The food has some great dishes and some less.
Appetizers : the nachos were great, garlic bread ok, chicken wings could use more glaze. Corn on a cob was delicious with the sauce.
The cocktails were great and well served.

2 of our 5 steaks were cooked wrongly. When we talked to the waitress about it she was going to discuss it with the kitchen. And never came back . The meat itself was great quality so a well done steak was still good. But medium rare is the way to go...
The sauces like the pepper sauce and bearnaise were great ! The extra sauces like the pineapple chutney with the Cote a l'os were disappointing.
Would still go back but was not the greatest experience.

It's awesome...a small place like this almost in the middle of nowhere gets country stars here to perform...and there's no entry fee...😳

Very atmospheric themed restaurant with authentic food. Also a small selection of vegetarian options and a very large beverage selection.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Muddy Roots is the best festival . Cowboy up has it all : great location , super friendly staff and top steaks.

I can't really rate this place unfortunately. We found this on Google maps while in Bruges, so on a Sunday night headed over there as Google was saying it was open. Unfortunately however it was closed.....
Phone ahead is my advice, don't rely on the app telling you they are open... Best of luck....

We have a baby and we just asked where would be the best place to sit for them in case the baby is noisy (babies do that sometimes). I don't think the blond girl at the bar understood and thought we wanted the whole restaurant to be quiet, and treated us like that. Despite the fact there were some very small kids around, so obviously not a place just for adults. I really hope it was just that she didn't speak good English ( I did ask if she did and she said yes). So basically,they might be great, but this weird experience spoiled it for us, and they possibly hate babies.

The place to be for great steak, ribs and Mexican food! Also check out their great beers, especially the Triple Jack from tap, awesome!

This place and the owners Nicky and Annelore are the best. The food is fantastic, the special Triple Jack is fantastic, and there are bands from all around the world who come here regularly to perform. Also the host of Muddy Roots Europe festival. Easy 5 stars.
