Dillard’s has great sales on various brands. You have to sign up for the email list to get notifications on when the prices will drop. I am an elite card holder, this was my first time at this location since I’m new to the area. I spent 400 dollars and wanted some gift wrapping. When I got to customer service and told them I needed 3 gifts wrapped the lady went on a rant on how she told them she couldn’t do wrappings and now she had to wrap 3 gifts by herself. She proceeded to talk to us in a rude tone and she kept tapping the card machine and telling me how it is waiting for me to press something with a nasty attitude. I remained calm, never said anything and just waited for my stuff. I had never felt so disrespected, I understand retail can be difficult but why take out on customers.

Bought a $600 suit sent it off for alterations. It came back. Alterations were not correct. Didn’t hear from them for a while so I went up there. They can’t find my $600 suit. They have no idea where it is. Save your money get a suit elsewhere.

My go to for finding clothes and bags. I like the help I get in the ladies department. Generally the store is well stocked.

Typical Dillard’s with a large selection of clothes. For the guys it’s a great place to find Levi’s in a huge variety, probably the biggest selection in the Auburn area. If you are hunting down unique 501’s this is the place to do it.

Visiting in the area for the holiday weekend and we shopped at this Dillards location for the first time today (Black Friday). Hands down the BEST service I have had in years at a department store! It was so refreshing to be greeted with smiles and offers of help! Kudos to the store managers and department managers!

Beautiful store but items listed as available at the website were not available in the store. I won't make a special trip next time.
