I booked an endocrinological visit a week ago, to be carried out through the Unisalute agreement. I didn't have the visit, therefore, I can't review the doctor, but I can certainly review the organization of the facility and the reception staff. First of all, a week after my reservation, they called me the day before in an unkind and polite manner, literally telling me that ''The reservation was brought forward by an hour'', without even asking me if it was okay with me. Usually, when changing an appointment, you should make sure that the other party is available. But anyway, I accept and am forced to take an hour's leave from work and travel an hour to arrive on time, coming from Segrate. It's a shame that once there, they tell me that the visit is not possible except privately, since, being with Unisalute, I should have made the booking directly through them and notified them beforehand, while I had booked on the Miodottore website. They also tell me that this information is reported on the site. Honestly, either I've suddenly gone blind or it's not written anywhere. Furthermore, I don't understand this need to notify them in advance, when UNISALUTE had already sent the request to take charge of the visit, both to me and to them. So, they already knew about it. Which was also reconfirmed to me by Unisalute who I called back once I left there. I also tried to ask for the reason why, despite being taken care of, they couldn't let me carry out the visit. She wasn't able to give me any explanation! Honestly, it seemed like a nice joke to me, as the visit had already been booked for a week. Not only that, I had to put up with the calls from the girl at the reception desk with one of her colleagues (I think!) while they talked about me IN FRONT OF ME in a pedantic manner! Professionalism underfoot! I feel bad for the doctor who probably would have been a great doctor, but that facility won't see a dime of my money! Even if they gave them to me as a gift, I wouldn't set foot in them again! Reading the reviews, however, I understand that I wasn't the only one to have a bad experience. Keep going then it's the right way to fail!😊👌

Good doctors and good availability of visits. But it's really too complicated to make an appointment by phone. Hours of waiting... the operators may be busy but it is not possible to waste so much time every time. We need more efficient staff. You can't wait every time you need to book a visit.

First time in this structure... I must say efficient and fast! I immediately accepted and shortly after I was called to take the exam... super punctual, in fact, a little early which is always nice! I was visited by Dr. Danesini, professional, kind and scrupulous.

Poorly organized structure. Last year my husband went to get a quote from the dentist with a visit. Once the estimate was made, they told him that they had to wait for the OK from the insurance company and that they would call him as soon as they had it to do the work. My husband periodically went to ask why they hadn't called him yet and they always told him that they were waiting for the OK from the insurance company. A few days ago a tooth started to hurt and he went back to them, also asking for an estimate... They didn't have a place to visit him, until later and the estimate had expired and consequently the whole process had to be redone from 'start. Zero professionalism.

15 days ago I called V clefi to book an endocrinological check-up and I was told that the doctor who follows me no longer visits with the NHS but only privately, I accept the appointment insolvency. Due to strike, in the morning of the day before the appointment I phone V clefi to confirm the appointment (specifying the doctor's name) and it is confirmed. At 5.30pm they call me from V clefi to confirm my presence. On the day of the appointment (today) I show up at V clefi and they tell me that the doctor hasn't visited them for a long time but there is another paid doctor... I ask to speak to a manager but I am told that she doesn't was present!!!! at this point it is legitimate to think that once I got there I would have accepted to be examined in my solvency by anyone. How can they be defined?

Terrible experience with dentistry. Due to long waits for visits we had to pay for the filling of the tooth because a cavity was transmitted and infected the neighboring tooth treated by decay months ago. (They told us that the little girl needs to clean her teeth better 👍🏻) It doesn't seem professional to me.

Sono stata seguita per un nodulo al seno (operata alla Maugeri di Pavia) e tutt'ora frequento il centro per i vari controlli. Personale medico molto professionale e soprattutto accogliente. Il personale alla reception è molto disponibile. Struttura consigliata

After a few years I made an appointment for a gynecological examination at your clinic which I honestly didn't know about. I was very anxious...but the meeting with Dr. Lanfranchi heartened me. I found a very welcoming, kind and professional person. I felt really at ease. I was really happy to have met her.

I discovered this structure by chance, and I can no longer do without it. Professionalism, speed and problem solving are their way of working.

A center where I have always found extremely competent, efficient and above all highly humane doctors and healthcare workers. A huge thank you to the entire breast care team and the invaluable support of physiotherapy. True, sometimes it is difficult to arrange some appointments with the NHS but I believe it is a problem of regional policies and not of this Centre, which I highly recommend.

I have been attending the Maugeri Clinic in via Clefi almost weekly since June, I am followed by Dr. Degli Agosti, Dr. Basilico and Dr. Morandi and I feel satisfied since they masterfully deal with areas of Physiatry, Physiotherapy and Osteopathy which too they are often ignored or unknown. I have been followed in the past at other facilities with diametrically opposite results and approaches. In particular, I want to thank Dr. Basilico who, with her skills, golden hands and knowledge of the problems related to patients with chronic pain, always tries to find new solutions to alleviate my suffering (all combined with her human approach and friendly). As a woman suffering from severe stage IV Endometriosis and having undergone surgery, I can only recommend these specialists and this center to which I am very grateful and which I will continue to frequent.

Professional and competent. Physiatrist and physiotherapist helped me solve a problem that I had been dragging on for years without being able to get out of it. Marta very professional and prepared!
