I spent over 10 minutes in this store browsing today, and on my last trip to the store, and I was completely ignored by the staff. I didn't purchase anything on either trip. Today I went to the counter to purchase a top. When asked by the clerk if I had found everything I needed, I told her no. I told her that no one had spoken to me, nor offered to help me. She didn't say ANYTHING!!! No apology, nothing!!! When I attempted to buy the top, I was told that I couldn't use my rewards card due to a policy change. I then stated that I wouldn't be buying the item. Again, no reaction from staff, nor the manager. They DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS, FOLKS!!!

Nice clothes and helpful staff. Store is often half off.

The Loft at Auburn Mall is one of a very few sources for nice clothing in the area. This store is always clean and well-run. The store associates are helpful without being pushy.
