Air condition doesn’t work , apartment is old and very small and completely different from pictures. Stay away !

I had a terrible experience staying at this apartment. The host did not provide the apartment we booked and charged us 500 euros for smoking, even though we specifically booked a balcony apartment for that reason. On top of that, they used my credit card information without authorization. I would not recommend staying here.

We can highly recommend to stay at Milano Apartments! The apartments are very clean, nicely furnished and newly renovated. Also, the apartments are located in Navigli - a very picturesque neighborhood in Milan reminding of Venice with its canals and coming with many nice Italian restaurants. For breakfast you can choose of different cafés offering the typical and delicious brioche and coffee. When we needed to cancel our first plan to travel to Milan in October 2020 due to covid travel restrictions, the owner was very understanding and offered us a voucher to stay at Milano Apartments at any other date without additional cost - we think, this is very unusual and we highly appreciate the generosity of Milano Apartments! We will come back for sure :)

I think you can’t ask for more in Milan. Clean, stylish and spacious. Great host, awesome position, super comfy apartment.

Great place. Owner is very attentive during our stay here. Great location as well! Only 1 minute walk from Porta Genova FS station. Lots of restaurants with great food in the neighbourhood. Apartment also very clean and tidy. Really recommend for those who plan to visit Milan 😎

Apartment did not resemble the misleading photos. It was dirty and tiny. Terrible customer service. Do not give them your hard earned money.
