Visited this store to buy perfume for my partner, but felt very uneasy doing so, one of the employees constantly watched every move I made though it was the first time I visited the store. A very unpleasant experience as a person of color, please better your staff to not judge by appearance.

Some of the staff severely let down the store. Generally we had a good shopping experience. However, when leaving we saw some shocking customer service. A gentleman had spilt a few drops of coffee on the ground when a member of staff stormed over and very rudely insisted that he clean up. Another member of staff then stood and watched over whilst the man wiped up the coffee. The whole situation was disturbing to watch. The man was left embarrassed and the staff maintained a rude and patronising demeanour. When we confronted the staff we received comments like "it's not my job", "is it in my contract to clean up?".

Very very bad service on the departement of sunglasses. The woman attacked me verbally because I wanted to try the glasses on me with the intention to buy and I saw she had no other problems with other clients that touched the sunglasses .. had to get to the customer service to tell my complaint. In fact they helped me with this situation and I was very happy about that. But still I felt very humiliated. How can someone be this rude to customers?

Proper little department store of the sort that we used to have in the UK before it was decided on our behalf that we'd all be so much happier having to use the internet to buy shoddy crap churned out in Chinese sweat shops. Really decent cosmetics department in which an elderly gentleman buttonholed me for ten minutes to explain, in rapid Flemish, the comparative merits of several of the products on sale. The fact that I did not speak a word of Flemish was no barrier to his narrative and, as I walked back out onto the street and the slightly chill but still friendly breeze reminded me where I was, I felt the world was a slightly better place for the experience.

Retail giant in Belgium with outlets all over. Great as a one stop shopping but carries only branded, luxury names.

Very bad attitude, the staff not speak french, very poor interest in costumers....never again in Bruges, (brugge) .
