We
originally
booked
a
comfort
cottage
and
upon
arriving
it
was
clear
that
our
cottage
had
not
been
cleaned.
The
bath
was
dirt
-
full
of
sand
and
hair.
The
toilet
smelt
horrendous
and
there
was
sticky
residue,
dust,
greasy
finger
prints
and
cobwebs
in
all
the
corners.
A
second
person
was
sent
out
to
clean
our
cottage
and
we
had
to
stay
away
for
2
hours.
When
we
came
back,
the
bath
had
been
cleaned
and
some
of
the
surfaces
wiped
down
however
there
was
now
dirty
footprints
left
all
over
the
floor.
We
complained
a
second
time
and
did
get
offered
to
be
moved
to
another
cottage.
The
second
cottage
was
much
better
cleanliness
wise
and
an
upgrade
to
a
premium
cottage
however
still
left
us
feeling
disappointed
as
reading
the
reviews
on
here,
it
sure
seems
cleanliness
is
an
issue!
It’s
clear
this
is
a
management
and
long
running
issue,
please
hire
more
staff
so
that
longer
time
can
be
spent
cleaning
per
cottage.
Aqua
mundo
was
great,
the
outside
pool
is
awesome.
There’s
good
facilities
to
keep
children
entertained
and
in
general
staff
were
really
friendly
and
quick
to
deal
with
issues,
it
just
shouldn’t
be
happening
over
cleanliness
especially
coming
out
of
a
pandemic.
I’m
hoping
changes
will
be
made
and
maybe
we
will
return.
