We spent two delicious Indian evenings here! We could sit outside in the summer and enjoy the atmosphere. The food is great, everything tasted fresh, the prices are reasonable, the waiter is always friendly. I would come back - unfortunately we are leaving Gent tomorrow! So: recommendation!

I review food regularly and I'm a curryholic! I don't judge the food by the environmental conditions as I've eaten all around the world I ordered Chilly Chicken as my starter #12 Fried chicken and chilli on a bed of fresh lettuce ... To my amazement I have a plate presented with no lettuce and what I can only suggest as chicken tikka chicken pieces reheated with chilli sauce.... Complete with bits of bone! Oh and and pools of oil see photos There was onion, bell pepper and a Raita dip Main course sounded nice #62 King Prawn Sizzler A medley dish, marinated shrimps, served with rice, lentil sauce, mint sauce and warm vegetables...... The prawns were presented in breadcrumbs and incinerated..... Inedible chewy and tasteless, I imagine similar to an elastic band! There was no sign of marinade happening Vegetables uncooked and left to self cook on the cast iron skillet... Lentil sauce is more like a coriander and tofu side, no texture or flavour other than coriander No Mint Sauce? Rice was okay tasting of Cardomon, but anyone can cook rice, can't they? Overall experience was very disappointing Look at how much I left..... When I came to leave the door knob was missing! Judge for yourself Thanks

I am from France. I came to visit Ghent along with my friends and cousin. We ordered chicken biriyani for us.We were very hungry. Finally we were disappointed that the rice of the biriyani was very hard and the Chicken was too dry.Finally we were not satisfied but i can be thankful for the crunchiest papdam which was fabulous. I put 3 star for all of the service. The interior Environment was awesome. Best of luck.

Bhunna Lamb was delicious, cooked to perfection with perfect balance of flavour and spice. Keema naan and Masala chai were also up to the mark. Deepak, our server was extremely courteous.

My wife and I accidentally ended up here since the restaurant next door that we wanted to try was closed. It was indeed a lucky accident as the food was over the top delicious. We tried the veg thali and butter chicken with rice, and both were quite tasty. Veg thali in particular carried a great mix of flavours coming from different dishes. May not be the most famous restaurant in the street but definitely a place worth checking out. Fair prices with good service!

The food was amazing! It tasted so good! You must must try this place! They have a lot of different dishes! If I lived nearby I would try it all! The staff is so kind!

This is the best Indian restaurant in Ghent. The food is authentic and the chef makes sure it's adapted to your choices in case of allergies or spice preference. The chef is very friendly as is the staff. The service is quick - even on deliveroo.

We loved the food here. We generally order the duck mushroom and naan - that's our go to order and we enjoy every bit of it. We have tried their lamb and prawn gravies, super tasty. Whenever we crave for spicy homely food - we give this place a visit. The owner and his family is super nice and they run this family business.

Best ever Indian cuisine in that street. First of all, the food they served was actually delicious. Their specialty is the naan. Madras chicken curry was really well balanced with spices being mild and perfectly spicy. The atmosphere there gives a vive of being in India. Staffs were so friendly and hospitable.

Very nice service, you really feel at home. The food is delicious, in particular the chicken chilly and duck dishes, and portions a more than enough. Prices are pretty fair. All in all, very good place.

It is always a great place to have lunch or dinner. The service is very fast and the dishes very generous in quantity and quality. Moreover, the prices are very competitive with respect to some other places around. Also, there many options to explore and it's really a pleasure to recommend this place to everyone...enjoy!

Opted for the thali. A good interesting mix of dishes, although I found the chicken dish a bit sweet. The dal was superb with just the right amount of garlic. A very memorable meal. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended.
