Nothing against this shop, but proximus as a whole is the worst provider i experienced in all europe, and i have used several ones before coming to belgium. Customer service is slow and hardly helpful, constantly giving not full information, installation takes forever to finish, always pushing product even though I rejected them(come on with the harassment to install fiber), the 'appointment' is always from 8 am to 5 pm(am i supposed to wait the whole day?), so many more! never felt this much hatred towards a company, well, good for proximus, you did it! all the people trying to find a provider, please look away, you gonna thank me later!

pity place, and especially pity the attention .. we went to the empty place, and a blonde and short shop assistant, told us in a very bad way that we had to queue ... but what a tail ??? In the end we left, and we bought the charger for the mobile in another store more economical and with much better service. I do not recommend it!

Not impressed with the entire package! The internet connection is really bad. The TV interface and movie bundle is NOT user friendly, nor is there any variety in the selection. Not worth the price!

The shop had all what you need of mobiles and accessorizes . costumer service helpful friendly would highly recommend excellent service.

Friendly people, never had to wait long (depends on the crowd). They don't rush helping you but listen and help you find the best option. If there's a small crowd, it's worth the wait.
