 2 star hotel - nothing anywhere close to 4 stars. I hope they take the time to perform the necessary maintenance to bring this place back to what it could be.

The staff was very professional and helpful. However I was expected more. The rooms was very tired. Some of the lighting was not working. Cracked sealing, and dents on the walls... The breakfast was enjoyable and really tasty.

Ate here while we waited for the car to charge. The prices had me concerned at first, but when my charcuterie came out I was blown away. Generous portion sizes and good solids meals. Well worth a lunch stop while waiting for your car to charge or if stopping on the road between destinations.

Nice stay on the stopover on the way back to Eurotunnel. Excellent friendly service from waiting staff in the bar area which led to a way too big bar bill and hangover the next day! Good evening meal and comfortable room. Would recommend and use again if in the area.

Excellent choice of hotel near Brugge at a reasonable price for the level of quality received. Outstanding restaurant on site. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable modern rooms in a pleasant setting. Plenty of parking on site. Very highly recommended without reservation.

Not a 4 star hotel. I will say, Spacious, good parking and friendly. However the whole hotel smells like cigarettes. If you look closely the hotel is quite dirty, and dilapidated. You can see the owner has loved this hotel but needs to reignite the passion for his hotel. So much potential but I was just left short and disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms, excellent service. Bathrooms were beautiful. However the shower and shower screens were wholly inadequate and it was impossible to take a shower without wetting the whole bathroom. The mobile shower head also leaked. Breakfast buffet was good and well worth €15 p.p.

Spent one night and wouldn't hesitate to stay again, very friendly and helpful staff, they can not do enough for you. The size of the room was outstanding, very clean and tidy with modern amenities. Loved the little balcony, very helpful. The beds was very comfortable, and food was delicious. Will hopefully be using again in the coming months.

The hotel is very nice with excellent facilities but do not eat at the restaurant, the food seems to be not so freshly

A really nice hotel for a stopover night. Rooms are very nice, spacious and the furnishing looks new. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was simple English style. Might not be convenient if you don't drive.

A fantastic hotel with helpful and friendly staff. They speak several languages with ease including thankfully English. The room we had was large and clean with a comfy bed and walk in shower ensuite. The hotel bar and courtyard was a great sun trap and was relaxing. The ribs on the bar menu were delicious. The restaurant food was very good quality and well cooked. The fish dishes we ate most of the week were superb. The menu has changes each month. All in all a great place to stay.

We stopped for a very quick bite. It looked elegant. The staff were nice. We asked if it was possible to grab a very fast bite. The gentleman said yes, but choose from the snack menu. I ordered the Caesar salad. My partner the spaghetti Bolognese. It was THE worst salad I have ever eaten! It had nothing to do with a Caesar salad. Not romain lettuce. Not ceasar dressing. Not fresh chicken. NO taste. Not fresh croutons. Everything was pre cooked or pre cut. I was absolutely shocked! The gentleman serving us was very nice though, but my god, do NOT stay for food! I’m only giving two stars because the service was good.
