Youask the employee to adjust them and she sais that she can not do anything , couse your nose is crooked ad that she can not fix! Is it because I am a foreigner? Is it because she is incapable? I did not complain of her lack of knowledge ,rudness,rasism or her filthy unattended nails and hair although she works in customer care Now she completely ruined an arm of mu glasesses andf it looks more then ridiculous! Even if my nose was crocked ,are people with crocked nose not to wear glasses and comfortable??? I GUESS WE WILL FIND IT OUT TOMOROW WHEN I AM BACK FOR A COMPLAIN !

    It's such a shame the way these guys keep operating with zero care about the customers and their needs. I went one noon for a quick fix on my glasses as they were a little loose and after I waited 20 minutes for a 30 second job the employee came back with my glasses broken claiming they were "loose" as in structure I suppose (?). They were unable to fix them for me so they just let me go. Such a shame people still trust this place.

Jammer genoeg is de verantwoordelijke de reden voor deze slechte beoordeling. Hoe onbeleefd en klantonvriendelijk kan je zijn? Ze zet klanten bijna letterlijk buiten, ze roept op haar eigen personeel (die echt hun best doen!). Spijtig voor de zaak en haar medewerkers.

    One of the sweetest, best moments of my trip to Antwerp happened here, of all places. I destroyed a contact lens the night prior to my visit to pearle and desperately tried to find a replacement or be half blind for the rest of my vacation. I walked into pearle, told them my situation and gave them my prescription, sizing and brand and offered to buy anything that would allow me to see for the next two weeks. After a minute discussion between the two employees, they returned, dropped a couple boxes of contacts in front of me and stated that they hope I enjoy the free trial contacts and to return in a month for more. With a big grin and a wink they sent me on my way. I wasn’t a customer, I was a big dumb American tourist, and they responded by doing whatever possible to help me out of a bad situation. Even in my own country with my own doctor I can’t get contacts without an expensive exam to “allow” me to buy new ones. A+ service, Pearle employees.

    They say they speak English but they clearly don’t understand half of what is being said. I was passed between multiple people who were incapable of relaying a message from one colleague to another. They were incredibly rude and condescending! When I was filling out a form the young man there kept looking over and pointing out things. I can read Dutch perfectly fine as all the words were really simple to English. However this man totally invaded my personal space all the while being patronising and rude. Clearly he had no respect for women. What a disgusting place

    Really nice service we had. We went for glasses without reservation, we checked options they have. Nobody was bothering us. When we needed assistance, they were at our service. As we didn't have reservations for lenses, they find first free appointment and saved glasses we wanted so someone doesn't buy them. Next day we went for lenses and eye check. The stuff were really professional and her English was fluent. The examination went fast and professional and helpful. We are going to wait for 2 weeks for new glasses and we are really satisfied. Highly recommended.
