Lieve was a fantastic hostess, friendly, helpful and very polite. We didn’t stay in the main house, but we booked the Pine Log Cabin which her husband build with his own hands. What an amazing smell when you walk in for the first time. Lovely place, very clean, bath bigger enough for both the wife and I at the same time. Kitchen had everything you would have at home and dinner table with baby chair. Both rooms are upstairs and the smaller of the two which has two single beds (for the kids and had very good and clean cot) has a thick door and walls which was good keeping noise out from the master bedroom which is great for privacy from the kids. On the downside, the staircase was very steep, was a pain to use when half a sleep and needing to go to the toilet at night. The Wi-Fi signal and speed could have been faster as it came from the main house and one afternoon was very slow due to large amount of guests making use of it. That said, the garden is beautiful, massive and surrounded with trees and the surrounding area is farmland so there is very little to no noise (some horses and cows about). There is a great braai (BBQ) at the end of the garden with a fire pit which kept us nice and warm with an ice cold brandy and coke before braaiing the meat later in the evening. Our daughter was 17 months at the time and we put her down at 7PM in the kiddie’s room upstairs, the baby monitor we had had full signal at the braai area which was great and provided the wife and I with some down time. All round this is a very great little cabin and had everything need for a small family of up to 4. We live in the SW of London and the journey took us including the Euro Tunnel around 3.5 hours to drive.

Such a perfect place to spend the night outside of Bruges. Lovely interior renovated by the owners. The flowers were blooming when we were there. It was great to sit in the dining room enjoying breakfast with the lovely garden outside. *this is not the place for a particularly great shower or bathing experience but everything else is so perfect that I didn’t care

What a wonderful experience in this B&B. The castle exudes character. Very cozy furnishings. Super friendly hostess, neat rooms, very clean, good breakfast, all facilities available. There is also a small kitchenette for guests on the first floor: shared fridge, microwave, eating utensils, etc. Wonderful shower and a soft bed, we all really enjoyed it! Thanks for the good care, keep up the good work.

Nice, beautiful and characteristic castle. A beautiful experience to spend the night. Classic spacious room, large bathroom. Wonderful rain shower Very good breakfast. Friendly hostess. Unfortunately, the area has not been seen enough due to bad weather, but it seems beautiful for walking or cycling.

Hello, we spent one night, a Bongo gift. We received a very warm welcome, the room was clean. You receive a bottle of wine upon arrival. There is also a community kitchen if you want to prepare something. Breakfast was very good. You have to love the castle spirit and the decorations that go with it. See you soon.

Beautiful hotel! Fantastic paradise feeling. Birds chirping, a crowing rooster and lots of greenery in the large, beautiful garden. Spacious, tidy, beautifully furnished rooms. Very hospitable and served with love.

Between 2016-2017 I have had chance to stay in this lovely b&b for a few times for my business trip to customer in Wingene. The owner was super friendly and warm hearted, they have lovely cats and dogs around the house, beautiful garden, elegant bedroom and warm bathroom(important for cold windy winter). I don’t work in that company anymore, sadly I don’t know when I will be able to visit this lovely b&b, I wish all the best.

Not to far from Brugge Centrum. Quaint and quiet. Host/owner was very friendly. All our request were answered promptly. The breakfast is a common European meal, which I am not the fondest of; all they need is a waffle maker with batter and the breakfast would be great.

This is a beautiful house with very comfortable and spacious rooms, in a quiet and green area. The furniture and decor are so well chosen and well kept. The host was very nice, helpful, and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house also has a big garden, ideal for resting. Absolutely beautiful and definitely recommend booking a stay here!

👍👍 Fan-tas-tic place to sleep and have breakfast. The owners are super friendly perfectionists. If you are a perfectionist yourself, this is the place to be. The rooms have natural wooden floors and a smart layout.
